Blended Learning Approach of the Flipped Model for Partograph Short Course

Crucial demand of professional and well-trained midwives, midwifery lecturers, general practitioner, and OBGYN in Indonesia could be fulfilled by providing effective learning process to them. Udayana University through its Distance Learning Centre has offered Partograph short course in order to respond the demand. The short course has implemented blended learning approach of the flipped classroom with International collaboration. The course was joint by participants from 11 countries through video conference. The course was well designed, conducted follow Global Development Learning Network standard, and then it was evaluated. The course yielded high impact to the participants which could be seen from the participants' feedback. They testified that the course was marvelous, effective and informative. Finally the evaluation results showed that all components of the learning process have significant result to the overall learning quality which was shown by their correlation coefficients

Pemanfaatan Google Classroom untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS di masa pandemi COVID-19 pada siswa kelas VII-5 SMPN 3 Depok

Latar Belakang: Kondisi  pandemi covid 19  dan pemberlakuan pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB) menyebabkan pembelajaran dilakukan dari rumah  (BDR). Kondisi  ini tentu saja membutuhkan  suatu  aplikasi  yang  menunjang pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa secara daring yang bisa dimonitor, dinilai, dan diintegrasikan  seperti Google Classrom. Tujuan: Mengetahui ada tidaknya peningkatan hasil  belajar melalui pemanfaatan media Google Classroom selama pandemik pada siswa kelas VII-5  SMP Negeri 3 Depok,  Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021 dalam bidang studi IPS, khususnya pada materi Lembaga Sosial. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus Data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif  deskriptif  yang diambil dari hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan tindakan pemanfaatan google classroom sebagai media  pembelajaran Hasil: Pemanfaatan google classroom pada siswa VII.5 SMPN 3 Depok menunjukkan hasil persentase   ketuntasan belajar prasiklus sebesar  65%,  siklus I  77,5%,  dan siklus II  87,5%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan adanya peningkatan secara keseluruhan sebesar 32,5%. Kesimpulan: Dengan demikan dapat disimpulkan bahwa  pemanfaatan google classroom dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII-5 SMPN 3 Depok tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 secara signifikan

Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Intrinsik dan Motivasi Kerja Ekstrinsik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi pada PT. Angkasa Pura I Bandar Udara Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang)

Work motivation is one of the important factors that can influence dan improve of employees’ performance. This research is intended to analyze the influence of intrinsic work and extrinsic work motivation on the performance of the employees. The respondents consist of 60 employees of PT. Angkasa Pura I in Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang. The questionnaires are used to collect data from the respondents. Forty five (45) items of the questionnaires are used to measure the variable of intrinsic work motivation, extrinsic work motivation and performance of the respondents. The data were analized with multiple regression analysis. The result of the study indicates that: (i) intrinsic work motivation and extrinsic work motivation has positive significant influence on the employees’ performance (ii) intrinsic work motivation has no dominant influence on the employees’ performance

Pengaruh Perilaku Pemimpin terhadap Keyakinan Bawahan pada Kepemimpinan Transformasional: suatu Pendekatan Model Syncretical

This research is intended to analyze the influence of leader behavior on follower belief in transformational leadership based on syncretical model of charismatic/transformational leadership. There are three problems to discuss on this research: (i) What the displays empathy and dramatizes the mission of leader behavior has influence on the inspiration of follower?, (ii) What the projects self-assurence and enhances the leader\u27s image of leader behavior has influence on the awe of follower?, (iii) What the assures followers of their competency and provides followers with opportunities to experience success of leader behavior has influence on the empowerment of follower?The number of the respondent is 119 graduate students of Magister Management Program taken from three (3) state and private universities in Jogjakarta. The questionnaire developed by Behling and McFillen (1996) was used to collect the data. Eighteen (18) items are used to measure the variable of leader behavior and fifteen (15) items are used to measure the variable of follower belief. The data were analized by Multiple Regression Analysis.The result of this study indicate that: (i) the displays empathy of leader behavior has a positive and significant influence on the inspiration of follower, while dramatizes the mission of leader behavior has no influence on the inspiration of follower, (ii) projects self-assurence and enhances the leader\u27s image of leader behavior has a positive and significant influence on the awe of follower, (iii) assures followers of their competency and provides followers with opportunities to experience success of leader behavior has a positive and significant influence on the empowerment of follower

Analisis Perbandingan Metode Perhitungan Persediaan Average dan FIFO Pada PT Bengawan Karya Sakti

The purpose of this research is to compare inventory valuation and COGS by FIFO method with FIFO and Average inventory valuation methods. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The results showed that the calculation of the ending inventory using the FIFO method shows a lower value than the average method, this means that the lower the ending inventory value, the higher the COGS value, and vice versa. Penerapan penyusunan laporan keuangan berdasarkan SAK-EMKM pada kedai kopi di Jakarta

This study aims to apply the preparation of financial statements based on SAK EMKM at the Sans Your Day Jakarta coffee shop. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The technique used to collect data is through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Sans Your Day Jakarta coffee shop still uses simple financial records such as recording cash receipts and disbursements. The application of financial statements prepared by statements of financial position, and performance reports is close to conformity with SAK EMKM so that it can make it easier for shop owners to process transaction data into a financial report. Fixed asset data as a subsidiary ledger of financial statements, depreciation has been calculated so as to help owners know the book value of assets in the period of research. The solution for shop owners is to minimize some of the obstacles they face, namely bookkeeping is still very simple, sufficient evidence cannot be obtained for the value of capital, and bank loans and the unavailability of special resources to handle bookkeeping. Financial statements are very well applied at the beginning of the business when the assets are not of great value. the application of the financial statements has approached in accordance with SAK EMKM, such as the financial statements prepared are statements of financial position, income statements and notes to financial statements, cannot be presented in a comparative manner because there are no previous financial statements, there are no accrual transactions because in August 2021 cash transactions are still dominant. The results of this activity cannot be fully implemented because the owner still does not have a sufficient basic understanding of accounting, and training and socialization are needed starting from basic accounting.

PENGORBANAN DAN PERJUANGAN MERAIH CITA-CITA DALAM VISUALISASI KUMPULAN PUISI TIDAK ADA NEW YORK HARI INI KARYA M. AAN MANSYUR (KAJIAN SEMIOTIKA PEIRCE)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tanda ungkapan kesedihan, kerinduan, dan perjuangan meraih cita-cita sehingga menghasilkan makna tanda baru dalam visualisasi kumpulan puisi Tidak Ada New York Hari Ini karya M. Aan Mansyur. Guna memenuhi tujuan penelitian ini, maka peneliti menggunakan teori konsep segitiga makna Charles Sanders Peirce yang terdiri atas representamen/sign, objek, dan interpretant, dengan pendekatan semiotik. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu visualisasi kumpulan puisi yang diproduseri oleh Mira Lesmana dan Riri Riza yang berjudul Tidak Ada New York Hari Ini. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan teknik simak-catat, sedangkan untuk menganalisis data menggunakan tenik hermeneutik. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa deskripsi tanda ungkapan kesedihan yang ditunjukkan melalui kata kerja dan gambar diantaranya berjalan tanpa semangat, menangis, menyeret langkah kaki, pikiran melayang-layang, tanda ungkapan kerinduan ditunjukkan melalui animasi, gambar seni rupa, dan kata-katarindu, cinta, kesepian, kesakitan, kedinginan, sedangkan tanda ungkapan perjuangan meraih cita-cita ditunjukkan melalui animasi, gambar seni rupa, serta kata-kata harapan, semangat, dan ketegaran menerima rasa sedih dan rindu. Kesepian mengakibatkan adanya perasaan sedih dan rindu, serta pikiran yang melayang memikirkan masa lalu hingga masa depan. Kesepian membuat seseorang menjadi overthinking tentang berbagai hal. This study aims to examine the effect of tax planning and deferred tax expense on earnings management, as well as testing good corporate governance moderating the relationship between tax planning, deferred tax expense and earnings management. The data used in this study is the annual report of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015 - 2019. This study uses a quantitative method, earnings management is measured using the stubben formula. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis tools. The implications of the research are expected to make a positive contribution to all parties. As a consideration for regulators in issuing public policies that better understand the phenomenon of earnings management practices so that the policies issued can protect the interests of financial statement readers. Investors/potential investors and creditors are advised to be more careful in assessing the performance of management, the condition of the company, and understanding the reported profits, considering that these profits are not necessarily actual profits. Users of financial statements should be more careful in the use of financial statements, not judging the company only from the ability to generate profits without judging other aspects. With this research, it is hoped that it can provide input for companies in observing management behavior in earnings management activities related to the interests of management. PKM Guru Pembina Olimpiade Matematika Dan IPA SD Di Wilayah Gugus I Kecamatan Banawa Selatan Kabupaten Donggala

Partners of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) are the SD Teachers Working Group (KKG) Cluster I Region. Problems faced by partner groups: 1). The mastery of the teachers / KKG members on the material and discussion of math and science Olympiad questions is still low. 2) The elementary school teachers in the cluster I areas were generally D2 and S1 PGSD alumni, where at the time they were studying only basic mathematics and science material, which had a low level of abstraction. This causes teachers / KKG members in the region to often misunderstand the basic concepts of mathematics and science. 3). In addition, references that can be used as enrichment materials are also lacking, and 4). Available sources to ask questions about the mathematics and science Olympiad material are also lacking, because the South Banawa sub-district is located in the border area of ​​the provinces of Central Sulawesi and West Sulawesi. The goal of PKM is to improve the ability of elementary school teachers to solve math and science Olympiad questions, so that later they can guide students who will take part in the district, provincial and national level Olympiad. The expected output target in PKM activities is that at least 5 KKG members in the cluster I region can work on the 2019 city level Olympic questions, so that they can guide their students to qualify for the provincial level selection. After this activity is completed, the participants are expected to be able to pass on their knowledge to other fellow teachers. The book is the result of discussion of Olympic questions at the city and provincial levels, the work of the regional KKG members to be used as one of the future references. To achieve this target, the method used in this PKM activity is to provide training on material and discussion of mathematics and science Olympiad questions, basic concepts of mathematics and science which are important and support for following mathematics and science materials which require higher analysis.
