The Creation of a Vortex in Sea water through the MHD
The Magneto hydrodynamics equations, MHD, are discussed for weakly conductive fluids of electricity, and then an analytical solution is presented. An MHD vortex is generated using seawater in a cylindrical vessel, where external electromagnetic fields are conveniently applied. Some physical quantities of interest are discussed and measured by well-known techniques
Considerations on the Lift Force
Many authors at criticizing the conventional explanation of aerodynamic lift based on Bernoulli\u27s law commit the same mistake laying within the scope of mechanics and ignoring the effects of viscosity in the generation of forces. Because it is an irreversible process, we affirm that it is not possible to generate lift without increasing entropy. And for an increase of entropy it must be considered the viscosity and vorticity
Competing ideologies of Russia's civil society
Many analysts and public opinion makers in the West conflate the notions of Russia’s non-systemic liberal opposition and the country’s civil society. Indeed, despite garnering the support of a minority of Russia’s population, non-systemic liberal opposition represents a well-organized civic group with a clearly articulated agenda and the ability to take action. Yet, does Russia’s civil society end there? A closer look at the country’s politics shows that Russia has a substantial conservative-traditionalist faction that has also developed agenda for action and formulated opinions. This group is anti-liberal rather than illiberal ideologically and pro-strong state/pro a geopolitically independent Russia rather than pro-Kremlin politically. The interaction between liberal and conservative civic groups represents the battle of meanings, ideas, and ethics, and ultimately determines the future trajectory of Russia’s evolution. Thus, the analysis of Russia’s civil society must represent a rather more nuanced picture than a mere study of the liberal non-systemic opposition. This article will examine the complexity of Russia’s civil society scene with reference to the interplay between the liberal opposition and conservative majority factions. The paper will argue that such complexity stems from ideological value pluralism that falls far beyond the boundaries of the liberal consensus, often skewing our understanding of political practice in Russia

A novel model for combinig projection and image filtering using Kalman and discrete wavelet transform in computerized tomography.
The Burden of Pseudo-Existing Choice
The pseudo-alternative nature of the forthcoming presidential election in Russia is a logical out come of the vertical of power and influence that has been formed for many years in this state. Starting from that pre supposition, the author analyzes the public opinion dynamics among Russian citizens relative to the assumed criteria of choice as to a presidential contender on behalf of the party in power (i.e. “winner”), on the one hand, as well as the electoral intentions and expectations of the population, on the other hand. Based on this analysis, the author concludes that the interdependence between the functions of the ruling clique and the masses may change as a result of a transition from a “procedural” to an historical choice. A new structure of society characterized by a gradual weakening of the highest ranks can pave the way for modern patterns of two-sided dependencies in the future
Stephen Hawking: Black Holes and other Contributions from one of the Greatest Scientists of Our Time
Stephen Hawking entered the hall of the greatest scientists of all time, alongside names like Galileo, Newton and Einstein. He was a warrior fighting a degenerative disease that deprived him of movement. Hawking made important contributions to understanding the functioning of the Universe by exploring issues such as Black Holes, Wormholes, Space and Time, and the Big Bang. The understanding of the Thermodynamics of the Black Holes caused us to approach the Relativity of Quantum Mechanics, leaving the "Theory of Everything" closer to our reality. Stephen William Hawking was born exactly on the 300th anniversary of Galileo's death and died at the age of 76 on Albert Einstein´s birthday on Pi Day on March 14, 2018
