    The content of educational field in the networking of universities

    The paper discusses three forms of content: electronic complexes for the teaching and learning; collection of unique videos; description of interactive forms of the educational process. Opinion is substantiated that the restrictions on the free access to the content of teaching materials, as well as giving them the status of intellectual property for capitalizing, are the redundant.
