The content of educational field in the networking of universities

The paper discusses three forms of content: electronic complexes for the teaching and learning; collection of unique videos; description of interactive forms of the educational process. Opinion is substantiated that the restrictions on the free access to the content of teaching materials, as well as giving them the status of intellectual property for capitalizing, are the redundant. Network contacts of the universities should help to ensure that the quality of educational resources will be increased by way of increasing responsibility of the authors to the content which is created.Обсуждаются три формы контента: электронные учебно-методические комплексы, коллекции авторских видеоматериалов, описание интерактивных форм учебного процесса. Обосновывается мнение, что ограничения свободного доступа к контенту учебно-методических комплексов, как и придание им статуса интеллектуальной собственности с последующим правом реализации и извлечения материальной выгоды, скорее избыточны, чем необходимы. Сетевое взаимодействие должно стимулировать повышение качества учебных ресурсов в связи с возрастающей ответственностью авторов за предоставляемый контент
