Therefore, in order to create a basis for further research into the cultural and spiritual life of workers from industrial parks in Vietnam, the article focuses on clarifying theoretical issues about cultural and spiritual life and the cultural and spiritual life of workers currently working in Vietnamese industrial parks

Responsibilities Of Heads Of State-Run Agencies For Guaranteeing Commendation Principles In Accordance With The Law On Emulation And Commendation

The heads of state agencies play a signigicant role in guaranteeing commendation principles in order to promptly encourage individual and collective achievements and contributions. Properly awarding right people for their proper achievements requires great responsibility as well as a strong sense of fairness that rest with those heads. Therefore, the article focuses on clarifying the responsibilities that heads of state agencies have for guaranteeing commendation principles under the Law on Emulation and Commendation. Thereby, some solutions are proposed to deal with the subjectivity of emotions, factionalism and lack of democracy caused by those leaders when it comes to commedation

CRM Tracking System in Database and Web

Currently, all companies' vision is to maximize the profit by gaining the customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Using CRM Tracking System in Database and Web, the company can easily retrieve useful and necessary information. This project aims to track and update the business performance of customer, from that continuously push and manage their business with the company. Moreover, the system can evaluate how close relationship with customer is, so that the company can design more suitable strategy and program for different customer group. And CRM Tracking System in Database and Web also aims to consolidate customer information from various sources, for example, sales department, marketing department, business partner department, etc ... For the time being, it causes a lot of troubles if a person wants to know about those information; for example, they do not know the full contact information of customer, how active the relationship with the customer is, which wastes time and effort With the help from technology, CRM Tracking System in Database and Web is a useful tool to tackle that problem. Using its search engine, a user can find any information regarding the categories such as active customer, inactive customer, event, interest sector and certificate. Within the scope of this project, the system is developed focusing on Sales Department at IBM Vietnam. In general, to develop the system, a methodology of prototyping is chosen. This methodology will perform the analysis, design, and implementation phase concurrently, and all three phases are performed repeatedly in a cycle until the system is completed. During the war of resistance against the US, to save the country 21 years of hardship for the Vietnamese people, the year 1972 held a particularly important position, creating a major turning point of the war with decisive victories in both South and North Vietnam, both military, political and diplomatic struggles. Due to the heavy defeat, the US imperialists were forced to return to the negotiating table, sign the Paris Agreement, end the war, and restore peace in Vietnam. The development of tourism linked to the unique cultural values of each ethnic community is becoming an essential trend in the tourism sector. The Tay and Nung ethnic communities in Cao Bang province are among the ethnic minority groups in Vietnam, with rich cultural and social lives that hold significant importance in tourism development. The traditional cultural values of the Tay and Nung people deeply embody the cultural identity of the ethnic group and represent a rich cultural potential in the tourism development of Cao Bang province. Successfully managing the relationship between preserving and promoting the traditional cultural values of the Tay and Nung people in Cao Bang province in connection with sustainable tourism development will contribute to changing livelihoods, enhancing the quality of life for the people, and ensuring the sustainable development of the country
