Research on an Improved Method for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

    Get PDF
In permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) traditional vector control system, PI regulator is used in the speed loop, but it has some defects. An improved method of PMSM vector control is proposed in the paper. The active-disturbance rejection control (ADRC) speed regulator is designed with the input signals of given speed and real speed and the output of given stator current q coordinate component. Then, in order to optimize ADRC controller, the least squares support vector machines (LSSVM) optimal regression model is derived and successfully embedded in the ADRC controller. ADRC observation precision and dynamic response of the system are improved. The load disturbance effect on the system is reduced to a large extent. The system anti-interference ability is further improved. Finally, the current sensor CSNE151-100 is selected to sample PMSM stator currents. The voltage sensor JLBV1 is used to sample the stator voltage. The rotor speed of PMSM is measured by mechanical speed sensor, the type of which is BENTLY 330500. Experimental platform is constructed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method

Mediator complex component MED13 regulates zygotic genome activation and is required for postimplantation development in the mouse

Understanding factors that regulate zygotic genome activation (ZGA) is critical for determining how cells are reprogrammed to become totipotent or pluripotent. There is limited information regarding how this process occurs physiologically in early mammalian embryos. Here, we identify a mediator complex subunit, MED13, as translated during mouse oocyte maturation and transcribed early from the zygotic genome. Knockdown and conditional knockout approaches demonstrate that MED13 is essential for ZGA in the mouse, in part by regulating expression of the embryo-specific chromatin remodeling complex, esBAF. The role of MED13 in ZGA is mediated in part by interactions with E2F transcription factors. In addition to MED13, its paralog, MED13L, is required for successful preimplantation embryo development. MED13L partially compensates for loss of MED13 function in preimplantation knockout embryos, but postimplantation development is not rescued by MED13L. Our data demonstrate an essential role for MED13 in supporting chromatin reprogramming and directed transcription of essential genes during ZGA.Fil: Miao, Yi Liang. Finite Element Analysis of Constant Pressure Delivery System of Flying Ashes

    No full text
This article introduces the working principle of flying ashes conveying system with constant pressure. Constant pressure set at constant pressure regulating process values need to be matched with a suitable speed. The simulation analysis of flying ashes constant pressure conveying system by using finite element analysis software ANSYS, obtained the situation of flow distribution in the conveying pipeline flow and pressure in different wind speeds, through the analysis of the results, selecting a convey speed which is scientific and consistent with the actual situation. This article provides a strong theoretical and practical basis for optimizing the flying ashes pneumatic conveying parameters

Energy Routing Control Strategy for Integrated Microgrids Including Photovoltaic, Battery-Energy Storage and Electric Vehicles

The Energy Internet is an inevitable trend of the development of electric power system in the future. With the development of microgrids and distributed generation (DG), the structure and operation mode of power systems are gradually changing. Energy routers are considered as key technology equipment for the development of the Energy Internet. This paper mainly studies the control of the LAN-level energy router, and discusses the structure and components of the energy router. For better control of the power transmission of an energy router, the energy routing control strategy for an integrated microgrid, including photovoltaic (PV) energy, battery-energy storage and electric vehicles (EVs) is studied. The front stage DC/DC converter of the PV system uses maximum power point tracking (MPPT) control. The constant current control is used by the bidirectional DC/DC converter of the battery-energy storage system and the EV system when they discharge. The DC/AC inverters adopt constant reactive power and constant DC voltage control. Constant current constant voltage control is adopted when an EV is charged. The control strategy model is simulated by Simulink, and the simulation results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy. The DG could generate reactive power according to the system instructions and ensure the stable output of the DC voltage of the energy router

Maternal Vitamin D Supplementation inhibits Bisphenol A-induced proliferation of Th17 cells in adult offspring

Bisphenol A (BPA) exposure can increase the risk of immune-related diseases in later life. Vitamin D3 (Vit D3) has been shown to have multiple immunomodulatory actions and has been used to treat immune diseases. However, the potential beneficial effects of Vit D3 on BPA-induced adverse effects in the immune system have not explored. We hypothesize that VitD3 may ameliorate BPA-induced side effects in the immune system, even in offspring of VitD3-supplemented mothers. Here, we established our experimental model by exposing pregnant dams with 1000 nM BPA with or without VitD3 (0.25 μg/kg, 1 μg/kg and 4 μg/kg) treatment. We show that mother’s exposure to BPA increases proliferation of the spleen T helper 17 (Th17) cells and serum protein level of IL-17 in the offspring; however, VitD3 supplementation in mothers dose-dependently ameliorated these BPA-induced side effects on the immune system in the offspring as evidenced by attenuated upregulation of Th17 proliferation, and RORγt, IL-17, IL-6, and IL-23 expressions in the offspring. Our data provide the first evidence that maternal VitD3 supplementation offers benefits to the offspring by attenuating BPA-induced side effects on the immune system through vitamin D receptor (VDR)-dependent regulation of transcription factors and cytokines, suggesting its translational potential

Improvement of Disease Management and Cost Effectiveness in Chinese Patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis Using a Smart-Phone Management System: A Prospective Cohort Study

    No full text
Objectives. Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) is a chronic disease that decreases mobility, function, and quality of life. This study introduced the “Smart-phone SpondyloArthritis Management System” (SpAMS), an interactive mobile health (mHealth) tool designed for AS/spondyloarthritis (SpA) disease management and used SpAMS data to evaluate clinical characteristics of Chinese patients with AS. Methods. SpAMS integrates patient’s and physician’s portals in a smart phone application. The Chinese Ankylosing Spondylitis Prospective Imaging Cohort was launched using SpAMS in April 2016. Patient self-assessments were completed online at baseline and at every subsequent clinic visit. Physician-reported assessments and treatments were recorded by rheumatologists during each visit. Results. In total, 1201 patients with AS [mean (SD) age, 30.6 (8.7) years; male, 82.6%] were recruited. Mean (SD) disease duration was 8.4 (6.1) years. Past or current symptoms of acute anterior uveitis (AAU), psoriasis, and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) were observed in 21.0%, 3.7%, and 9.4% of patients, respectively. AAU and IBD occurred significantly more in patients with symptom duration > 10 years. The most commonly used medications at baseline were nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (98.2%). Patients using tumour necrosis factor inhibitors accounted for 20.8%, and 66.4% of patients used conventional synthetic disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs. At baseline, 57.2% of patients had inactive disease (ID)/low disease activity (LDA); this rate significantly improved to 79.2% after a mean follow-up of 13.3 (5.9) months. Compared with relapsed patients, new achievers of ID/LDA underwent more online patient assessments (P < .001). Problems solved in SpAMS caused 29.1% of clinic visits to a tertiary hospital unnecessary. SpAMS saved an average of 5.3 hours and 327.4 RMB per person on traffic expenses; these expenses equalled 16% of the Chinese monthly disposable personal income. Conclusions. SpAMS is a time- and cost-saving disease management tool that can help patients with AS perform self-management and provide valuable data to clinicians
