Midwives psychological nursing with birth ball midwifery clinical application in the first-time mothers
目的 观察与评价助产士心理护理配合分娩球助产对初产妇产程过程的临床影响。方法 将2015 年4—12月208 例初产妇作为观察组,采用助产士心理护理配合分娩球助产,将2014 年4—12月229 例初产妇作为对照组,采用传统助产模式,对两组的分娩方式、产程时间、产后2 h 出血量进行比较分析。结果 观察组较对照组剖宫产率下降,产后2 h 出血量减少,产程时间缩短,差异有统计学意义。结论 助产士心理护理模式配合分娩球助产有利于提高产科服务质量,更好地保障母婴健康。Objective: To observe and evaluate the midwife psychological nursing with birth ball midwifery of primipara clinical effect in the process of labor. Methods: Will be December 4, 2015, 208 cases of primipara as observation group, the midwife cooperate birth ball midwifery psychological nursing, will be December 4, 2014, 229 cases of maternal as a control group, the traditional midwifery model, on two groups of childbirth way, labor time, 2 h postpartum haemorrhage amount for comparative analysis. Results: The observation group than the control group cesarean section rate decreased, postpartum 2 h blood loss reduction, labor time, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Responsibility midwifery model with birth ball midwifery is beneficial to improve the quality of obstetric services, to better ensure maternal and child health.
KINEMATIC CHARACTERISTICS OF SPECIFIC WUSHU MOVEMENTS: A CASE STUDY
INTRODUCTION: In this study, biomechanical characteristics of specific long shadow boxing routine actions, namely, 'cechuai', 'qiansaotui' and 'xuanfengjiao', were examined by biomechanical analysis. These actions start with thrust left heel sideways balance, followed by a downward sweeping leg and then a jump up whirlwind step (see figure 1). For most wushu athletes, these actions are difficult to accomplish perfectly. Providing some preliminary biomechanics information may help novices to accomplish all these actions
Is Malaysia ready for sustainable energy? Exploring the attitudes toward solar energy and energy behaviors in Malaysia
To meet the larger demand for electricity supply, Malaysia needs to achieve two main psychosocial conditions, among others—having the awareness of renewable energy and demonstrating energy-conserving behavior. To examine whether Malaysia has met these two conditions, we recruited 225 participants (n = 109 women, n = 113 men, n = 3 did not indicate) to complete a series of questionnaires. The results showed that the public was aware of the option of solar energy but was not ready to install solar photovoltaic panels after being told the cost incurred. Furthermore, the public did not show satisfying energy-conserving behaviors. To boost the installation of solar power, increasing the public’s energy knowledge and implementing policies to reduce the installation cost might be helpful. These findings highlighted Malaysia’s low readiness for solar power and shed some light on what needs to be done to be better prepared for solar power

Near Collisions for the Compress Function of Hamsi-256 Found by Genetic Algorithm
Hamsi is one of 14 remaining candidates in NIST\u27s Hash Competition for the future hash standard SHA-3 and Hamsi-256 is one of four kinds of Hamsi. In this paper we present a genetic algorithm to search near collisions for the compress function of Hamsi-256 , give a near collision on (256 − 20) bits and a near collision on (256 − 21) bits with four differences in the chaining value, and obtain a differential path for three rounds of Hamsi-256 with probability 1/2^24, 1/2^23 respectively, which are better than previous work reported about near collisions

Chaos signatures of current phase transition in a toroidal trap
In this work we demonstrate how the directed motion of atomic Bose-Einstein
condensates in a toroidal trap can be controlled by applying a zero-mean
oscillatory driving field. We show that due to the self-trapping effect in
momentum space, the oscillatory amplitude of the current can be significantly
suppressed and a nearly constant directed current can be obtained preserving
the initial current values, by decreasing the driving amplitude, even when the
atomic interactions are relatively small. We also reveal numerically the
mean-field chaos can serve as an indicator of a quantum phase transition
between the vanishing current regime and nonvanishing current regime. Our
results are corroborated by an effective three-mode model, which provides an
excellent account of the ratchet dynamics of the system.Comment: 7 pages, 9 figure
Relationship between neonatal dacryocystitis and cesarean section and the treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis
AIM: To explore the treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis of different ages and the relationship between caesarean section and neonatal dacryocystitis.<p>METHODS: A total of 260 cases(260 eyes)of children with neonatal dacryocystitis were divided into 1-3 months group, 4-6 months group, 7-12 months group and 13-24 months group, Each group was respectively given the lacrimal sac massage, lacrimal passage irrigation and probing of lacrimal passage method. Curative effect of each method was observed in different groups. Analysis was made to determine whether caesarean section was the cause of neonatal dacryocystitis.<p>RESULTS: The comparison between 1-3 months group and 4-6 months group showed significant difference(<i>χ</i><sup>2</sup>=19.89, <i>P</i><0.05). Lacrimal sac massage was effective for babies under 6 months, particularly in 1-3 months babies. The curative effect of lacrimal passage irrigation in four groups was compared, and there was statistical significance in the difference between the curative effect of each group(<i>χ</i><sup>2</sup>=54.95, <i>P</i><0.05). The difference between the 1-3 months group and 4-6 months group was <i>χ</i><sup>2</sup>=0.00003, <i>P</i>>0.05, lacrimal passage irrigation of these two groups showed no significant difference in efficacy. The comparison result between the other two groups showed no significant difference(<i>P</i><0.05), lacrimal passage irrigation effects are different from each group. The comparison result between 7-12 months group and 13-24 months group was <i>χ</i><sup>2</sup>=10.29, <i>P</i><0.05. Infants born by cesarean section accounted for 85% of all cases. <p>CONCLUSION:Lacrimal sac massage can exert very good therapeutic effects in infants less than 3 months. The curative effects of irrigation of lacrimal passage are quite good in babies under 12 months. Probing of lacrimal passage has a good curative effect in 7-12 months infants, but a poor curative effect in babies over 12 months. Caesarean section is an important cause for neonatal dacryocystitis
Identifying the Riemann zeros by periodically driving a single qubit
The Riemann hypothesis, one of the most important open problems in pure
mathematics, implies the most profound secret of prime numbers. One of the most
interesting approaches to solve this hypothesis is to connect the problem with
the spectrum of the physical Hamiltonian of a quantum system. However, none of
the proposed quantum Hamiltonians have been experimentally feasible.Here, we
report the first experiment to identify the first non-trivial zeros of the
Riemann zeta function and the first two zeros of P\'olya's fake zeta function,
using a novel Floquet method, through properly designed periodically driving
functions. According to this method, the zeros of these functions are
characterized by the occurrence of crossings of quasi-energies when the
dynamics of the system are frozen. The experimentally obtained zeros are in
excellent agreement with their exact values. Our study provides the first
experimental realization of the Riemann zeros, which may provide new insights
into this fundamental mathematical problem.Comment: 5 pages, 7 figure
The Influence of Cemented Paste Backfill on Groundwater Quality
AbstractThis little literature studies the influence of cemented paste backfill (CPB) on ground water in diggings based on quality comparison between tailings slurry, thickener overflow, indoor soak sample, and seepage of underground paste. Firstly, determine the proportion of injurious ingredient filled underground. Secondly, investigate the amount of hazardous material which are leached from paste during the long time soaking. At last, the detection is made on underground seepage water, and also sample's quality is judged by multi-object decision. The result shows, 16.74% ∼ 79.83% of injurious material in the tailings slurry has been filled into the underground, however, the soak and seepage water turned out to be level I and II when synthetically evaluated by five indexes, which shows the CPB would not pollute the underground water, and it is safe, also feasible to adopt CPB in mining industry
