Estimation of changes in clinical analysis of patients who were performed the procedure of hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy at gastroabdominal tumors

ХАЙПЕК є методом паліативного лікування хворих з розповсюдженими пухлинами черевної порожнини, що набирає популярності. Цей короткий огляд присвячений змінам у клінічних аналізах пацієнтів з верифікованим раком і канцероматозом до і після проведення процедури ХАЙПЕК. У групі з 25 хворих спостерігали зміни 11 базових клініко-лабораторних показників у пацієнтів, включених у дослідження. Вивчали концентрацію гемоглобіну, вміст лейкоцитів, тромбоцитів, загального білка, білірубіну, глюкози крові, печінкові ферменти аланінамінотрансферази, аспартатамінотрансферазу, тимолову пробу та показники коагулограми: протромбіновий індекс і фібриноген. Проведення ХАЙПЕК-процедур істотно не вплинуло на клініко-лабораторні показники та загальноклінічний аналіз крові пацієнтів.HIPEC (Hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy) is a popular method of palliative treatment in patients with malignant abdominal tumors. This short review is devoted to trace changes in general clinical tests in patients with verified carcinomatosis before and after HIPEC procedure. A group of 25 patients were monitored for changes in 11 basic clinical and laboratory parameters among those included in the study. Concentration of hemoglobin, leukocytes, platelets, total protein, bilirubin, serum glucose, liver enzymes alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, thymol test and coagulogram indices: prothrombin index and fibrinogen. Summarizing the brief results, it can be said that the HIPEC procedure did not significantly affect the clinical and laboratory parameters and general clinical blood tests
