ANALISIS PENDAPATAN DAN KONSUMSI MASYARAKAT PESISIR PANTAI (Studi Kasus: Di Dusun Rarumis Desa Karor Kecamatan Lembean Timur)
The study aims to determine the income and consumption of coastal communities in Rarumis hamlet eastern sub-district of Lembean. The data used are primary data and secondarydata. Primary data were obtained by using direct interview of technique on respondents by using questionnaire (questionnaire). While secondary data is obtained from Karor village office ofeastern sub-district of Lembean. Sample method in this study used population method where sampling or data taken as a whole. The concept of meansurement of variables used in householdconsumption and income levels. The result of this research shows that Hamlet Rarumis Districts of eastern daienan there are two income from society that is basic income as farmer obtained byresult of plant of chili, corn, coconut and side income as farm laborer working in owned land of others, as fisherman doing fish at sea for sale in other villages, as well as small businesses by opening stalls. Income that the perolwh community is used to meet the consumption of each family through the expenditure of primary, secondary and tertiary needs
ANALISIS USAHA CAP TIKUS DI DESA POOPO KECAMATAN PASSI TIMUR KABUPATEN BOLAANG MONGONDOW
This study aimed to analyze the business of “Cap Tikus” in Poopo Village, District of Eastern Passi of Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This study was conducted over two months, from February to March 2016. The population of “cap tikus” farmers in Poopo village many as 44 people. Of the total population taken samples as many as 24 people (54%) by using purposive sampling method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by conducting a live interview on farmers by using a list of questions that had been prepared. Secondary data were obtained from the agencies involved in this study of The data analysis used in this study is bussiness income analysis. These results indicate that the production process of “cap tikus” in Poopo Village District of Eastern Passi performed by farmers themselves from the preliminary stage to the manufacturing stage. Raw materials of sugar palm (nira or saguer), firewood and bamboo are materials owned by the farmers themselves (not bought). Business of “cap tikus” is very helpful to the people in the Poopo Village because of this effort farmers can build houses, send children to school, and can meet the needs of daily consumption. Therefore, this business of “cap tikus” is used as the principal livelihood by the people in the Poopo Village District of Eastern Passi of Bolaang Mongondow Regency. *er
PERANAN SEKTOR PERTANIAN DALAM PENYERAPAN TENAGA KERJA DI PROVINSI SULAWESI UTARA
This study aims to determine the role of agricultural sector in the absorption of labor in North Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted for three months, starting from October until December 2017 in North Sulawesi Province. In this study the data used are secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of North Sulawesi Province. The data is processed using the formula Location Quotient (LQ) and Labor Multiplier (Multiplier Shortrun). The results showed that agricultural sector is the most important sector in the absorption of labor in the Province of North Sulawesi. The contribution of agriculture sector on labor absorption period 2009-2016 as much as 39%. The contribution of the agricultural sector in absorbing labor in the Province of North Sulawesi tends to be the same as the contribution of the agricultural sector at the National level.*oehl*
ANALISIS PENDAPATAN USAHA GULA AREN DI DUSUN KALATIN, KECAMATAN RATAHAN KABUPATEN MINAHASA TENGGARA
This study aims to see how much income earned by farmers. This study was conducted from July to September 2017. The data used are primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted by direct interview technique with 18 (eighteen) respondents in this case palm sugar processor and also using written data in document form obtained from village head of North Lowu Village. The data obtained will be analyzed using descriptive analysis and will be presented in tabular form. Total acceptance of all palm sugar processors in Kalatin Hamlet, amounting to Rp.3.310.000 / day of the total revenue obtained by all palm sugar processing with a cost incurred of Rp.2.411.902 then, obtained profit by 18 processors that is Rp.898.098 / day if not calculated raw material costs, then each processor gain profit Rp.49.898/day. However, if calculated raw material costs then the losses experienced by all palm sugar processing that is Rp.-2.903.902 / day with the cost incurred is Rp. 6.213.902 and each processor suffered loss of Rp.- 161.327 / day. If the cost for the raw material and labor were not included, the processing of palm sugar in Kalatin Hamlet is economically and feasible to be cultivated by R / C = 1,37
ANALISIS EKONOMI PEMANFAATAN KAYU KELAPA DENGAN MODEL PROGRAMA DINAMIKA : Suatu Studi Kasus di Daerah Sulawesi Utara
Coconut wood has been potentially available as a source of raw material for wood processing industries for many years. Coconut wood is a non-traditional forestry timber. In forestry jargon coconut wood is classified as a non-wood or non-timber product. As a source of industrial raw material for boards and planks and for fumiture components and housing utensils plenty of coconut woods are available as wood substitutes throughout Indonesia. It is technically as well as economically viable. Its investment opportunities is good and its prospects is also promising.
The analysis was based on a case study which was conducted in North Sulawesi Province of eastern Indonesia using a dynamic programming aproach to identify and to analyse intertemporal investment allocation possibilities and its best altematives to gain financial and economic return. When the limited funds were to be best dicided and allocated based on scarcityresource allocation decision approach then the dynamic programming model has proven as a best choice. Eventhougk the model is not a best one but it is available to guide the decision makers to best posible alternative solutions in a decision making process.

PERANAN SEKTOR UNGGULAN TERHADAP PEREKONOMIAN DI KABUPATEN JAYAWIJAYA
This study aims to determine what sectors are the leading sectors and the role of superior sector to the economy within the last 5 years in Jayawijaya regency. This research is conducted for three months starting from June 2017 until August 2017 in Jayawijaya Regency. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Jayawijaya district. The data is in though using descriptive analysis research method. The research shows that the sectors that are the leading sectors in Jayawijaya Regency are agriculture, forestry, fishery, processing industry sector, electricity, gas and water supply sector, construction sector, trade, hotel and restaurant sector, transportation and communications sector, and the services sector. The sectors of services, transport and communications, and the agricultural sector are the most contributing sectors in the economy compared to other leading sectors
PENGARUH PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH (PAD), DANA ALOKASI UMUM (DAU), DAN DANA ALOKASI KHUSUS (DAK) PADA PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DAERAH PROVINSI SULAWESI UTARA
This study aims to examine the effect of original income, general allocation funds and special allocation funds to regional economic growth in North Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted for three months starting from October until December 2017 in North Sulawesi Province. In this study the data used are secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of North Sulawesi Province. The data is processed using descriptive analysis research method and presented in tabular form. The resulting data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The result of the research shows that the local revenue (PAD) significantly influences economic growth, but negatively impacts the economic growth in north Sulawesi, the general allocation fund (DAU) has a significant effect and has a positive effect on economic growth in North Sulawesi Province and The Special Allocation Fund (DAK), shows that there is no significant effect on economic growth in the Province of North Sulawesi
PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT PADA PROGRAM PEMBANGUNAN BERBASIS LINGKUNGAN - MEMBANGUN PRASARANA LINGKUNGAN DAN SOSIAL (PBL MAPALUS)
This study aims to identify the shape and level of community participation in the planning, implementation, and supervision of Environmental Based Programs - Building Environmental and Social Infrastructure (PBL-Mapalus). The data used in conducting this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly in the field, through interviews and observations using questionnaires / questionnaires. Secondary data is data obtained from related institutions such as the Community Empowerment and Manpower Board of Manado City, Office of Lurah Bumi Nyiur and Tuminting Urban Village Office. Sampling technique in this research used Purposive Sampling. This method is done by taking the people who are selected by researchers according to the specific characteristics possessed by the sample. The result of this research can be concluded that community participation in Environment Based Development Program - Building Environmental and Social Infrastructure (PBL-Mapalus) shows the activity of society is big enough. Although there are still a handful of people who do not know about Environmental-Based Development - Building Environmental and Social Infrastructure (PBL-Mapalus) so it is advisable to the relevant agencies to provide more socialization to the community
ANALISIS PENDAPATAN USAHATANI KOPI DI DESA PURWEREJO TIMUR, KECAMATAN MODAYAG, KABUPATEN BOLAANG MONGONDOW TIMUR
This study aims to determine the income of coffee farming. The location of this research was East Purwerejo Village, Modayag Sub-district, East Bolaang Mongondow District. Data collection is done by taking primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from farmers through a list of prepared questions, while secondary data were obtained from village offices. Sampling method used Simple Ramdom Sampling by taking samples of 20 farmers. Data collecting method used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the existing coffee farming in Purwerejo Timur village has benefited and is feasible to cultivate due to higher income compared to expenditure cost incurred by farmers
MOBILITAS TENAGA KERJA PEREMPUAN DI KELURAHAN TARA-TARA DUA KOTA TOMOHON
This study aims to determine the social mobility of female workers in Tara-tara Dua Village, Tomohon City. The research was conducted for 4 months, from February until May 2017. The data collected in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from interview to the respondents’ ie female labor based on the prepared list of question. Secondary data obtained by Tara-tara Dua Village Office, Tomohon City. Analysis of data used in this research is Descriptive Analysis, where the data collected will be presented in tabular form. The results show that upward vertical social mobility on the type of housekeeper's job is to be a cake seller, food seller, selling rice, stall owner. When viewed from the previous occupation as rice farmers there is a vertical mobility that upward mobility with the supporting income and the more promising types of jobs as household servants, cooperative employees, stall owners, State Civil Servants (ASN), vegetable traders in the market, village equipment, and rice sellers
