Packaging technology is one of today’s rapidly evolving disciplines, with innovative implications for many other disciplines, such as the food industry. Plastics can also be referred to as the materials of the 21st century, without which we could hardly imagine our lives today. Bioplastics are made from raw materials from renewable sources, while degradable plastics are mixtures of plastics made from conventional raw materials and additives that aid degradation. In my qualitative, online study, 513 people answered my questions about what the main function of packaging is, what characteristics a packaging material should possess, foods in which packaging are preferred, whether they had ever encountered environmentally friendly packaging materials. In addition to a lot of useful information, it turned out that Hungarian people are typically ecoconscious on paper, but in reality they do not pay enough attention to it. It is primarily college graduate women between the ages of 46 and 65 who also take environmental and ecological considerations into account when buying food

Mangers of a meat-processing small works were interested in the customers' behaviour. I made the personal questionnaire method to recognize attitudes, motivations and opinions. In my survey I asked the buyers about the place of shopping, the main reasons of their choice, and the most important differences in the food safety between the small and the big factories. The main conclusions of the examination are: most answerers do their shopping in the hypermarkets, because of the rich selection and the low price, but a little part of the buyers likes small meat-shops or the meat-market, because of the quality and the freshness. When they choose a meat-product a lot of answerers are wedded to one maker. The people usually buy meat-products of big companies. In the most purchasers' view the big meat-companies are reliable, and they like their products, but the little part of them believe only in the small companies, they believe in their products, they think their meat-quality and food safety are better

Kutatásunk során interjút készítettünk kivi-termelőkkel, a növény termesztésének hazai gyakorlatának feltérképezése céljából. Emellett kvalitatív kutatásként kérdőívvel mértük fel a kivi fogyasztási szokásainak megismeréséhez. A felméréseknek köszönhetően átfogó képet kaphattunk termelő és vásárlói oldalról is. Az interjúk során megismerhettük a résztvevők kivitermesztésének okát, a fő előnyeit, termesztési praktikákat. Kérdőíves felmérésünk során pedig összetett képet kaptunk a fogyasztással kapcsolatosan. The growing of fruit trees and shrubs from abroad is becoming more and more widespread in Hungary. In particular, the kiwifruit is the one that has grown out of almost nothing these days. The plant was experimented with in Hungary already in the 1980s, but due to lack of appropriate information the attempt was unsuccessful. The breakthrough came in 2016 at the plantation in Becsehely, when it was already producing commercial quantities of fruit. The news about this topic got caught our attention. During our research, we conducted interviews with kiwifruit owners to explore the domestic practices of plant cultivation. In addition, we used a questionnaire to learn about kiwifruit consumption. Thanks to our surveys, we were able to get a comprehensive picture of both the production and the customer side. We have known the reasons of the kiwifruit growing, its advantages and the cultivation practices. We got different pictures about the consumers’ habits
