    In the process of running an organization smoothly, various forms of skills are needed so that a company can develop well and smoothly. These skills must be possessed by every employee. If there are new employees, old employees must be able to teach them about the culture that exists in a company. Apart from that, new employees must also be able to adapt to the new company environment. The aim of making this journal is to find out the role of interpersonal communication in the work environment from an Islamic perspective. Interpersonal communication within an organizational scope such as the work environment requires a process to achieve the desired performance. Effective interpersonal communication will provide information quickly and also provide clearer ideas which is important in the work environment

    Sekolah sebagai suatu organisasi tentunya memiliki budaya organisasi yang menjadi peran penting dalam terwujudnya visi misi sekolah. Budaya organisasi sekolah merupakan norma-norma yang dianut dan dilaksanakan oleh seluruh komponen sekolah untuk mencapai visi dan misi sekolah secara efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri 1Labura.   Metode yang digunakan dalam observasi ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi unsur warga sekolah, yaitu wakil kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa.  budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri 1 Labura  sebesar 60,5%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik budaya organisasi sekolah, kinerja guru SMA Negeri di Labura akan semakin meningkat

    Learning management is a process of managing, which includes planning, organizing, controlling (directing), and evaluating activities related to the process of teaching students by including various factors in it, in order to achieve educational goals and seek to improve the quality of education. Quality education is education that is able to produce graduates with good morals. And to produce students who have good morals, good learning management is also needed. This study aims to determine the application of learning management to improve the quality of education. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The method used to collect data is through observation, interviews, and documentation. Observations are used to obtain data or descriptions of geographical locations, facilities and infrastructure, the condition of teachers and students. Interviews were used to obtain data about learning management. Documentation is used to obtain data on historical reviews and organizational structures. The process of data analysis in this study used an interactive model analysis which consisted of: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study it was shown that: 1. The learning management process went well, with the implementation of learning in accordance with proper planning and organization. has been determined. 2. The quality standards of education that are applied continue to increase
