Pengaruh Penerapan Strategi Rantai Kejadian Terhadap Peningkatan Kemampuan Menulis Karangan Narasi Siswa Kelas X SMA Yayasan Pendidikan Keluarga Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2013/2014

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi rantai kejadian terhadap peningkatan kemampuan menulis karangan narasi siswa kelas X SMA Yayasan Pendidikan Keluarga Medan tahun pembelajaran 2013/2014. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Yayasan Pendidikan Keluarga Medan yang berjumlah 171 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara menentukan satu kelas yang dijadikan wakil populasi. Metode dalam penelitian ini bersifat eksperimen dengan model one group pre-test post-test design yang hanya dilaksanakan pada satu kelas (kelompok) saja. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk menjaring data adalah tes produk. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji “t”. Dari pengolahan data diperoleh hasil pre-test dengan rata-rata 64,27, standar deviasi 6.38, dengan kategori baik 33, 33% dan kategori cukup 60%, hasil post-test diperoleh rata-rata 70, 27, standar deviasi 7.53, dengan kategori sangat baik 6.67%, kategori baik 63.33% dan kategori cukup 30%. Dari uji homogenitas didapat bahwa sampel penelitian ini berasal dari populasi yang homogen. Setelah uji normalitas dan homogenitas, di dapatlah to sebesar 3,27. setelah to diketahui, kemudian dikonsultasikan dengan ttabel pada taraf signifikasi 5% dengan dk = (N1 + N2) – 2 = (30+30) – 2 = 58, dari df= 29 diperoleh taraf signifikan 5% = 2.01 dan taraf signifikan 1% = 2.68. karena to yang diperoleh lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu 2,012,68 maka hipotesis alternative (Ha) diterima. Berdasarkan data di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan strategi rantai kejadian berpengaruh secara posistif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan menulis karangan narasi oleh siswa kelas X SMA Yayasan Pendidikan Keluarga Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2013/2014

Conversational Implicatures of Indonesia Lawyers Club Program on TV One

This study deals with the conversational implicatures on Indonesia Lawyers Club program on TV One. The objectives of the study are (1) to observe the types of maxim violation potentially cause conversational implicature, (2) to ascertain the maxim violation that dominantly causes conversation implicatures, (3) to give the reasons of the dominant type of violation that causes conversational that causes conversational implicatures on Indonesia Lawyers Club program by using Gricean Theory of Cooperative Principle. The study is conducted by qualitative content analysis. The findings of the study are, (1) there are four types of maxim violations as maxim of quantity, maxim of quality, maxim of manner, and maxim of relevance, (2) the dominant type of maxim violation appeared is maxim quantity and (3) the reasons of the dominant type deal with, to show up pain and core of the problem to the audience, to save one face, to defend certain group and blame the government

Analisis Perilaku Konsumen dalam Memilih Produk Tabungan Perbankan di Kota Pematang Siantar

Consumers in choosing the bank savings products Siantar City. Products, Promotions, Savings Account, distance location, reliability Banks were selected to determine the factors most dominant factor Consumer/ Customer choose to save in the bank. Analysis Descriptive analyzes were performed using SPSS version 17.0 software. The analysis in question include tables, cross tabulations (cross tab), frequency and pictures. Consumer/Customer selected as respondents of this study were as many as 50 people who work as special civil servants who are in four agencies, namely the Department of Culture and Tourism in the District Pematang Kingdom, Revenue District Office Simalungun, SD 096 750 Kandangan in District Pematang Bandar, and in the Office Mayor Siantar Siantar City.The results obtained showed that the Consumer / Customer more likely to choose products that are offered in the Savings Bank. It can be concluded that the most dominant factor in choosing Savings Products Banking is bank product itself than other factors so that the driver softheir savings in the bank

Pengaruh Strategi Pembelajaran Berbasis Kecerdasan Visual Spasial Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Gerak Lurus Di Kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Stabat

. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pretes diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelaseksperimen 42,71 dan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol 42,28. Dari hasil uji beda nilai kedua kelas pada taraf signifikan á = 0,05 diperoleh thitung = 0,2024, ttabel = 1,991, maka dapat disimpulkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan nilai pretes kedua kelas, artinya kedua kelas memiliki kemampuan awal yang sama. Selanjutnya dilakukan pembelajaran dengan strategi pembelajaran berbasis visual spasial pada kelas eksperimen dan pembelajaran konvensional pada kelas kontrol. Setelah pembelajaran diberikan pada kedua kelas dilakukan postes. Untuk kelas eksperimen diperoleh nilai rata-rata 74,42 dan untuk kelas kontrol 70,26. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 diperoleh hitung t = 2,21 dan tabel t = 1,666. Karena hitung t > tabel t maka hipotesis alternatif diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh strategi pembelajaran berbasis visual spasial terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi pokok Gerak Lurus di kelas VII semester I SMP Negeri 2 Stabat T.P 2012/2013

Faktor Nyamuk Culex dan Babi dalam Penyebaran Virus Japanese Encephalitis (J.e.) di Pontianak dan Solo

A sero-epidemiological study was conducted in Solo (Central Java) and Pontianak (West Kaliman­tan) to compare the role of culex mosquitoes and pigs in transmitting the Japanese Encephalitis (J.E.) virus in the community. Data were obtained from 898 children at 6—7 y.o. using C.F. test, while light traps and mosquito larval collection gained from 235 houses in endemic and silent areas, and from 416 pigs collected from farmers, using H.I. test. The high infection rate against J.E. among children in Pontianak (44.4%) compared with in Solo (6.8%) was correlated with the higher infection rate (100.0%) and higher geometric mean of antibody titer (> 80) among pigs population rather than with the Culex density which was found high in both cities. Cx. gelidus was found only in Pontianak , but its role in transmission was not studied yet

Analisis Minat Menabung pada Bank Syariah di Kalangan Siswa SMA di Kota Medan (Studi Kasus: Siswa Madrasah Aliyah Negeri)

This study aims to determine Madrasah Aliyah Negeri students in Medan interest of saving Islamic bank in Medan. This research is descriptive quantitative research using primary data. The variables used in this research consisted of a bank's reputation, confidence, and location as the independent variable and the interest of saving the student as the dependent variable. Sampling technique is done by simple random sampling using 100 students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Medan as a sample. The Methods of data collection use a self administrated survey, by giving questionnaires. The method used in this research is the descriptive analysis. Based on the results of analysis, it was found that Madrasah Aliyah Negeri students' interest in saving in Islamic banks in Medan is still low. Based on the data obtained it is known that bank reputation variables, beliefs, and location affect student interest in the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri decided to save the Islamic bank in Medan. The main obstacle that affects Madrasah Aliyah Negeri students' interest to save their money in Islamic banks is the location away from home
