Analisis Pengentasan Kemiskinan di Kota Medan

The purposeof this researchwas to determine themodel ofpoverty alleviationin Medan City through econometric approach. This research usedsecondary datatime trend(time series) of the years 2000-2010. The methodof analysis usedis the econometric method with variables that affect povertyis economic growth, income per capita, inflation and unemploymen tareprocessed usin the program eviews 5.1.The modelis thedata analysis using multiple linear regression Ordinary Least Square method (OLS). The results showed that the number of poor people in the city of Medan relatively large approximately 10,05% of the population of the city of Medan in 2010. Test results showed variable estimates of economic growth and per capita income has negative and statistically significant, while inflation and unemployment variables have a positive and significant impact on the number of poor people in the city of Medan

Pengaruh Penambahan Sari Buah Tomat Dalam Media Pengencer Terhadap Motilitas Dan Viabilitas Spermatozoa Kambing Boer Yang Disimpan Pada Suhu 3–5 °C

Penelitian bertujuan menguji pengaruh penambahan sari buah tomat dalam pengencer terhadap motilitas dan viabilitas spermatozoa kambing Boer yang disimpan pada suhu 3 – 5 oC. Semen ditampung dengan menggunakan elektroejakulator satu kali dalam satu minggu. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan empat perlakuan dan lima ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari larutan sitrat-kuning telur (P0); sitrat-kuning telur ditambah sari buah tomat 20% (P1); sitrat-kuning telur ditambah sari buah tomat 40% (P2) dan sitrat-kuning telur ditambah sari buah tomat 80% (P3). Parameter yang diamati adalah persentase motilitas spermatozoa dan persentase spermatozoa hidup. Pengamatan dilakukan pada waktu 1, 24, 48 sampai 72 jam setelah pendinginan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa penambahan sari buah tomat berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap persentase motilitas dan spermatozoa hidup kambing Boer setelah pendinginan. Penambahan sari buah tomat 20 % dalam pengencer sitrat kuning telur menghasilkan persentase motilitas dan persentase hidup spermatozoa kambing Boer yang lebih baik

Some of a Notary\u27s obstacles are as follows: SABH cannot be accessed, there is a legal act which is not included in the PT\u27s statutes, RUPS does not approve of the legal act of CV to be taken over by PT, there is a fraud by its founder who has bad faith in changing the CV to PT, and the shares are owned by two persons. A Notary\u27s effort to handle the obstacles is that he has to be cautious and prudent in embodying legal act by the shareholders of the CV in the PT\u27s statutes, especially before the changing occurs, either about the agreements with the third party or about the obligations of the shareholders of the CV before the changing occurs

Efektivitas Imunisasi Campak di Kabupaten Kuningan, Jawa Barat

A study to evaluate effectiveness of measles immunization programme was carried out in Kuningan regency, West Jawa province, an area with over 80% coverage of immunization. In this study interviews were conducted with 599 respondents who were parents of 0-36 months children. These interviews consist of questions about socioeconomic conditions, parent\u27s knowledge about measles, care of measles patients and examination of measles immunity among 12-36 months old children. Sample colection were done with a modified WHO cluster sampling method. The study result shows that measles incidence is 72.7 per 1000 children of 0-36 months of age. Measles vaccination efficacy is 79.7%. Children who are at risk of measles is 1.4 times in non-immunized children compared to children who received measles vaccine. Serology examination indicated only 28.2% children who were seropositive for measles

Organisasi KeSeMaT sebagai organisasi pelestarian mangrove yang mengajak masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi melalui aktivitas online dengan menggunakan @KeSEMaTdan aktivitas offline. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterlibatan followers akun @KeSEMaT dalam media sosial dan analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas akun @KeSEMaT dalam menyebabkan Perubahan perilaku followers dan analisis hubungannya dengan keterlibatan dalam media sosial, dan menganalisis keterlibatan followers akun @KeSEMaT dalam kegiatan offline dan analisis hubungannya dengan Perubahan perilaku. Fokus penelitian ini adalah follower akun @KeSEMaT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang didukung dengan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingginya keterlibatan dalam media sosial dapat mempengaruhi partisipasi dalam kegiatan KeSEMaT

Perancangan Sistem Monitoring Kehadiran Dosen Berbasis Qr Code dan GPS

Sebuah sistem yang membaca serta membuat laporan kehadiran dosen menggunakan kode QR. Setiap dosen disediakan kartu yang memiliki kode QR yang berbeda satu dengan yang lainnya. dosen hanya perlu memindai kartu mereka dalam webcam dan sistem catatan bawah kehadiran mereka sesuai tanggal. Kode QR masing-masing berisi id yang unik untuk dosen. Sistem menyimpan catatan kehadiran dosen dan menghasilkan daftar. Ia juga menghasilkan laporan di excel sheet untuk admin. Aplikasi ini berguna dalam sekolah seperti perguruan tinggi untuk kehadiran setiap hari. Sistem ini menggunakan koordinat pengguna saat ini untuk mendapatkan garis lintang dan bujur untuk lokasi dan jika lokasi kehadirannya ditandai dalam 10 m yang di tentukan, maka kehadirannya akan dianggap sah dan sistem akan dianggap tidak sah jika pengguna tidak berada pada posisi yang di tentukan.Kata Kunci: Sistem Absensi, PHP,MySQL, GPS, QRCod

Pengaruh Variabel Makroekonomi terhadap Pertumbuhan Sukuk Korporasi di Indonesia

The development of the Islamic financial industry in Indonesia has increased from year to year. This is made possible due to the emergence of varied investment instruments, and corporate sukuk is one good example. Emergence corporate sukuk is expected encourage growth of the national economy. The growth of a good national economy is reflected by good macroecomic variables conditions. Therefore, the government and Bank Indonesia need to maintain inflation stability, money supply, exchange rate and output so that Indonesia can become the largest market center of corporate sukuk issuance. This research aims to analyze the effect of macroeconomic variables towards the growth of corporate sukuk in Indonesia. This research used Ordinary Least Square (OLS) with monthly time series data from January 2013 to December 2015. The results of this research indicate that the money supply, industrial production index, and inflation variables has positive effect (significantly) on the growth of corporate sukuk while exchange rate, oil price, and mudaraba deposit profit-sharing variables have negative effect (significantly)

Pengaruh Stres Kerja Dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Turnover Intention Karayawan Pt.kreasi Edulab Indonesia

The high turnover rate is a major problem in the company. The factor of turnover intention are work stres and leadership style. Prupose of this research are is know how much the influence of Job Stres and Transformational Leadership Style on Turnover Intention PT. Kreasi Edulab Indonesia employees. type of research is explanatory with a population of 129, the sample of respondents are permanent and contract employees as many as 57 people. Using stratified random sampling technique. Analysis using correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and classical assumption with SPSS. Results and discussion, the majority of work stres levels is low but there is still a high work stres due to lack of pay and rewards, transformational leadership style is suitable but there are respondents were not suitable because of the lack of attention and turnover intention in the company's is high. Correlation of job stres is 0.324 and have weak cohesion. The regression equation for the stres work is Y = 8.923+0,497X1 and determination coefficient of 10.5%. t test is t count 2,540 > t table 2,004. There is a positive and significant influence between Work Stres on Turnover Intention partially. Correlation for Transformational Leadership Style is 0,243 and have a weak cohesion. T test is 1,861 t count < t table 2,004. There was no relationship between Transformational Leadership Style on Turnover Intention partially. Conclusions and suggestions, a multiple regression equation Y = 7.282 + 0,414X1 +0,145X2 and the coefficient of determination variables is 11.4%. t test for variables simultaneously are 3.458 F count > F table 3,17 and free of classical assumptions. there were positive and significant relationship between both independent variables on turnover intention. Suggestions for the company are prioritizing the rights of employees, socialization of reward and punishment policies and better communications to the employees
