Integral Care Facility - Carmen de Bolívar

La UAI-CB beneficiará miles de víctimas y reinsertados del conflicto armado colombiano en los Montes de María, región gravemente afectada de 1980 al 2002, y que hoy en día, en el marco de los Acuerdos de Paz, no recibe la suficiente priorización. Dentro del proyecto se presentan 4 zonas principales: en primer lugar, se encuentra la administrativa, con oficinas de la Unidad para la Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas, una bolsa de empleo y asesoría financiera; en segundo lugar, se tiene la de recuperación, donde se prestarán servicios de atención psicológica por medio de sesiones individuales o grupales, y atención fisioterapéutica mediante un gimnasio y piscina de rehabilitación; en tercer lugar, se cuenta con la de alojamiento temporal, junto a canchas y juegos que incentivan el desarrollo físico y recreativo de los usuarios; y en último lugar, está la cafetería para los usuarios y funcionarios de la Unidad. Al realizar los estudios previos para el diseño del edificio principal de la UAI-CB se encontró que el suelo es una arcilla de alta compresibilidad, y debido a la baja capacidad portante y presencia de nivel freático variable se diseñaron cimentaciones profundas con pilotes, y un muro de contención en voladizo para el sótano parcial de la Unidad. El edificio se diseñó estructuralmente como un sistema moderado de disipación de energía y de acuerdo con las normativas vigentes colombianas. El inmueble cuenta con red de agua potable, de desagüe y contraincendios. Toda la provisión de agua potable se hace mediante un sistema de tanque subterráneo y elevado. Asimismo, se diseñó un plan de manejo ambiental con manejo adecuado de RCD incluyendo su reciclaje, y se proyecta la construcción de una vía de dos carriles de 773 metros de longitud que permitirá conectar la institución con el sistema vial del municipio. Como principal limitante se tiene la falta de información primaria debido a las restricciones de movilidad producto de la pandemia del COVID-19.The ICF-CB will benefit thousands of victims and reintegrated persons of the Colombian armed conflict in Montes de María, a region seriously affected from 1980 to 2002, and which today, within the framework of the Peace Accords, does not receive sufficient prioritization. When carrying out the preliminary studies for the design of the main building of the ICF-CB, it was found that the soil is a clay with high compressibility, and due to the low bearing capacity and the presence of a variable water table, deep foundations with piles were designed, and a cantilevered retaining wall for the partial basement of the Facility. The building was structurally designed as a moderate energy dissipation system and in accordance with current Colombian regulations. The property has a drinking water, drainage, and fire protection network. All drinking water provision is made through an elevated and underground tank system. Likewise, an environmental management plan was designed with adequate management of RCD including its recycling, and the construction of a two-lane road of 773 meters is projected that will connect the institution with the municipal road system. The main limitation is the lack of primary information because of the mobility restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic
