    The impact of gender images in commercials on the self-consciousness of adolescents

    Television has a strong impact on gender-identity development. Theoretical analysis shows that the direct perception of different gender characteristics in advertising images has a specific impact on gender self-consciousness, primarily at the unconscious level. The purpose of our study was to uncover features of this impact. In this study, the effects of advertising images on the gender self-consciousness of teenagers were investigated. Two hypotheses were examined:1.Perception of gender images in TV commercials has individual variability and is connected with gender features of self-consciousness (gender type of personality, gender differentiation of consciousness, the specifics of gender identification). 2.Direct perception of gender images in TV commercials has a differential influence on the transformation of verbal (cognitive) and nonverbal (emotive) levels of self-consciousness. The commercials, which were for chocolate, contained different gender types of male and female

    Purpose. The article raises the question of the place of psychological tourism in the system of restoring personal identity and resolving intrapersonal conflicts.Method and methodology. Psychological approaches that can reveal the methodology of psychological tourism as a means of psychotherapy for personal disagreements on axiological and ethno-cultural grounds are considered.Results. The results of a pilot study of the possibilities of using psychological diagnostic techniques in the selection of psychological tourist practices in the presence of existing ethno-functional disagreements and internal conflicts of the individual, related to its value orientations are presented.Scope of application. The obtained results open new opportunities for the strategy and tactics of psychotherapeutic work in psychological tourism. In particular, the methodology for diagnosing internal conflicts “The level of correlation of value and accessibility in various life spheres” by H. Phantalova and the technique of diagnosing the degree of ethno-functional consistency of the subject “Severity of emotional attitude to groups of ethnic traits» by A. Sukharev, have a significant practical potential for the implementation of psychological tourism programs.Цель. В статье ставится вопрос о месте психологического туризма в системе восстановления личностной идентичности и разрешения внутриличностных конфликтов.Метод и методология. Рассматриваются психологические подходы, способные раскрыть методологию психологического туризма как средства психотерапии личностных рассогласований по аксиологическим и этнокультурным основаниям.Результаты. Приводятся результаты пилотажного исследования возможностей применения психологических диагностических методик при подборе психологической туристской практики в условиях имеющихся этнофункциональных рассогласований и внутренних конфликтов личности, связанных с ее ценностными ориентациями.Область применения результатов. Полученные результаты открывают новые возможности для стратегии и тактики психотерапевтической работы в психологическом туризме. В частности, методика диагностики внутренних конфликтов «Уровень соотношения ценности и доступности в различных жизненных сферах» Е.Б. Фанталовой и методика диагностики степени этнофункциональной согласованности субьекта «Выраженность эмоционального отношения к группам этнических признаков» А.В. Сухарева, имеют существенный практический потенциал для реализации программ психологического туризма
