    Problems of Unemployment in the Conditions of Crisis

    The global crises of different natures that have occurred have a significant impact on the growing unemployment in all economic sectors in Bulgaria. The labor market heavily affected by emerging crises and forced to adapt enterprises to the situations that have arisen or to close their doors permanently or indefinitely. In this regard, the present scientific report aims to clarify some key issues and risk factors of unemployment in the current recessions. The lack of adequate policies to deal with the main problems related to unemployment pose enormous barriers and obstacles to enterprises in all economic sectors to search for ways to reduce and deal with job losses. Concomitant difficulties are associated with serious and severe problems, reflecting a significant extent the income, the standard of living, and the normal existence of the human factor. Based on the methods of comparative analysis and analysis of statistical data, the main problems identified and made recommendations to limit and overcome the increase in unemployment in the country

    Study of Customer Loyalty in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in the Field of Trade in Bulgaria

    Research background: In the context of globalization and the increasingly competitive environment, customer loyalty plays an important role in the long-term success of small and medium-sized enterprises. Research by various authors has shown that loyalty is an important customer-oriented marketing tool and is directly dependent on customer satisfaction. Customer loyalty is highly influenced by the quality of the products, the applied price strategy and the good communication between enterprises and customers. Loyalty is the main aim of strategic enterprises marketing planning and is the key to retaining customers. The adoption and application of the loyalty approach in enterprises activity is a prerequisite for increase the trend of customers towards more frequent products consumption and enlarge their desire for more purchases. In connection with solving the problem of customer loyalty, researchers focus on its influencing factors and highlight as most important the following: satisfaction, trust, commitment, customer value and service quality. Purpose of the article: This report clarifies the peculiarities of customer loyalty and based on an analysis of the factors influencing it brings out the main problems of small and medium-sized enterprises in the field of trade in Bulgaria. Methods: The sources that were used include a questionnaire survey of 64 enterprises. The analysis and evaluation are based on statistical methods. Findings & Value added: The findings include identification of problems, related to the customer loyalty in small and medium-sized enterprises in the field of trade in Bulgaria. The study can be used as a model for analysis of customer loyalty in the trade sector

    Characteristics of Social Entrepreneur: the Case of Bulgaria

    Social entrepreneurs identify the problems in society and try to solve them. They try to overcome the gap between the business and the public sectors. Moreover, social entrepreneurs often are willing to take the risks associated with their venture to help addressing and enabling positive change in society and often need to make sure that their ideas are easily understandable. In modern conditions, it is precisely the knowledge and possession of various characteristics of the social entrepreneur that are important for achieving success in business. In this context, the purpose of the report is to study and analyze the main and additional characteristics of the social entrepreneur willing to start a business in Bulgaria. The inherent characteristics of the social entrepreneur have been clarified from a theoretical point of view. The primary data was collected through a survey, which was distributed to 84 persons who want to start social entrepreneurial business. The survey was conducted between May-June 2022 in Bulgaria. It is a key factor in finding reliable solutions to overcome company problems not simply by adapting to the conditions of the environment, but also to find a dynamic equilibrium with it. It helps to outline the main strategic priorities of the entrepreneurial business by changing the traditional way of thinking. In this context, the purpose of the scientific report is to analyze the process of strategic marketing management and to bring out its problems. The assessment is based on the results of a survey of 68 representatives of the entrepreneurial business in Bulgaria. It has a representative character and has used primary data. The direct survey in which respondents themselves fill in the questionnaire was used as a data collection method. The survey was conducted in the period May-July 2022

The factors of the cultural macroeconomic environment, along with other factors, have a particular importance because they influence the choice of the specific market and the right strategy for positioning the product.
