    Trends and features of the informatization of higher education modern stage

    Problem statement. Nowadays, people are increasingly talking not about the progressive development of higher education in the context of the use of digital technologies, but about its more drastic digital transformation. The problem of identifying and systematizing patterns characterizing the development of universities in the context of the mass introduction of new digital technologies, as well as changes in external influences on student training systems, is urgent. The solution of this problem is significant for determining further scientific and pedagogical research, as well as ways to develop teacher training systems. The purpose of the study is to identify on the basis of domestic and foreign analytical data (OECD, UNESCO and others) directions, characteristics, problems and prospects of informatization of higher education. Methodology. The analysis of scientific publications on the development of didactics and the use of modern teaching tools in universities is based on the study of the species composition and specifics of existing digital resources, the use of mathematical methods for processing numerical data and technologies for their visualization. Results. It is shown that modern informatization of higher education is characterized by the spread of online courses, collections of digital resources, a decrease in the number of computer equipment in universities, the penetration of technologies of the new industrial revolution and many other factors. The development of a fundamental component of higher education that is invariant with respect to the development of technologies, the preparation of students for the use of promising technologies in professional activities, the pooling of resources into a single digital educational environment are significant. Conclusion. Research should be continued to ensure and evaluate the quality of all types of learning tools, to identify theoretical and practical approaches to the integration and unification of disparate information systems. There is a need for a scientifically based substantive and methodological update of the systems of training and retraining of all specialists working in the conditions of digital transformation of higher education

    Dynamic xx spin pair correlation functions for the isotropic spin-1/2 XY chain are calculated numerically for long open chains in the presence of a transverse magnetic field at finite temperature.     При содержании крыс на кариесогенном рационе в течение 35 дней оральные аппликации геля, содержащего цетилпиридиния гексафторсиликат, в дозе 7,5; 15 и 30 мг/кг осуществляют дозозависимое кариеспрофилактическое действие (на 31,4, 42,9 и 47,1 % соответственно). При этом достоверно повышается минерализирующий индекс пульпы зубов. По данным исследования клеточного состава крови и печеночных маркеров в сыворотке крови, указанные дозы гексафторсиликата не выявляют токсического действия на организм. Таким образом, проведенные нами исследования показали высокую кариеспрофилактическую эффективность цетилпиридиния гексафторсиликата, зависящую от его дозы в пределах 7,5–30 мг/кг, причем в отмеченных дозировках препарат не оказывает токсического действия на организм. Возможно, это обусловлено тем, что действие комплекса фторида дополняет антимикробное и лизоцимстимулирующее действие катиона цетилпиридиния. Кроме того, следует отметить, что использование гексафторсиликата в составе орального геля создает более эффективную локальную концентрацию действующих веществ.In our previous work, it was shown that the newly synthesized "onium" hexafluorosilicate has caries preventive effect significantly higher than a similar action of sodium fluoride.     Observation of narrow baryon resonance decaying into pKs0pK^0_s in pA-interactions at 70GeV/c70 GeV/c with SVD-2 setup

    SVD-2 experiment data have been analyzed to search for an exotic baryon state, the Θ+\Theta^+-baryon, in a pKs0pK^0_s decay mode at 70GeV/c70 GeV/c on IHEP accelerator. The reaction pApKs0+XpA \to pK^0_s+X with a limited multiplicity was used in the analysis. The pKs0pK^0_s invariant mass spectrum shows a resonant structure with M=1526±3(stat.)±3(syst.)MeV/c2M=1526\pm3(stat.)\pm 3(syst.) MeV/c^2 and Γ<24MeV/c2\Gamma < 24 MeV/c^2. The statistical significance of this peak was estimated to be of 5.6σ5.6 \sigma. The mass and width of the resonance is compatible with the recently reported Θ+\Theta^+- baryon with positive strangeness which was predicted as an exotic pentaquark (uuddsˉuudd\bar{s}) baryon state. The total cross section for Θ+\Theta^+ production in pN-interactions for XF0X_F\ge 0 was estimated to be (30÷120)μb(30\div120) \mu b and no essential deviation from A-dependence for inelastic events (A0.7)(\sim A^{0.7}) was found.Comment: 8 pages, 7 figures, To be submitted to Yadernaya Fizika. v3-v5 - Some references added, minor typos correcte

    Protection of Melanized Cryptococcus neoformans from Lethal Dose Gamma Irradiation Involves Changes in Melanin's Chemical Structure and Paramagnetism

    Certain fungi thrive in highly radioactive environments including the defunct Chernobyl nuclear reactor. Cryptococcus neoformans (C. neoformans), which uses L-3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine (L-DOPA) to produce melanin, was used here to investigate how gamma radiation under aqueous aerobic conditions affects the properties of melanin, with the aim of gaining insight into its radioprotective role. Exposure of melanized fungal cell in aqueous suspensions to doses of γ-radiation capable of killing 50 to 80% of the cells did not lead to a detectable loss of melanin integrity according to EPR spectra of melanin radicals. Moreover, upon UV-visible (Xe-lamp) illumination of melanized cells, the increase in radical population was unchanged after γ-irradiation. Gamma-irradiation of frozen cell suspensions and storage of samples for several days at 77 K however, produced melanin modification noted by a reduced radical population and reduced photoresponse. More direct evidence for structural modification of melanin came from the detection of soluble products with absorbance maxima near 260 nm in supernatants collected after γ-irradiation of cells and cell-free melanin. These products, which include thiobarbituric acid (TBA)-reactive aldehydes, were also generated by Fenton reagent treatment of cells and cell-free melanin. In an assay of melanin integrity based on the metal (Bi+3) binding capacity of cells, no detectable loss in binding was detected after γ-irradiation. Our results show that melanin in C. neoformans cells is susceptible to some damage by hydroxyl radical formed in lethal radioactive aqueous environments and serves a protective role in melanized fungi that involves sacrificial breakdown

    This article presents the comparative analysis of humoral and cellular immunity indicators under the influence of magneticlaser effect in 2 frequency ranges (150—1 5000 Hz) for treatment of pregnant women with mild anemia against the background of chronic gastritis, associated with contamination gastrointestinal tract Helicobacter pylori. The application of magnetic-laser effect in frequency 150 Hz allows to raise of hemoglobin lowers the titre of antibodies to Helicobacter pylori. The moderate stimulation of Th1 link withoit activation of humoral immunity is optimal in treatment of benign anemia of pregnancy

    Web-MCOT Server for Motif Co-Occurrence Search in ChIP-Seq Data

    (1) Background: The widespread application of ChIP-seq technology requires annotation of cis-regulatory modules through the search of co-occurred motifs. (2) Methods: We present the web server Motifs Co-Occurrence Tool (Web-MCOT) that for a single ChIP-seq dataset detects the composite elements (CEs) or overrepresented homo- and heterotypic pairs of motifs with spacers and overlaps, with any mutual orientations, uncovering various similarities to recognition models within pairs of motifs. The first (Anchor) motif in CEs respects the target transcription factor of the ChIP-seq experiment, while the second one (Partner) can be defined either by a user or a public library of Partner motifs being processed. (3) Results: Web-MCOT computes the significances of CEs without reference to motif conservation and those with more conserved Partner and Anchor motifs. Graphic results show histograms of CE abundance depending on orientations of motifs, overlap and spacer lengths; logos of the most common CE structural types with an overlap of motifs, and heatmaps depicting the abundance of CEs with one motif possessing higher conservation than another. (4) Conclusions: Novel capacities of Web-MCOT allow retrieving from a single ChIP-seq dataset with maximal information on the co-occurrence of motifs and potentiates planning of next ChIP-seq experiments
