EXPERIENCE OF USING COMPLEX REHABILITATION TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC INFLAMMATORY DISEASES OF UTERINE APPENDAGES

Aim. To substantiate the possibility of using modern drug-free technologies in the treatment of chronic inflammatory diseases of uterine appendages.Materials and methods. During the study, 65 patients with chronic inflammatory diseases of uterine appendages were divided into study and control groups. 30 patients of the main group following a traditional medical treatment in the first phase of rehabilitation received a course of quantum therapy. Laser therapy was carried out using the apparatus of RIKTA-02 percutaneous method to the area of the womb. The course of treatment ranged from 5 to 10 procedures. In the second phase of rehabilitation therapy the following treatment course using teraklitau clay was carried out after 3-4 weeks. The control group consisted of 35 patients who underwent the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the uterine appendages according to the standard scheme. Women in both groups underwent clinical, laboratory, immunological, hormonal, and instrumental methods of examination.Results. Stage integrated non-pharmacological treatment of chronic inflammatory processes of uterine appendages had anti-inflammatory, immunocorrective and vasoactive effect.Conclusion. The use of clays of teraklitau and laser therapy in the treatment of inflammation of the uterine appendages has led to persistent therapeutic effect and significantly improved the quality of life in 85% of patients

Role in the genesis of chronic endometritis infertility

In LLC «Health» examined 45 patients with inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs and a confirmed diagnosis of «chronic endometritis». Age ranged from 21 to 39 years. All were randomly divided into two groups: control and basic. Following the examination of the control group patients underwent combined therapy based on the detected pathogens, followed by hormonal correction, and patients of the main group was assigned a combined therapy: integrated treatment with local injection of drugs into the uterus and pelvic organs with subsequent hormonal correction. After the regular menses in most patients in the control group experienced a relapse, and patients of the main group in 48% of cases observed recovery of reproductive function

Efficiency used of local therapy for chronic endometritis

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the local treatment of chronic endometritis in patients with impaired reproductive function. On the basis of examination and treatment of 45 women of reproductive age with chronic endometritis and reproductive dysfunction showed that combined treatment method developed with the introduction into the uterus and pelvic antimicrobial, antibacterial, immunomodulatory and proteolytic products, increases the efficiency of traditional therapy. After treatment showed normalization of microbiological, dopplerometric and immunological parameters that contributed the most complete restoration of reproductive function

Complex therapy of urogenital candidosis in women of fertil age in accordance with vaginal microbiocenosis

The results of complex examination (clinic-laboratory, microbiologic and electron-microscopic indices of vaginal microbiocenosis in 52 women with urogenital candidosis of recurrent form) were shown in the present study. The sensitivity of vaginal microflora to intraconazol depending on its compositional kind was also determined. The received data of the investigation indicate the sufficiently high efficacy of intraconazol in the correction of mycrocenosis of vagina. Reducing of treatment duration, increasing of the remission period, fast relief of clinical symptoms of reaction were marked. Combination of high therapeutic efficacy, easy use method of application without side effects, with good tolerance of preparation allow to recommend the using of intraconazol as a choice method in the treatment of urogenital candidosis in women of fertile age
