Structure of 5-nitro-2-tosylaminobenzaldehyde di(morpholin-4-yl)aminal Complex with Carbon Tetrachloride

    Get PDF
The 5-nitro-2-tosylaminobenzaldehyde di(morpholin-4-yl)aminal forms a stable complex with carbon tetrachloride in the crystal phase. X-ray structural study of this complex indicates an essentially shortened intermolecular contact of 2.89 Å between the oxygen atom of the nitro group and one of the chlorine atom of the CCI4 molecule. Quantum-chemical calculations by semiempirical AMI method showed that the formation of such complex did not cause considerable decrease of system energy or change of charge distribution in molecules. It was supposed that this associate has van der Waals character

Research of the overall chemical and amino acid composition of meat from young animals of new sheep genotypes

    Get PDF
The paper presents the results of the investigation of the overall chemical composition (mass fraction of moisture, fat, protein and ash) and the amino acid composition of mutton from the experimental animals of new genotypes: Sovetsky Merino x Dzhalginsky Merino and Sovetsky Merino x Stavropolsky breed. As a control, meat of purebred Sovetsky Merino was studied. The experimental and control rams were slaughtered at the age of 8 months by the conventional technology. Meat samples for laboratory examination were taken a day after slaughter. The results of the analysis of the overall chemical composition showed that lamb meat of new genotypes had lower moisture content and higher content of fat and protein compared to the control. Analysis of the amino acid composition of meat proteins of genotypes Sovetsky Merino x Dzhalginsky Merino and Sovetsky Merino x Stavropolsky breed revealed lower content of essential amino acids compared to the control. Comparison of amino acid scores showed that the amino acid composition of meat proteins from the experimental animals was limited by valine and lysine, respectively. It was concluded by the results of the investigations of the amino acid composition of proteins that the biological full value of proteins of mutton from new genotypes was 22.9% and 30.3% lower than that of the control

The article is devoted to the problems of pricing processes in the economic security system. Pricing processes are one of the central and main processes in the economic. At the same time prices as a flexible tools are very powerful management lever of economic. Pricing processes are certain algorithms for generating prices, when various environmental factors are inconsistent and irregular. The article describes some problems of pricing processes in the economy, explores the practice of price manipulation by business entities. The authors analyze some antitrust regulation tools, content and conditions of their application and also define the disadvantages of these tools. The authors consider the situation, when exerting regulatory influence on pricing processes is on free prices market. The purpose of the issue is to reveal the features of the antitrust regulation tools in the management of pricing processes, to determine the basic principles of creating and functioning of a unified system for monitoring pricing processes. General scientific and special methods such as the system analysis method, the retrospective analysis method, and analytical methods of data research were chosen as scientific tools for conducting this study. The empirical materials of the study are presented by open data and analytical reports of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, decisions and definitions of the Supreme and Arbitration Courts of the Russian Federation, official data of state authorities. The authors make recommendations on how to accept some antitrust regulatory tools. They also determine the additional priority of the state’s economic security strategy in managing pricing processes and develop the objectives of creating a unified system for monitoring pricing processes

Knowledge as the basis for forming the innovative potential of the organization staff

The article is devoted to the development of innovative potential of the personnel based on knowledge management. The controversy surrounding the concept of innovative potential is highlighted. Current trends in human resources management are described. The interpretation of the aforementioned concept as a dynamic process of self-development of the personnel is substantiated. Key competencies, dynamic, organizational and absorbing capabilities of an enterprise that are being formed as part of the knowledge management system created at the enterprise are included in the list of the main characteristics of the stated potential. It is stressed that continuous staff training should be the main block of the system. The need to integrate the knowledge management system into the innovative business model of the organization is substantiated. Therefore, the company will transform into a self-learning one and eventually, with the maximum number of employees involved in the continuous training system, a company of intellectual resources that does not only accumulate but also capitalises knowledge. It is stated that corporate universities and educational centers established at organizations should become an effective way to accumulate and share corporate knowledge

On ‘Organized Crime’ in the illicit antiquities trade: moving beyond the definitional debate

    Get PDF
The extent to which ‘organized crime’ is involved in illicit antiquities trafficking is unknown and frequently debated. This paper explores the significance and scale of the illicit antiquities trade as a unique transnational criminal phenomenon that is often said to be perpetrated by and exhibit traits of so-called ‘organized crime.’ The definitional debate behind the term ‘organized crime’ is considered as a potential problem impeding our understanding of its existence or extent in illicit antiquities trafficking, and a basic progression-based model is then suggested as a new tool to move beyond the definitional debate for future research that may help to elucidate the actors, processes and criminal dynamics taking place within the illicit antiquities trade from source to market. The paper concludes that researchers should focus not on the question of whether organized criminals- particularly in a traditionally conceived, mafia-type stereotypical sense- are involved in the illicit antiquities trade, but instead on the structure and progression of antiquities trafficking itself that embody both organized and criminal dynamics

The main features of small and medium-sized businesses and the conditions for their functioning in Russia have been considered. A significant lag of the Russian Federation in terms of the development of small and medium-sized businesses from economically advanced countries has been noted. The sectoral structure of domestic small and medium-sized businesses, its contribution to the country’s economy have been highlighted. The main problems hindering the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Russia have been analysed. In particular, a shortage of credit and financial resources, an imperfection of the taxation system, excessive business administration, overpriced compulsory insurance payments, a lack of readiness of a significant part of small and medium-sized businesses management to conduct business, have been revealed. The main activities carried out by the state to support small and medium-sized businesses have been enumerated, inconsistency and insufficiency of these activities have been enumerated. As the main way of state support for small and medium-sized businesses, it has been proposed to create favorable conditions for conducting its activity, including further improvement of tax legislation in this field, facilitating their access to loans, eliminating unnecessary regulatory, administrative and organizational barriers, training and advanced training for management

Russian industry in the context of digital transformation

    Get PDF
The directions of industrial policy in the Russian Federation in the context of digital transformation were considered in the article. The problems of Russian industry and the reasons for their occurrence were analysed. The preference for the so-called “horizontal” model based not on tough measures to support industries and companies, but on the creation of a comfortable environment for the functioning of all participants in the industrial market was emphasised. The requirement for the new development strategy formation in the industry and innovative business models implementation of this strategy has been justified. The basis of these models should be a technology platform based on continuous innovations performed by all participants in the network. A promising cooperation form between these participants is industry clustering. The positive experience of the innovative industrial clusters formation has been presented, especially successful in conjunction with modern information and communication technologies. Effective ways of forming and developing these clusters have been shown, especially promising with the small and medium businesses inclusion in technological industrial chains

    Get PDF
The article presents the prerequisites for the emergence and fundamental provisions of the concept of sustainable development. The authors note, that the solution of the problems of sustainable development at the global level is impossible without solving the corresponding problems at the level of individual organizations. The paper presents two areas that contribute to the sustainable development of the enterprise: the use of key elements of digitalization and project management. The study formulates the conditions for achieving sustainable development of an individual enterprise, as well as the procedure for setting appropriate target indicators. The article substantiates the necessity and conditions for successful integration of key elements of project management and sustainable development. The paper shows the objective contradictions between these two systems and the ways to overcome these contradictions. The authors note, that the non-commercial nature of sustainable development programs predetermines the need for state participation in their implementation based on GR-management
