Focusing on permanent education idea in France in the sixties and its progressive decline

Between 1948 and 1959, several laws were implemented in order to introduce a first coherence in the adult education device. In the same time, a new idea, this of éducation permanente (permanent education) was emerging and getting sense in different social spheres. Before detailing the content, the dissemination then the decline of this idea, we would like to stress the tremendous hope of social transformation that many social actors put in the permanent education project. Through permanent education it was question to take up the challenge of the educative system crisis, to change the pedagogic relation, to “awake”, to open to a richer life... Permanent education, that was for some of these actors the main of 1971 law will, under economical pressure and stakes, be relegated in the background, then progressively forgotten to the benefit of other more narrow and immediate aim

A film as a source for the history of adult education

International audienceThe film, a documentary entitled “Retour à l'école ?” (Return to school?), shot in France in 1966 is built on interviews of participants in evening classes. They were asked to express the way how they lived this experience as adult learners. Shot in different locations, this film lets people speak of their motivations, their plans, and also their difficulties in daily life. But what is very interesting is the place accorded to their wives. Actually, what is noticeable is that all adult learners interviewed are men. Three of them accepted to be filmed at home with their wives and they described their educational career as a family shared project. The core question will be then analysed as a problematic couple's relationship to knowledge as the result of a learning activity. This paper tends to demonstrate how this question, that may appear rather strange today, is historically significant and relevant to adult educator's training which rose and developed in the second part of the sixties

Tujuan asuhan komprehensif yang diberikan yaitu untuk memberikan asuhan kebidanan berkelanjutan secara intensif kepada ibu mulai dari masa kehamilan, persalinan, bayi baru lahir, nifas dan keluarga berencana agar tidak terjadi komplikasi. Tujuan Penelitian : Mampumelakukan Asuhan Kebidanan Berkelanjutan pada Ny.Y.T.S GIP0P0A0AH0 Usia Kehamilan 37 minggu 4 Hari Janin Hidup Tunggal Intra Uterine Letak Kepala Keadaan Ibu dan Janin Baik di Puskesmas Lewolema periode 15 Mei sampai 22 Juni 2019 dengan menggunakan metode pendokumentasian 7 langkah Varney pada pengkajian awal dan selanjutnya menggunakan metode pendokumentasian SOAP pada catatan perkembangan. Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi penelaahan kasus. Hasil : Setelah dilakukan asuhan kebidanan berkelanjutan pada Ny. Y.T.S GIP0P0A0AH0 Usia Kehamilan 37 minggu 4 Hari Janin Hidup Tunggal Intra Uterine Letak Kepala Keadaan Ibu dan Janin Baik di PuskesmasLewolemaPeriode 15 Mei sampai 22 Juni 2019, ibu sudah melewati masa kehamilan, persalinan dan nifas dengan baik tanpa ada penyulit, bayi baru lahir dalam keadaan sehat, metode KB yang digunakan adalah MAL. Kesimpulan : Asuhan kebidanan yang dilakukan pada Ny.Y.T.S mulai dari hamil, bersalin, nifas dan BBL, serta KB tidak ditemukan adanya kelainan dan penyulit yang menyertai

Une échelle de mesure de la connaissance en raisonnement économique et résultats d'une enquête menée en décembre 2009

Cette étude propose une échelle de mesure de la connaissance en raisonnement économique avec une orientation macroéconomique et politique économique. Une enquête sur Internet a été effectuée en novembre/décembre 2009. Elle a permis de collecter 1542 questionnaires complets. Le taux moyen de bonnes réponses est relativement élevé, à 71%. Le niveau d¿études, une formation en économie, l¿utilisation des concepts économiques dans le cadre de l¿activité professionnelle ainsi que l¿intérêt porté à l¿actualité économique semblent être positivement corrélés avec le taux de bonnes réponses.

A Parametric Replay-Based Framework for Underwater Acoustic Communication Channel Simulation

International audienceThis paper lays the foundation of an underwater acoustic channel simulation methodology that is halfway between parametric modeling and stochastic replay of at-sea measurements of channel impulse responses. The motivation behind this approach is to extend the scope of use of replay-based methods by allowing some parameterization of the channel properties while complying with some level of realism. Based on a relative entropy minimization between the original channel impulse response and the simulated one, the idea is to deliberately distort the original channel statistics in order to meet some specified constraints

We worked out a scale of economic reasoning skills with a macroeconomic and economic policy orientation. The test was administered via Internet in December 2009, and led to collection of 1542 complete questionnaires. The average rate of correct answers is relatively high, to 71%. Ce très bel album grand format présente en huit chapitres les fonds photographiques du Centre d’histoire du travail (CHT) de Nantes. Le texte accompagne une iconographie riche de près de 180 images de tailles variables, certaines en pleine page, extraites des collections du CHT. Exceptées quelques affiches ou reproductions de Unes de quotidiens régionaux ou locaux, ce sont pour l’essentiel des photographies prises, par des professionnels ou par des amateurs, entre 1880, pour la plus ancienne,..

L’Institut international des films du travail, 1953-1972. Formation syndicale et propagande par le cinéma dans le contexte de la guerre froide

L’Institut international des films du travail, l’ILFI (International Labour Film Institute), issu du mouvement syndical mondial, a consacré son activité à l’éducation ouvrière par le cinéma. Les conditions de sa création et son action au fil des ans sont reconstituées ici à partir de documents d’archives. L’ILFI ne parviendra jamais à s’émanciper de la Confédération internationale des syndicats libres (CISL) dont il dépend financièrement. Il a travaillé, pendant 20 ans, à mettre sur pied une cinémathèque, à réaliser différentes productions (dont un seul film), à inciter les syndicats des différents continents à se former à travers les films et à organiser 5 festivals internationaux. Les « moyens audiovisuels » éclipsent peu à peu la suprématie des films. L’article revient sur quelques moments-clés de l’histoire de cet institut et sur quelques films qu’il a promus.The International Labour Film Institute (ILFI) originated from the international labour movement. It was devoted to workers’ education through film. Archived documents reconstitute the conditions of its creation and its activities. The ILFI, which depended financially on the International Confederation of Free Trade Unions (ICFTU), never succeeded in emancipating itself from the confederation. The ILFI functioned for 20 years establishing a film library, producing a variety of visual media (only one film), encouraging trade unions in different continents to use films in union education, and organising 5 international festivals. Little by little, audio-visual means overshadowed the supremacy of film. The article explores key moments of the institute’s history and the films it promoted
