Synthesis and reactions of aminopropenes, which contains functional groups

В рамках данной работы осуществлен синтез енаминов, содержащих остатки первичных, вторичных, третичных аминов, а также амидную и тиоамидную группы. Проведено комплексное исследование структуры полученных соединений с помощью спектральных методов, включая масс-спектры, ИК-спектры, спектры ЯМР 1Н и 13С, а также рентгеноструктурный анализ. Изучена реакция окислительной циклизации пропентиоамидов и получен ряд новых 2,5-дигидроизотиазолиминиевых солей. Изучено взаимодействие енаминов с ДМАД.In this work, the synthesis of enamines containing residues of primary, secondary, tertiary amines as well as the amide and thioamide group has been done. A comprehensive study of the structure for the synthesized compounds has been made by spectral methods including mass spectra, IR, 1H and 13C NMR, and X-ray analysis. The reaction of oxidative cyclization of propentioamides has been investigated and as a result it was obtained a series of 2,5-dihydroizotiazoliminiun salts. Unexpected result for the acylation of arylhydrazonoethanethioamides

The acylation of arylhydrazonoethanethioamides containing primary amino group did not yield acylthioamides as expected. Surprisingly, the cyclic 5-acylimino-2,5-dihydro-1,2,3-thiadiazoles were obtained. The formation of thiadiazoles in this reaction was explained by the higher ability of arylhydrazono-N-acylthioacetamide intermediates to be oxidized comparing to their precursors. The presence of pseudobicyclic aromatic structure in the reaction product was a main factor favoring the formation of 1,2,3-thiadiazole ring. © 2013 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved
