À propos du Patchwork des NomsLa mobilisation collective face au sida et la ritualisation publique autour de la mort permettent d'envisager différemment la question des soins. Du soin considéré comme le geste unilatéral d'un soignant vers un soigné, nous passerons ici à une conception élargie, définissant le soin comme activité de restauration du lien social. Celui-ci apparaîtra dès lors sous différentes formes : celle du geste porté sur soi - l'individu sur lui-même ou le groupe sur lui-même -, celle du geste porté vers l'extérieur - de l'individu ou du groupe vers la société -, puis, dans une phase ultime, et comme par principe de réciprocité différée, celle du geste porté par la société - par l'intermédiaire d'instances qui l'incarnent - vers l'intérieur, c'est-à-dire les individus ou les groupes concernés.Mots clés : Broqua, Loux, mort, sida, rituels, mémoire, deuil, soins, associations, FranceABSTRACTCare and Social Relationship. The Arthrobacter arilaitensis Re117 Genome Sequence Reveals Its Genetic Adaptation to the Surface of Cheese

Arthrobacter arilaitensis is one of the major bacterial species found at the surface of cheeses, especially in smear-ripened cheeses, where it contributes to the typical colour, flavour and texture properties of the final product. The A. arilaitensis Re117 genome is composed of a 3,859,257 bp chromosome and two plasmids of 50,407 and 8,528 bp. The chromosome shares large regions of synteny with the chromosomes of three environmental Arthrobacter strains for which genome sequences are available: A. aurescens TC1, A. chlorophenolicus A6 and Arthrobacter sp. FB24. In contrast however, 4.92% of the A. arilaitensis chromosome is composed of ISs elements, a portion that is at least 15 fold higher than for the other Arthrobacter strains. Comparative genomic analyses reveal an extensive loss of genes associated with catabolic activities, presumably as a result of adaptation to the properties of the cheese surface habitat. Like the environmental Arthrobacter strains, A. arilaitensis Re117 is well-equipped with enzymes required for the catabolism of major carbon substrates present at cheese surfaces such as fatty acids, amino acids and lactic acid. However, A. arilaitensis has several specificities which seem to be linked to its adaptation to its particular niche. These include the ability to catabolize D-galactonate, a high number of glycine betaine and related osmolyte transporters, two siderophore biosynthesis gene clusters and a high number of Fe3+/siderophore transport systems. In model cheese experiments, addition of small amounts of iron strongly stimulated the growth of A. arilaitensis, indicating that cheese is a highly iron-restricted medium. We suggest that there is a strong selective pressure at the surface of cheese for strains with efficient iron acquisition and salt-tolerance systems together with abilities to catabolize substrates such as lactic acid, lipids and amino acids

Françoise Loux : Wirtschaftliches Verhalten der Hüttenarbeiter in einer ländlichen Umwelt. Dieser Artikel bezweckt, die logische Fügung der wirtschaftlichen Verhaltensweisen und Einstellungen zu zeigen, die man bei Hüttenarbeitern einer kaum industrialisierten Landgegend beobachten kann, und zwar anhand Daten, die aus einem stellvertretenden Sample erhalten worden sind. Die folgenden Punkte wurden nacheinander studiert : 1) wie ein niedriges wirtschaftliches Niveau die Begrenzung der moglichen Benehmensarten in Konsumfragen nach sich zieht und den Arbeitern ein « traditionelles » Verhalten auferlegt 2) in welchem Masse die Umwandlung der Unternehmensorganisation sie zu einer extrém konservativen individuellen Einstellung zwingt 3) wie, da sie bewusst geworden sind, dass ihre Forderungen auf nationalem Niveau gestellt werden müssen, die Arbeiter sich vor einer « Politik » entmutigen, auf die sie keinen Einfluss ausüben können. So verstarken sich wirtschaftliches, berufliches und politisches Verhalten wechselseitig und stehen in Verbindung mit dem niedrigen wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Niveau, das dem Arbeiter bloss die Verehrung der Vergangenheit übrig lässt.Франсуаз Лу : Экономическое поведение рабочих в сельской среде. Цель этой статьи показать по материалам собранным на основании репрезентативной выборки металлургических рабочих, работающих в сельскохозяйственном мало индустриализованном районе, их логическую связь занятий и их экономическую позицию. Таким образом, последовательно было произведено изучение : 1) как слабый экономический уровень влечет за собой ограничение развернутости возможности поведения рабочих по отношению к ресурсам потребления и наклоняет их к « традиционному» поведению; 2) в какой мере перемены в организации предприятия склоняют их к индивидуальной установке отказа от всякой перемены; 3) как сознавая в общественном порядке отношение к их требованиям рабочие обезкураживаются перед « политикой » на которую они не имеют никакого влияния. Таким образом экономическое, профессиональное и политическое поведения взаимно определяются и делаются понятными в связи с низким экономическим и социальным уровнем склоняющими рабочих к валоризации прошлого.Françoise Loux : The Economic behavior of workers in a rural setting. This article aims at showing the logical sequence of economic practices and attitudes, through material gathered in a representative sample of metal workers in a poorly industrialized rural area. The following items are studied successively : 1) how a low economic level brings about a limitation of the range of possible behavior in consumer habits and pushes the workers towards « traditional » behavior ; 2) in what measure an organizational change in the firm throws them back towards an individual attitude of refusing every change ; 3) how, even though being conscious of the national level on which their demands are based, the workers are nevertheless discouraged by « politics » on which they have no control. In this way economic professional and political behavior reinforce one another and linked with the low economic level, induces the worker to overvalue the past.Françoise Loux : Comportamiento económico de los obreros en un medio rural. Tal articulo propende a enseñar, con apuntaciones realizadas entre unos pocos obreros metalurgistas representatives, trabajando en una region rural poco industrializada, el encadenamiento lógico de las prácticas y actitudes económicas. Asi pues se estudió, (1) cómo un nivel económico bajo lleva consigo la limitación de los comportamientos posibles enf rente del consumo y cómo empuja a los obreros hacia una conducta « tradicional » ; (2) en que medida el cambio en la organisación de la empresa los echa hacia una actitud individual de negaciôn a cualquier cambio ; (3) cómo, y a teniendo conciencia de la importancia nacional de sus reclamaciones, por este motivo experimentan desaliento los obreros a causa de una « politica » sobre la que no influyen. Asi, los comportamientos económico, profesionál y politico se fortifican mutualmente y se entienden por el bajo nivel económico y social que incita al obrero a valorizar el pasado.Loux Françoise.
