Cardiac myxoma is a primary tumor histologically formed by multipotent subendocardial mesenchymal cells. Myxomas account for approximately 50% of all cardiac tumors in adults. Myxomas are most commonly located in the left atrium. Very rarely, myxomas can be located in several heart chambers. Only about 100 cases of patients with myxomatous lesions of both atria have been described in the literature. In this paper, we present a successful clinical case of a young patient with biatrial myxomas.ΠΠΈΠΊΡΠΎΠΌΠ° ΡΠ΅ΡΠ΄ΡΠ° ΡΠ²Π»ΡΠ΅ΡΡΡ ΠΏΠ΅ΡΠ²ΠΈΡΠ½ΠΎΠΉ ΠΎΠΏΡΡ

NUMERICAL MODELLING OF GAS DYNAMIC STRUCTURES IN SPIRAL GALAXIES
Observations show that in the global morphology of spiral galaxies appear and form multi-scale features that are embedded in a complex complete picture of the galaxy. The origin and nature of the observed heterogeneity of the global spiral pattern of galaxies are not firmly established at this time. Based on the numerical simulation a possible new mechanism of appearance and formation in the two-armed global spiral galaxiesβ morphology of a number of gas-dynamic elements similar to each other in shape and independent in brightness is analyzed. Numerical simulation of unsteady gas-dynamic processes occurring under the influence of an external gravitational field is done. It is shown that as a result of the nonlinear supersonic interaction of occurring spiral formations with the flow of the matter features with hydrodynamic nature are appeared, with modeling results well matching with the observations
THE MECHANISM OF ANGULAR MOMENTUM TRANSFER IN ACCRETION STELLAR DISKS BY LARGE VORTICAL STRUCTURES
Large-scale vortical flows arising in shearflows of stellar accretion disks with Keplerian azimuthal velocitydistributions is investigated. The two reasons of thedevelopment of large-scale instability is shown: hydrodynamicalinstability and magnetorotational instability (MRI).The presence of large-scale structures leads to angularmomentumredistribution in the disk.Large-scale vortical flows arising in shear flows of stellar accretion disks with Keplerian azimuthal velocity distributions is investigated. Pretransplant reconstructive surgery on donor heart
Aim: to evaluate the immediate results of reconstruction of the valve heart apparatus and the great vessels of the heart graft before implantation.Materials and methods. The analysis included 24 cardiac transplants with pathology of the valve apparatus and the great vessels, as well as 24 recipients who needed emergency heart transplantation and were in the clinic under UNOS status code 1A and 1B.Results. Before performing heart transplantation, the valve apparatus and great vessels were corrected.Conclusion. With a shortage of donor organs for recipients requiring emergency care, cardiovascular transplantation from βsuboptimalβ donors is one of the most affordable ways. Given the possibility of reconstructive operations on the valve apparatus and the great vessels of the donor heart, and evaluating satisfactory immediate results of demonstrated observations, it can be argued that the above way out would reduce urgent waitlist mortality, achieve satisfactory survival results in the early postoperative period, increase the donor resource and optimize the transplant program
Heart schwannoma
Primary tumors of the heart are presented by different morphological types. One of the rarest forms is a schwannoma of the heart. It consists of the Schwann cells or neurolemmocytes, which produces the myelin constituent of peripheral nerves. Frequency is from 0.02 to 0,056% of all primary tumors. First time it was described in 1972 and it is currently the subject of intense study by clinicians and morphologists, which is associated with the extreme rare diagnostic and peculiarities of the histological structure. Thus far 23 cases of this disease have been reported in the literature, 8 of them located primarily in the right atrium. During the study of this type of tumor in 1920, the Swedish scientist N. Antoni identified two types of tumors depending on the type of cellular architecture (type A and type B). Type A consists of spindle-shaped cells in the form of bundles, and type B consists of polygonal cells with abundant cytoplasm and they are not tightly arranged. Also, in addition to identifying specific cells, the diagnosis of schwannoma can be confirmed due to the strong diffuse staining of the S100 protein. The only method of treatment is surgical correction with the replacement of the tissue deficit with various biological and synthetic materials after tumour resection. If it is impossible to perform a complete excision of the tumor, heart transplant is the only kind of treatment
Right atrial benign schwannoma
Primary schwannoma of the heart is a rare disease. It arises from vagus nerve branches and plexus. Most schwannomas are benign tumors, but sometimes they can be primary malignant neoplasms. In the MedLine database, we found only 21 publications on benign and 13 publications on primary malignant cardiac schwannoma. Moreover, according to localization in the right atrium, only eight benign schwannoma observations are described. We report a 73-year-old woman who, with echocardiography and magnetic resonance imaging of the heart, revealed a right atrial tumor with sprouting of the right atrial free wall. The tumor was radically excised through cardiopulmonary bypass and pharmaco-cold cardioplegia. Pathohistological and immunohistochemical examination of the excised tumor showed that it is benign schwannoma
Status and new developments of the Generator Services
The Generator Services (GENSER) provide ready-to-use Monte Carlo generators, compiled on multiple platforms or ready to be compiled, for the LHC experiments. In this paper we discuss the recent developments in the build machinery, which allowed to fully automatize the installation process. The new system is based on and is integrated entirely with the 'LCG external software' infrastructure, providing all the external packages needed by the LHC experiments
