Conservation laws for non-potential operators

A study was developed in order to build a function M invariant in time, by means of Hamiltonian's formulation, taking into account the equation associated to the problem, showing that starting from this function the equation of motion of the system with the contour conditions for non-conservative considered problems can be obtained. The Hamiltonian method is extended for these kind of systems in order to validate for non-potential operators through variational approach

Emergência étnico-indígena e conflito socioambiental no Nordeste brasileiro

RESUMO Focando a Reserva Biológica Serra Negra, na área central do estado de Pernambuco, discute a relação entre a delimitação das Unidades de Conservação e as terras indígenas e analisa a atuação de ministérios e órgãos federais que lidam com os conflitos entre ambas. Para melhor compreensão do tema, examina o processo de etnogênese dos povos indígenas ao longo da história brasileira e, em particular, os afetos às etnias relacionadas a Serra Negra. Finalmente, conclui apontando os problemas que ameaçam uma política de uso sustentável daquela reserva e algumas propostas concretas para solucioná-los. PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Reserva biológica. Etnogênese. ABSTRACT With focus on The Black Hills (Serra Negra) Biological Reserve in the central area of the state of Pernambuco, this is a discussion regarding the relationship between the boundaries of conservation units and indigenous lands and examines the actions of federal ministries and other federal organs responsible for conflicts between them. To better understand the topic we examine the processes of ethnogenesis of indigenous peoples throughout the history of Brazil and, in particular those related to ethnic groups with relationship to the Back Hills. We conclude by identifying the problems that threaten a policy of sustainable use of the reserve and some concrete proposals to solve them. KEYWORDS: Biological Reserve. Ethnogenesis. Sustainability.
