TREATMENT OF EXPERIMENTAL PERIODONTITIS BY TERPENE-CONTAINING MEDICATION

Therapeutic effect of terpenoidisobornylacetate-containing preparation Antiran on the inflammatory process in paradontium in 56 white outbread rats was researched. Animals of control group wasn't provide the treatment, animals of treatment group had antibiotic dialysis from 1st till 3rd day, ultrasound curettage with Antiran solution on the 4th day, Antiran dialysis in the paradontium tissues for 20 minutes OD from 5th to 14th day. Inflammatory process was studied using morphological methods. It was showed that Aniran arrests an inflammation, prevents secondary alteration of tissues, promotes reparative processes and recovery of damaged tissues

Economy regional features and specialist training structure

In recent years, special attention is paid to increasing the regional role in training personnel for the economy and social sphere, to implementing the “Strategy for Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation”, and to balanced development of the entire territory of Russia. The purpose of the article is to study the regional economic features of the Russian Federation members in relation with a personnel training structure with higher education. The sectoral specialisation of the Russian Federation members is assessed in the article on the example of the Siberian Federal District. The assessment is based on a comprehensive analysis of the sectoral structures of the Russian Federation members, economic activities localisation, population employment. It is emphasised that a degree of sector production concentration, which characterise the sectors importance in a national scale, must be taken into account. This will make it possible to optimise the personnel training structure with higher education. A comparison of specialists graduation in terms of specialties and areas enlarged groups with the population employment structure has shown that the regions specifics are not sufficiently taken into account by the training areas of higher education institutions. The results of the study can be useful to the top management of higher education institutions in the Russian regions

Impact of Nordic walking on health outcomes in older women

There are a number of factors that contribute to the accelerated rate of aging, one of which is physical activity. The increasing proportion of elderly and senile people in the Russian Federation requires urgent implementation of the elderly generation subprogram within the framework of the Demography federal project. In this regard, the problems of maintaining health and the development of methodological approaches to assessing the health of people in the older age group are especially significant.Objective: evaluation of anthropometry, stabilometry and biochemical parameters in the dynamics of Nordic walking in elderly womenMaterials and methods: 30 women were examined, mean age 69.0 (63.0–71.5) years. Examination by a therapist and a neurologist, biochemical blood tests, stabilometry, anthropometry, osteodensitometry (ODM) were carried out. Training loads of Nordic walking (NW) for 3 months were carried out according to the generally accepted method 3 times a week.Results: According to the biochemical analysis of blood, a statistically significant increase in the level of phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase (AP), total protein, as well as a decrease in the level of calcium and total cholesterol were revealed. When considering anthropometry data, there was a statistically significant decrease in body weight, BMI, body fat mass according to the Durnin — Womersley method, SBP and an increase in the cardiovascular index. According to the results of computer stabilometry — a statistically significant increase in the average position of the CP in the sagittal plane with open and closed eyes.Conclusion: 1. The use of NW as a training factor to achieve active longevity in the elderly leads to an improvement in the functioning of the cardiovascular system, due to a statistically significant decrease in body weight, a decrease in SBP by an average of 15 mm Hg. art., as well as the level of total cholesterol. 2. With regular NW exercises for 3 months, the functional stability indicators in the sagittal plane are corrected both with open and closed eyes

CONDITION OF THE ERYTHROID PART OF BLOOD SYSTEM AT STRESSED ANIMALS WITH HYPOTHYREOSIS

Hypothyreosis, caused by introduction of mercazolil, leads to reduction of production of thyroid hormones, destabilization of membranes and. acceleration of erythrocytes destruction, activation of erythropoiesis, development of macroerythrocytosis in blood. In 28 days after cancelling of mercazolil reserves of red bone marrow are exhausted, in blood microerythrocytosis accrues. The stress in animals with hypothyreosis does not change the composition of blood erythrocytes and activity of erythrocytopoiesis, but promotes preservation of a marrowy reserve of erythrocytes and increases a level of thyroid hormones

Сонографические показатели диафрагмы и их корреляции со спирометрическими данными у здоровых лиц: проспективное клиническое исследование

ЦЕЛЬ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ: Выявить корреляционные взаимосвязи сонографических показателей функционирования диафрагмы со спирометрическими данными у здоровых лиц. МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ: На базе ФГБУ «НМИЦ им. В.А. Алмазова» у 50 здоровых добровольцев (женщин — 30) оценили структурное (толщину) и функциональное (индекс утолщения и экскурсию) состояние диафрагмы с помощью ультразвукового исследования, а также спирометрические характеристики аппарата внешнего дыхания с помощью аппарата искусственной вентиляции легких. После чего провели статистическую обработку и корреляционный анализ. РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ: Толщину диафрагмы (слева и справа) и ее экскурсию (справа) удалось оценить у всех испытуемых; экскурсию диафрагмы слева — только у 20 % испытуемых. Спирометрию выполнили у всех испытуемых. Полученные данные согласуются с литературными. В частности, ультразвуковые и спирометрические показатели для здоровых лиц находились в рамках референтных значений. Сила инспираторных мышц также оказалась сопоставимой с литературными данными. Корреляционный анализ не выявил статистически значимых взаимосвязей между изученными ультразвуковыми и спирометрическими параметрами. Также не было выявлено взаимосвязи между возрастом и ультразвуковыми показателями диафрагмы. Найдены слабые статистически значимые связи между структурно-функциональным состоянием диафрагмы и антропометрическими характеристиками обследованных: массой тела и индексом массы тела. ВЫВОДЫ: Ультразвуковые показатели работы диафрагмы не коррелируют или плохо коррелируют со спирометрическими. У здоровых лиц нет оснований использовать ультразвуковое исследование диафрагмы, так как оно практически не дает дополнительной информации о состоянии аппарата внешнего дыхания

DETERMINATION THE COMPOSITION OF VEGETAL MATERIALS BY XRF

Wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was applied to quantitative determination of Al, Ca, Cl, K, Mg, N, Na, P, S, Si, B, Ba, Br, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb, Rb, Sr, Ti, Zn in samples of grass mixtures, birch leaves and pine needles

Chemical protection of potatoes from fungal diseases, taking into account the stability of the variety

In the conditions of the Moscow region in 2019-2022 the effectiveness of funicides of new chemical classes in the potato protection system against rhizoctoniosis, late blight and alternariosis was studied, taking into account the different resistance of varieties (Gulliver, Grant, Sante) to diseases. Potato tubers were treated with the preparation Idikum, SC before planting, its biological effectiveness in reducing the incidence of rhizoctoniosis in the full germination phase was 76.7-95.7 %. It was found that the effectiveness of the preparation depended on the degree of disease development, the stability of the variety and the phase of crop development. In addition, when etching the planting material with Idikum, SC, there was no population of rhizoctosis sclerotia and the spread of dry rot on tubers of the new yield significantly reduced (1.6-5.0 times) compared to the control. The proposed scheme of potato protection in conditions of epiphytotic development of late blight and early blight based on combined chemicals Metaxil, SP, Inside, SC with contact fungicides Raek, CE, Talent, SC, Tirada, SC showed high efficiency in reducing harmfulness of the diseases, which allowed to extend the growing season of plants, to ensure a higher yield of potatoes, its marketability and quality. The use of preparations provided an increase in yield by 36.3-47.5 %, depending on the prevailing weather conditions of the growing season and on the variety in relation to the control (without treatment). It has been established that the biological effectiveness of the protection scheme in reducing the degree of late blight and early blight increased from susceptible to relatively stable varieties and, accordingly, this trend continued with an increase in yield. Higher increases were obtained on unstable varieties Gulliver and Sante (10.6-13.5 t /ha, or 45.7-56.0 %), lower – on the relatively stable variety Grand (7.8 t/ha, or 36.0 %). The contribution of the application of the protection scheme to the overall variation of gross and marketable potato yields was 76.5-81.0 %, gene-type - 7.9-12.5 %, the interaction of these factors – 3.7-4.7 %
