Formulasi Tablet Ekstrak Daun Sambiloto (Andrographis Paniculata N.) Secara Kempa Langsung Dengan Kombinasi Manitol – Sorbitol Sebagai Bahan Pengisi

It has been conducted research about Tablets Formulation of Creat (Andrographis paniculata N.) Leaves Extract in Directly Compressed with Combination of Manitol-Sorbitol as Filler Materials. The result of test shows that every formula fulfills test conditions of quality for uniformity of weight, brittleness, size measure and hardness, such as those which qualified by Farmacope Indonesia and other monographs. Statistical test using Ansira (Variance Design Analysis) indicates that usage of filler materials combinations mannitol – sorbitol for formula I, II and III respectively 50% : 50%, 75% : 25% dan 25% : 75%, yield no significant effect for physical quality table

Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Sebelum Dan Sesudah Initial Public Offering (Ipo) Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (Studi Pada Perusahaan Yang Listing Di Bei Tahun 2009)

This research using research descriptive with background that to achieve research purposes which is to describe of corporate financial performance before and after Initial Public Offering (IPO) at Indonesia Stock Exchange, seen from Current ratio, Quick ratio, Cash ratio, Debt ratio,The debt equity ratio, Fixed assets turn over, Total assets turnover, Return on investment and Return on equity. The population of this research is a company that performs Initial Public Offering (IPO) at Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009, with sample ten companies taken by means of purposive of sampling. The technique of collecting data in this research uses the technique documentation. The technique analysis of data done with described financial data company samples that is the ratio of financial a period of two years before and two years after Initial Public Offering (IPO), use statistics descriptive. The result showed that: company samples be able to pay off debt short term, if seen from the Debt ratio is getting smaller risk lenders but viewed from The debt equty ratio the bigger risk capital for the owner company and less effective at use of assets that we have and companies are increasingly able to generate profit after Initial Public Offering (IPO)

Pengaruh Pendapatan Daerah terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Wilayah Sarbagita Provinsi Bali

Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) dan Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di wilayah Sarbagita Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah Sarbagita Provinsi Bali menggunakan metode sampling jenuh dalam penentuan sampel dengan populasi dan sampel adalah wilayah Kota Denpasar, Kabupaten Badung, Kabupaten Gianyar dan Kabupaten Tabanan pada tahun 2012 - 2016. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi nonpartisipan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptif daan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di wilayah Sarbagita Provinsi Bali. Sedangkan Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) dan Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH) berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di wilayah Sarbagita Provinsi Bali

Uji Aktivitas Antiinflamasi Kombinasi Dekokta Akar Beluntas (Pluchea Indica L.) Dan Infusa Daun Jambu Biji (Psidium Guajava L.) Terhadap Tikus Putih (Rattus Norvegicus) Yang Diinduksi Karagenan

Marsh fleabane roots (Pluchea indica L.) and guava leaves (Psidium guajava L.) are traditionally used as an anti-inflammatory. The research has been conducted with the aim of knowing the anti-inflammatory effect of the combination of decoction of Marsh fleabane roots (Pluchea indica L.) and infusion of guava leaves (Psidium guajava L.), and also determining the effective concentration of such combination. The research used artificial edema method in white rat\u27s leg ( Rattus norvegicus) with the observation for 6 hours on the change of leg volume in white rat. The measurement of white rat\u27s leg volume used a pletismometer. The type of treatment was devided into 5 groups: negative control (Aquadest), positive control (Na Diclofenac), combination 1 (MFR 10% : IGL 8%), combination 2 (MFR 5% : IGL 5%), and combination 3 (MFR 8% : IGL 10%). The data obtained were processed using One-Way ANOVA method with the result seen on the percent inhibition of inflammation resulting concentration of MFR 5%: IGL 5% amounting to 23.47%, and subsequently combined with a concentration of MFR 10% : IGL 8% and concentrations MFR 8% : IGL 10% respectively by the percent inhibition of inflammation by 20.70% and 13.75%. Strategi Pembinaan Pengobatan Tradisional untuk Menempatkan Pengobatan Tradisional Menjadi Salah Satu Sumber Daya Pelayanan Kesehatan yang Diakui

In health services, traditional medicine is an alternative therapy to solve their health problems. The development of traditional medicine, accompanied by people enthusiasm in traditional medicine, insists government to improve and control traditional medicine as a realization of government's protection to citizen. The government released Kepmenkes Rl No.1076/Menkes/SK/VII/2003 about Traditional Medicine Arrangement. Government also formed Sentra Pengembangan dan Penerapan Pengobatan Traditional (SP3T) that was obligated to can does studies, researchs, and examinations on traditional medicines. There are some obstacles in improving and controlling traditional medicine, such as regulation, understanding on traditional medicine among health community, standardization the mehods and intensify in improvement for better quality of traditional medicine. The use of traditional medicine has not be followed by clinical evidences on quality, quantity and accessibility of traditional medicine. Thus it's necessary for Health Department of Indonesia to rearrange its programmes in establishing and developing traditional medicines. Preferensi Petani Terhadap Sistem Tanam Padi Jajar Legowo (Studi Kasus Di Desa Tambakrejo Kecamatan Patebon Kabupaten Kendal)

Paddy is the main food source for most of the population of Indonesia. The paddy crop harvested area in Patebon District in 2011 reached 2.334,47 Ha with a production of 15.603,97 tons. In Tambakrejo Village, the paddy crop harvested area in 2011 reached 132,50 Ha with a production of 861,25 tons. The purpose of this study was to determine the farmer preferences of jajar legowo paddy cropping system. The research used the descriptive method and the research location was selected by purposive method. The research location was Tambakrejo Village because farmer in thats village generally used jajar legowo cropping system. The farmer samplings were determined randomly, which was in a number of 90 respondents. The research used the tabulation analysis method and chi-square analysis. The result of this study showed that most farmers apply jajar legowo paddy cropping system with a percentage 63%, it's mean that jajar legowo paddy cropping system have a high preferences in Tambakrejo Village. Farmer selected jajar legowo paddy cropping system because this system can facilitate the proses of fertilization, weeding and pest control, but it's not profitable economically. This is because farmers in Tambakrejo Village do not implement the rule of recommended planting system so the production is not optimal and do not give enhancement in profits. Characteristics land area, motivation, age and education level have a significant relationship with the farmer preferences of jajar legowo paddy cropping system
