У даній статті досліджено важливі завдання інвестиційної діяльності підприємств, обґрунтовано фундаментальні положення для подальшого дослідження управлінських процесів. Важливим завданням інвестиційної діяльності підприємств є вибір найбільш ефективних напрямів вкладення коштів для підвищення його конкурентного статусу, зростання прибутковості та забезпечення подальшого успішного функціонування. В умовах слабкого економічного розвитку, низької купівельної спроможності юридичних та фізичних осіб, низьким рівнем їх дохідності підприємствам необхідно надавати переваги саме реальним інвестиціям, зокрема, забезпечити оптимальний вибір певних видів активів як об’єктів інвестування, оскільки вітчизняний ринок фінансових послуг потребує суттєвого удосконалення для можливості забезпечення фінансовими інструментами підприємств як споживачів послуг з фінансових інвестицій. Тенденції розвитку управлінської діяльності визначають напрям поведінки підприємства в сфері наукових досліджень і розробок, спрямованої на формування потенціалу, достатнього для врахування зміни зовнішнього оточення й досягнення довгострокових цілей, а також ефективної реалізації стратегії інвестиційної діяльності підприємства. При цьому тенденція розвитку системи управління інвестиційною діяльністю повинна бути не тільки погоджена зі стратегією розвитку підприємства, але й в окремі періоди (наприклад, в умовах депресії й кризи) бути її першоосновою.В данной статье исследованы важные задачи инвестиционной деятельности предприятий, обоснованно фундаментальные положения для дальнейшего исследования управленческих процессов. Важной задачей инвестиционной деятельности предприятий является выбор наиболее эффективных направлений вложения средств для повышения его конкурентного статуса, рост доходности и обеспечения дальнейшего успешного функционирования. В условиях слабого экономического развития, низкой покупательной способности юридических и физических лиц, низким уровнем их доходности предприятиям необходимо предоставлять преимущества именно реальным инвестициям, в частности, обеспечить оптимальный выбор определенных видов активов как объектов инвестирования, поскольку отечественный рынок финансовых услуг требует существенного усовершенствования для возможности обеспечение финансовыми инструментами предприятий как потребителей услуг по финансовым инвестициям. Тенденции развития управленческой деятельности определяют направление поведения предприятия в сфере научных исследований и разработок, направленной на формирование потенциала, достаточного для учета изменения внешнего окружения и достижения долгосрочных целей, а также эффективной реализации стратегии инвестиционной деятельности предприятия. При этом тенденция развития системы управления инвестиционной деятельностью должна быть не только согласована со стратегией развития предприятия, но и в отдельные периоды (например, в условиях депрессии и кризиса) быть ее первоосновой.The important tasks of enterprises’ investment activities are investigated in the article. The basic provisions for the further study of management processes are substantiated. An important task of enterprises’ investment activities is to choose the most effective ways for investments in order to increase their competitive status, increase profitability and ensure further successful functioning. It is shown that in the conditions of weak economic development, low purchasing power of legal entities and individuals, their low level of profitability, enterprises should give preferences to real investments, in particular, to ensure optimal selection of certain types of assets as investment objects, since the domestic financial services market requires significant improvement for creating opportunities to provide financial instruments of enterprises as financial investment services consumers. Trends in management development determine the direction of enterprise behavior in the field of research and development aimed at creating sufficient capacity to take into account changes in the external environment and the achievement of long-term goals, as well as the effective implementation of the enterprise investment strategy. At the same time, the tendency of the investment activity management system development should not only be consistent with the strategy of the enterprise' development but also to be its basic during some periods (for example, in the conditions of depression and crisis).The authors received no direct funding for this research

The monograph is prepared based on the presentations and discussions made at the II International Conference “BUSINESS RISK IN CHANGING DYNAMICS OF GLOBAL VILLAGE (BRCDGV 2019)”, November, 7th-08th, 2019, in Ternopil, Ukraine. Desarrollo estratégico de empresas en las condiciones de digitalización según los principios de la Industria 4.0

The purpose of this study is to substantiate the principles of enterprises’ strategic development in the conditions of digitalization according tothe principles of Industry 4.0, which is determined by such global trends as flexible automation, network integration and intelligent technologies and involves the introduction of Internet of things technology, digital ecosystems, big data analytics and complex information systems, which are represented by digital platforms, for managing business processes. The methodological basis of the study is a systematic approach, which makes it possible to systematically investigate the phenomena and processes occurring today in the world economy under the influence of digitalization. The application of the system approach methodology makes itpossible to use general economic research methods, including: system-structural and logistic analysis, comparative analysis and generalization, graphic. The main provisions of Industry 4.0 were highlighted, which the company must comply with in its development in order to meet international standards. The phasing of the enterprise’ strategic development in the conditions of digitalization according to the principles of Industry 4.0 is proposed, which includes sixteen stages from the establishment of the mission to the control and evaluation of the enterprise's development strategy

АНТИКРИХКІСТЬ У ГЛОБАЛЬНІЙ ЕКОНОМІЦІ ЯК ІНДИКАТОР ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО РОЗВИТКУ

Для досягнення поставленої мети дослідження авторами запропоновано розглянути тезаурус поняття «антикрихкість глобальної економіки» шляхом розкриття категоріально-понятійного апарату, а саме понять «економіка», «глобалізація», «антикрихкість» і «глобальна економіка». Із метою розмежування визначених дефініцій та подальшого нівелювання існуючих протиріч у категоріально-понятійному апараті автори пропонують наочно продемонструвати зв’язок між визначеними термінами та поняттям «антикрихкість глобальної економіки» за допомогою теоретико-графових структур. У роботі за допомогою аналізу сучасних джерел автори зробили спробу сформулювати власне визначення, яке врахувало б усі «за» та «проти» існуючих трактувань. Наведене визначення відрізняється від існуючих урахуванням ключових ознак антикрихкості, розширює поняття глобальної економіки з урахуванням її призначення та розкриває зміст економіки загалом. Автори дослідження розкрили економічний зміст глобальних проблем як складової економічного розвитку з метою виявлення детермінантів, які сприяють розвиткові світової економічної системи. У роботі проаналізовано динаміку обсягів ВВП трьох розвинених країн, а саме: Франції, Японії та США – шляхом побудови діаграми за показниками ВВП за 2014-2022 рр. Наведена в роботі динаміка обсягу експорту США, Японії та Франції в доларах США й динаміка співвідношення обсягу % експорту Франції, Японії та США за 2014-2021 рр. дозволила авторам дослідження зробити висновок про антикрихкість у глобальній економіці. У статті розглядається вплив глобальних фінансових криз на світову економічну систему, а саме вплив на надвеликі інвестиційні компанії, фінансова криза яких є детонатором світової кризи
