ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR HASIL PRODUKSI YANG MEMPENGARUHI TINGKAT PENDAPATAN PETANI GARAM PADA MASYARAKAT DESA PAUPANDA KECAMATAN WEWARIA KABUPATEN ENDE

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat pendapatan petani garam di Desa Paupanda, dimana variabel bebasnya terdiri dari variabel Modal, Tenaga Kerja, Teknologi. Luas Lahan, dan Harga Jual. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil tanggapan dengan menggunakan kuesioner kepada responden yang ada di Desa Paupanda dengan populasi oetani garam terbanyak. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu analisis regresl linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial faktor modal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani garam di Desa Paupanda, sedangkan faktor tenaga kerja, teknologi, luas lahan dan harga jual berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani garam. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal, tenaga kerja, teknologi, luas lahan dan harga jual secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pendapatan petani garam

The results in this study, namely (1) there is a difference between the  budget and the realization of the cost of the road widening project at the  Kelimutu Ende Junction; (2) the function of the protection budget made by the company has not functioned properly as a control tool,; and (3) the form of control carried out by the management as a result of an unfavorable difference between the budget and the realization of project costs, namely by conducting periodic supervision

Analisis Pengembangan Usaha Produksi Ikan Pada Nelayan Kecamatan Pulau Ende di Kabupaten Ende

One of the results is from the agriculture subsector in Pulau Ende District, Ende Regency.  ishery products are the main livelihood to support his family. This study aims to determine how the influence of capital, labor, and sea time on fish production and to find out how much influence the capital, labor, sea time, on fish production. Population in the study were 5345 people and 98 people were sampled. This research uses interview methods and analyzed with quantitative descriptive analysis method which is done by describing all data in percentage numbers and frequency tables.        The results showed that there was an effect of capital, labor, and sea fishing variables on fish production in Pulau Ende District. The test results obtained from the capital score indicator obtained at 3.24 which can be interpreted that the amount of capital that must be spent on fishing operations is expensive. Labor Indicator score obtained by 2.7 which means that the workforce needed is relatively much in fishing activities. For the old indicator of fishing the score obtained is 2.1 which can be interpreted as the time required for fishing activities takes a long time. Suggestions that can be taken by the Ende Regency Government should be more counseling and assistance in the form of nets, engines and motor boats. Fishermen don't wait for help, don't over-exploit fishing that is still too close to the beach and longer at sea

ANALISIS PENGGUNAAN TOTAL QUALITY CONTROL SEBAGAI UPAYA MEMINIMALISASI RESIKO KERUSAKAN PRODUK KERIPIK SINGKONG MADANI

The purpose of this study is to find out the Total Quality approach Control as an effort to minimize the risk of product damage to Madani Cassava chips and factors that cause product quality failure on Madani Kripik Singkong. Methods used in this study is a statistical analysis that uses control map P namely: a) control map p consisting of: 1) calculate the percentage of damage, 2) central line, 3) upper control line, 4) lower control line; b) 100 percent flawed control diagram inspection, consisting of: 1) calculating the center line, 2) calculating the control limit above, 3) calculate the lower limit of control, causation and keizen. ANALISIS PENGARUH PENERAPAN TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA OPERASIONAL PADA KOPERASI SIMPAN PINJAM SETIAWAN BEJAWA

This study aims to find out how big the Analysis of Implementation of Total Quality Management on Operational Performance in Cooperative Save Borrow Setiawan Bajawa.This research was conducted on members of the Setiawan Bajawa Cooperative, with using quantitative attachment with data collection is carried out by how to spread kusioner as many as 30 respondents and analyzed using multiple liner regression through spss progran with validity and reliability tests.The results of the analysis showed that the indicators used valid to measure existing variables. the results of subsequent analysis found that of the four variables used, it can be interpreted that in the regression equation, a constant value of 13,766 with a coefficient of variable member satisfaction 2,229, employee empowerment 2,461, increased 1,748, management based on facts 1,788.The results of the analysis also showed that the four variables used in this study can be obtained by 0.517 or 51.7 %, this indicates that the percentage of the influence of member satisfaction, member empowerment, sustainable quality and fact-based management of 51.7%., while 48.3% is described by other variables not included in this mode

The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategy of motor spare parts workshop at The Jaya Ende Central Workshop. By analyzing strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats possessed by the Workshop. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive, analytical techniques data used are SWOT Matrix, SWOT Analysis Diagram, Internal Factor Analysis Strategy, as well as External Factor Analysis Strategy. The population researched is Bengkel Sentral Jaya Ende with a total of 10 employees, and the number of respondents taken as many as 10 people. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of taxpayer compliance Individuals in reporting the Annual Income Tax Returns and to find out the efforts in optimizing the receipt of letter reporting Annual Income Tax Notice at the Primary Tax Office Maumere. This research is quantitative descriptive. This research implemented at the Maumere Primary Tax Service Office. Data collection using the method of documentation, interviews and literature study. Technique data analysis used descriptive quantitative using ratios, yang including: Income Tax received and Letter Reporting Compliance ratio Timely Income Tax Annual Notice. The results of this study indicate that the level of compliance of individual taxpayers Personal in reporting the Annual Income Tax Return is seen from (1) the ratio Compliance with the reporting of the Annual Income Tax Return can be categorized less compliant with an average of 48.98%, (2) Letter Report Compliance ratio. The on-time Annual Income Tax Period shows the average below 60% namely 4.681%
