Kinematic and Dynamic Study of an Inertial System Transforming Rotational Motion into Unidirectional Linear Motion

    Get PDF
In this paper we would like to present some lesser-known aspects of inertial systems for transforming rotational motion into unidirectional (linear) translational motion by using a device (inertial system) using weights mounted on the chain of a chain drive, which is made in 3D format. Cylindrical and bevel gear drives are also used in the system. The study of the problem was done by mathematical modeling in MathCAD of the displacement, velocity, acceleration and inertia force and by making the graphical scheme of the system in AutoCAD and SolidWorks

Role of social professions in the process of sustainable development of rural area. Study case

It is already known and accepted in Romania the reality of the consequences produced by the social or other reforms, the transformations that reach precisely the category of the citizens from the rural area, with socio-economic problems. In 2017, the awareness of the fact that the population in the rural area, mainly consisting of socially, economically or medically vulnerable groups, need this type of services, trying to compensate for the reality of the dismantling of several sanitary units, O.U.G no.18 attempts an approach through the corroboration of this state of affairs with the objectives of developing community services. Our conclusions set out in this article are paving the way for de lege ferenda proposal to ensure proper regulations from the perspective of providing training for the social professions to be involved in the functioning of integrated centers at the level of rural communities

Bibliometric Analysis of Fuzzy Logic Research in International Scientific Databases

    Get PDF
The purpose of this study is to explore the Web of Science Database (WOS) and review the significant contributions to the research of Fuzzy Logic or Fuzzy Sets theory from the beginning to the present. This study analyzes the most eminent authors, institutions, countries, and journals in Fuzzy Logic research by applying science mapping methods and bibliometric measures. Also, we paid attention to link strength and h-index to represent the visibility, influence, and link between the representative authors. Moreover, we added descriptive statistics to highlight strong linearity and a connection between fuzzy publications and Fuzzy Logic research. Also, we applied regression analyses and prevision functions to predict the evolution of the Fuzzy Logic topic. The results showed a significant increase in the number of papers published annually in a portfolio of internationally representative journals. This leads us to the idea that Fuzzy Logic research is now a transdisciplinary topic that continually develops. Therefore, it can be found in more and more related areas such as artificial intelligence, IoT, medicine, economics, or the environment. Most of the results are consistent with other bibliometric studies. Still, some results are different, results related to the current cited works that show a polarization in the Asia area and the top journals that is continuously changing depending on the number of papers and the quotations of scientific personalities that publish. We used the VOS Viewer software to map the main trends in the field. The results indicate that the use of concepts has long exceeded traditional boundaries

The UAV control approach by using multi agent systems

    Get PDF
The Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) are becoming more and more accessible and their applications will grow with various utility’s from military fields with specific missions to civil so that in-depth research, in which all this types of UAV’s will operate in the future airspace, has to be done via a new concept on systems centralized autonomous control system. Approach of a Multi-Agent System (MAS) used for the development of an autonomous UAV Control System is presented. In the proposed model some processes are simplified, however it is unique, and can be used as it to help UAV’s operate in the flight airspace. This system will serve many UAV users to help them work in the same defined airspace without concerns regarding safety. The proposed model is a new concept of a multi-agent system design, simulated in NetLogo software, which include the parameters necessary to function with the objective to maintaining separation

Intelligent control interfaces developed on versatile portable intelligent platform in order to improving autonomous navigation robots performances

    Get PDF
The paper presents Intelligent Control Interfaces (ICIs) for real-time control for terrestrial mobile robots or unmanned aerial robots in order to improve the navigation performances. Intelligent control interfaces using advanced control strategies adapted to robot environment are presented, implemented through IT & C techniques with fast processing and real-time communications in order to develop a versatile, intelligent and portable VIPRO Platform with behavior of e-learning platform, which allows achievement inter-academic research networks and building new intelligent vectors robots. Implementation of ICIs laws in the intelligent real time control interfaces depends on the particular circumstances of the characteristics model used and the exact definition of optimization problem. The results led to the development of the ICI interfaces through image analysis using Images Operation Sampling & Quantization (IOSQ)

    L’agressivitĂ© des mĂ©dias- Quo Vadis?

    Get PDF
Aggression is defined as the behavior by which intentional suffering and/or physical and/or mental harm is produced. A first classification of aggressive manifestations delimits them in physical and verbal terms. The current explanatory theories of aggression postulate its instinctive and innate character, its triggering by techniques of influence and provocation as well as its potentialization out of frustration and certain environmental factors. With the explosion of media and communication in the virtual space, research on the effects of aggressive behavior has mainly focused on children and young people.L’agressivitĂ© est dĂ©finie comme le comportement par lequel sont produits une souffrance intentionnelle et/ou un prĂ©judice physique et/ou psychique.
