TEACHERS’ AWARENESS AND PREPAREDNESS IN THE DELIVERY OF ALTERNATIVE MODES OF TEACHING

This research is an assessment and understanding of the teachers' awareness and preparedness in the delivery of alternative modes of teaching in distance education as an input for continuing professional training program for teachers. The level of teachers' awareness and preparedness in the delivery of print-based, audio-based, tele visually based, mobile-based, web-based, and multimedia-based in distance education; the relationship of the teachers' profile and their level of preparedness; and the difference between their level of awareness and level of preparedness in the delivery of alternative modes of teaching in distance education. Descriptive research design was the method used by the researchers to assess and to understand the teachers' level of awareness and preparedness in the delivery of alternative modes of teaching in distance education
