PENINGKATAN PENDAPATAN MASYARAKAT MELALUI PROGRAM PEMBERDAYAAN DI DESA LOLAH II KECAMATAN TOMBARIRI KABUPATEN MINAHASA

Program pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilakukan baik melalui kebijakan nasional maupun daerah berupaya untuk menjadikan masyarakat diberdayakan sehingga meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengungkapkan dan menganalisis peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat melalui program pemberdayaan di Desa Lolah II Kecamatan Tombariri Kabupaten Minahasa guna memperkuat dan mengembangkan konsep dan teori yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat melalui program pemberdayaan. Metode penelitian kualitatif. Sampel diperoleh dari wawancara pada 10 orang informan yang didukung dengan observasi serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan program pelatihan yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan peningkatan pengembangan usaha telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah melalui kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa. Keikutsertaan masyarakat dalam program pelatihan dinilai oleh pemerintah dan lembaga keswadayaan masyarakat berhasil karena diikuti oleh masyarakat yang diundang. Pemerintah selalu berusaha memotivasi masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan berbagai media baik melalui pengeras suara di desa, kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan, maupun kegiatan lainnya yang banyak mengumpulkan masyarakat. Peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat merupakan suatu kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat melalui adanya peningkatan daya beli keluarga untuk membiayai kebutuhan sehari–hari keluarga baik kebutuhan dasar, kebutuhan sosial. Pendapatan masyarakat baik meningkat maupun menurun secara nyata berhubungan erat dengan kebutuhan hidup dalam pemenuhannya. Peningkatan Pendapatan Masyarakat Melalui Program Pemberdayaan Di desa Lolah II Kecamatan Tombariri Kabupaten Minahasa dilakukan melalui berbagai program pemberdayaan yaitu kegiatan bantuan pinjaman modal usaha melalui program nasional pemberdayaan masyarakat pedesaan, pengembangan motivasi bekerja dan berusaha pelatihan serta pelatihan keterampilan usaha ekonomi.Kata kunci: pendapatan, pemberdayaan, peningkata

Implementation of health services in North Sulawesi province level through the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices that are structurally no longer / not stand alone as a field service or sexy but melted in a particular field. This research aims to study and analyze the organizational restructuring of the Department of Health Pharmaceutical Sector North Sulawesi Provensi henceforth expected to enter the development of the science of public administration management.The conclusion of this study is the organizational restructuring of pharmaceutical department of North Sulawesi Provincial Health Office has not performed well based on the structure and organizational processes through the provision of additional duty in the Field of Health Care Development Efforts in the current structure handles pharmacy services. Recommendations research iniyaitu communication and coordination with relevant agencies in handling pharmaceuticals and as rare fore need to make structural changes to restore the fields of pharmaceuticals, food and beverages on the structure of the health department.Keywords: Organizational Restructuring, Pharmacy, Structure, Work Process

Dampak Covid-19 Pada Perekonomian Masyarakat Petani Di Desa Patokaan Kecamatan Talawaan Kabupaten Minahasa Utara

The purpose of this study was to determine the Impact of Covid-19 on the Community Economy Especially Farmers in Patokaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency. Data collection techniques are observation and interviews with research informants and documentation studies. The research method is descriptive with data analysis namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on the economy of the people in Patokaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency was in the income sector, economic activity, expenditure and community savings. The income of people who work as farmers has decreased due to difficulties selling agricultural products so that the costs incurred are not in accordance with the results obtained, traders who have difficulty finding buyers, private employees who are forced to lay off. Public spending continues to increase for basic needs and the need for medical medicines as well as facing rising prices of basic goods. People cannot save/save but instead use their savings to be able to buy basic necessities whose prices are increasing. The central and regional governments are making various efforts to stimulate the economy with policies providing assistance, be it social assistance, non-cash food assistance, preemployment card policies and subsidies for MSMEs. In order to strengthen the economy of the people in Patokaan Village, the village government is actively helping the community to sell agricultural products to people outside the village and those in Patokaan Village. Implementasi Program Layanan Call Center Manado Siaga 112 Studi Di Dinas Komunikasi Dan Informatika Kota Manado

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Manado standby 112 call center service program in Manado City. The research was conducted from March to April 2023 in the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) room located on the 2nd floor of the Manado City Hall building. The data analysis technique used in this study is an interactive qualitative technique. The results of the study are that there are several things that can support emergency complaint services maximally. The first factor is good cooperation between OPDs, where all OPDs join in carrying out the emergency complaint service process in this program. Friendly, fast and responsive service is the second factor, because this program does require fast service in dealing with emergencies in the City of Manado

Students in many learning activities are faced with learning difficulties, family economic problems, problems with school friends and adjustment problems with the applicable regulations. Required by her role and responsibility of parents to support the success of Siwa. This research using qualitative methods seek to reveal the phenomenon behind the role of family communication in the learning success of junior high school students in the city of Manado. From research conducted revealed that family communication that goes well show openness children to parents so that enhance the spirit of the child to learn and excel. However, family communications that do not go well make children have difficulty to deliver all the needs and problems encountered in the study. Pelaksanaan Program Pengendalian Penduduk Di Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Bitung

This research aims to explain and analyze the implementation of the family planning program at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Bitung City based on the scientific research process on the science of development resource management. The research was conducted from March to April 2023. This research took place at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Bitung City. The results showed that the human resources of program implementers were divided into three groups of work units, namely employees at the Bitung City Population Control and Family Planning Office, employees at the District UPTD. Cadres and PPKBD at the kelurahan level. Employees at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Bitung City have responsibilities in implementing the program in accordance with their main tasks and functions in the field of population control, counseling and mobilization. Employees at the sub-district UPTD in implementing the program conduct counseling, family planning services and family data collection. Cadres and PPKBD at the village level in implementing the program function to increase family planning participation, reduce alocon dropout, reduce stunting rates, help facilitate family planning services, counseling and family assistance and report regularly every month
