Modeling of geological and technical measures based on drilling a well with modified valve assembly parameters
In the course of the research, an analysis of the development of geological and technical measures at various fields was carried out. The justified application of these measures has been studied, and recommendations have been made to increase the efficiency of oil recovery based on drilling wells with modified valve assembly parameters. The conducted research allows us to obtain optimal performance indicators of pumping equipment associated with such parameters as pressure, flow, taking into account the lowest cost of repair work. For this purpose, modeling of geological and technical measures based on drilling a well with modified parameters of the hydraulic assembly of the drilling pump has been developed. This design solution allows you to obtain optimal performance of the drilling pump, taking into account the lowest costs for current and major repairs. These studies aimed at finding optimal geological and technical measures (GTM) related to increasing the productivity of drilling pumps and oil recovery in general are very promising and relevant
Efficience of multistage fracturing in horizontal wells of the Kashiro-Podolsk deposits
The article is devoted to the methods of extracting reserves from complex carbonate reservoirs based on a complex of geological and technical measures. The parameters influencing the technological efficiency and the increase in oil production are analyzed. These include geological and filtration-capacitive heterogeneity, as well as technological parameters. The division of carbonate rocks into petrotypes is considered in order to assess their impact on input technological indicators â water content, oil flow rate. Geological conditions have been studied, as well as geological and technical parameters that have a significant impact on oil production and reservoir flooding during the multistage acid fracturing. The studied relationships allow for a detailed analysis of the success of events and a detailed approach to the selection of candidate wells
THE REGULATION WAY OF TOURIST AND RECREATIONAL COMPLEX TO MAINTAIN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT INTO THE REGION
In the conditions of the formation of new innovation-oriented trends in the world economy, a special place is occupied by the problem of sustainable development of various fields of activity. Not a small role in this is played by the tourism industry, which can bring significant economic benefits to the region. However, maintaining stable growth of this industry is possible only on the basis of activating social, economic, political and environmental indicators. In this regard, the work is devoted to the study of the foundations of sustainable development of the tourism sector on the basis of an effective management mechanism. The functions of state intervention are specified, the structure of the tourism and recreation complex is given. Directions are proposed to increase the pace of sustainable development of tourist activities in selected local systems.

The Model of Innovative Activities Management in a Competitive Market Conditions
Market competition in all sectors of the economy calls for maximum use, activation, optimal implementation of the results of scientific and technical progress - innovations. This is necessary not discrete implementation of innovative projects and development of a new system of interaction of innovative processes in all areas. Purpose of the article is modeling of innovative activities' processes management and development of recommendations to improve its productivity. The authors analyzed the theoretical and methodological aspects of innovative activities' implementation, revealed the structure of innovative activities and the parameters of its implementation. A mathematical model for innovative activities' managing, defining the hierarchy of its connections is proposed. This article is intended for regional leaders, top managers of enterprises, scientists and researchers involved in the innovative development of an economic sector.

Global Landscape Review of Serotype-Specific Invasive Pneumococcal Disease Surveillance among Countries Using PCV10/13: The Pneumococcal Serotype Replacement and Distribution Estimation (PSERENADE) Project.
Serotype-specific surveillance for invasive pneumococcal disease (IPD) is essential for assessing the impact of 10- and 13-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccines (PCV10/13). The Pneumococcal Serotype Replacement and Distribution Estimation (PSERENADE) project aimed to evaluate the global evidence to estimate the impact of PCV10/13 by age, product, schedule, and syndrome. Here we systematically characterize and summarize the global landscape of routine serotype-specific IPD surveillance in PCV10/13-using countries and describe the subset that are included in PSERENADE. Of 138 countries using PCV10/13 as of 2018, we identified 109 with IPD surveillance systems, 76 of which met PSERENADE data collection eligibility criteria. PSERENADE received data from most (n = 63, 82.9%), yielding 240,639 post-PCV10/13 introduction IPD cases. Pediatric and adult surveillance was represented from all geographic regions but was limited from lower income and high-burden countries. In PSERENADE, 18 sites evaluated PCV10, 42 PCV13, and 17 both; 17 sites used a 3 + 0 schedule, 38 used 2 + 1, 13 used 3 + 1, and 9 used mixed schedules. With such a sizeable and generally representative dataset, PSERENADE will be able to conduct robust analyses to estimate PCV impact and inform policy at national and global levels regarding adult immunization, schedule, and product choice, including for higher valency PCVs on the horizon

Ruoka on erottamaton osa jokapÀivÀistÀ elÀmÀÀmme. Ruoassa heijastuvat kunkin kansan perinteet, historia ja luonne. Tutustuminen uuteen kulttuuriin alkaa usein tutustumisella uuden maan ruokakulttuuriin. TÀssÀ pro gradu -tutkielmassani tavoitteenani on kuvata venÀlÀisten maahanmuuttajien ruokakulttuurin piirteitÀ Suomessa.
Ruokakulttuuri on yhtÀ vaihteleva kuin kulttuuri ylipÀÀtÀÀn. Akkulturaatio on yksi monista kulttuurin vaihtelun muodoista, joka ilmenee eri kulttuurien kohdatessa. Sen vuoksi on mielenkiintoista tarkastella maahanmuuttajien ruokakulttuuria esimerkkinÀ heidÀn akkulturaatiostaan. Valaisen tÀten työssÀni kulttuurienvÀlisen kommunikaation teoriaan liittyviÀ teoreettisia kysymyksiÀ erityisesti suhteessa akkulturaatioon ja sopeutumiseen uuteen kulttuuriin. Kun akkulturaatio kÀynnistyy, siihen joutuvat kaikki ihmisen elÀmÀnalueet, joista ruokatavat ja ruokavalio nÀkyvÀt ensimmÀisinÀ.
TyössÀni tarkastelen erilaisia kulttuurin mÀÀritelmiÀ, kulttuurien vuorovaikutusta ja siihen liittyviÀ akkulturaation ja sopeutumisen prosesseja, joissa keskeisellÀ sijalla ovat akkulturaation strategiat ja kulttuurishokki. LisÀksi kÀsittelen arkipÀivÀn kulttuuria, erityisesti ruokakulttuuria ja valaisen venÀlÀisen ja suomalaisen keittiön erityispiirteitÀ.
Kiinnostukseni kohteena ovat Suomessa asuvat venÀlÀiset maahanmuuttajat, jotka muodostavat ison ja heterogeenisen ryhmÀn. Laadullisen tutkimukseni aineistona on henkilökohtainen kirjallinen kysely, jonka tein sÀhköpostitse maaliskuussa 2008 JyvÀskylÀssÀ ja Imatralla asuvalle kahdeksalle informantille. LisÀmateriaalia sain lokakuussa 2008 jÀrjestÀmÀstÀni ryhmÀkeskustelusta Joutsenon Opiston venÀjÀnkielisten suomen kielen opiskelijoiden keskuudessa.
Tutkimustulokset osoittavat, ettÀ osa aikaisemmasta ruokakulttuurista muuttuu tai hÀviÀÀ kokonaan samalla kuin tilalle tulee aineksia suomalaisesta ruokakulttuurista. Ruokakulttuurin muutoksiin vaikuttavat monet tekijÀt kuten ympÀristön asenne venÀlÀisiÀ ruokia kohtaan, toisaalta taas paremmat mahdollisuudet hankkia ylellisiksi koettuja elintarvikkeita. Ruoan valmistamisen nopeus ja helppous on myös merkittÀvÀ tekijÀ valintoja tehtÀessÀ
