Salary is remuneration received by workers in the form of money based on a certain time. Processing employee salary data is very important for companies to appreciate their employees who are already working. The payroll process for employees at CV Agung Glass currently uses Ms. Excel, this causes several errors that often occur in the salary calculation process. As a growing company, CV Agung Glass needs a data processing application that can assist in processing employee payroll data quickly, precisely, and thoroughly. The method used in this payroll system is the iteration method, which is an application design method by sequencing the steps in designing the application, then repeating it if there are errors or developments for the application. The programming language used to make this payroll application is hybrid programming for mobile by combining two different programming languages, namely mobile programming using Android Studio and web programming using PHP

Background: Pregnant women infected with COVID-19 were more likely to develop more severe cases than those who are not pregnant. While existing international guidelines have not prioritized routine vaccination of all pregnant women due to a lack of data on safety and effectiveness, vaccination of pregnant women is still voluntary. It was essential to understand the factors that influence the acceptance of vaccination in pregnant women, which will significantly contribute to the return of society to a pre-pandemic state. This study aimed to analyze the reasons and factors that make pregnant women receive the COVID-19 vaccination. Subjects and Method: This study was a meta-analysis. Online articles from 2010 to 2020 were searched from databases, including Pubmed, MEDLINE, EMBASE, CINAHL, and Science Direct. The PICO was as follows. Population= pregnant women. Intervention= age>25 years old, higher education, better knowledge. Comparison= age<25 years old, lower education, poorer knowledge. Outcome= acceptance of vacci-nation COVID-19. Keywords "pregnant" AND "COVID-19 vaccination", "preg¬nancy" AND "vaccination and factor associated", "pregnant women" AND "acceptance and COVID-19 vaccination". The data were analyzed by RevMan 5.3 application. Results: A total of five articles were included for meta-analysis. The data showed that pregnant women having a bachelor's degree or above (OR= 2.97; 95% CI= 1.98 to 4.45; p <0.001) and being over 25 years old (OR= 2.92; 95% CI= 2.22 to 3.85; p<0.001) were associated with an increased chance of COVID-19 vaccination acceptance. Although better knowledge about vaccination was influential, it was statistically non-significant (OR= 6.42; 95% CI= 0.83 to 49.52; p= 0.070). Conclusion: The chance of COVID-19 vaccination acceptance increases with having a bachelor's degree or above and being over 25 years old in pregnant women. Keywords: vaccine, acceptance, COVID-19, pregnant women Correspondence: Catur Setyorini. Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta. Jl. Siliwangi Jl. West Ringroad 63, Yogyakarta. Email: [email protected]. Full text link
Background: Hypertensive disorders in pregnancy were a global public health problem. Hypertension is a significant contributor for pregnant women to experience life-threatening complications during pregnancy and delivery or in the postpartum period. This study aimed to determine the risk factors for hypertension in pregnant women, with a meta-analysis of the primary study conducted by previous authors. Subjects and Method: This study was a systematic review and meta-analysis. Online articles from 2011 to 2021 were searched from databases, including PubMed, MEDLINE, BASE, and ProQuest. The PICO was as follows. Population: pregnant women. Intervention: hypertension before pregnancy, family history of hypertension and diabetes in the mother. Comparison: without hypertension before pregnancy, with¬out a family history of hypertension and diabetes in the mother. Outcome: hyperten¬sion. Keywords “hypertension,” “history of hypertension in the family,” “diabetes,” “risk factors,” and “pregnant women.” Articles were analyzed using the Review Manager 5.3 application. Results: A total of seven articles from China, Ethiopia, Jordanian, Brazil, Pakistan, and Ghana were included in the meta-analysis. The data showed that pregnant women with chronic hypertension before pregnancy (OR= 5.05; 95% CI= 2.78 to 9.17; p= 0.001), diabetes (OR= 3.15; 95% CI= 1.63 to 6.10; p= 0.001), and a family history of hypertension (OR= 3.45; 95% CI= 2.05 to 5.80; p= 0.001) were at risk of developing hypertension during pregnancy. Conclusion: Chronic hypertension before pregnancy, diabetes, and a family history of hypertension are risk factors hypertension during pregnancy.
