Национальная библиотека Беларуси как центр библиографической деятельности: современное состояние

The author presents different aspects of the current situation of the bibliographic activity of the National Library of Belarus (NLB) as the main state library and the republic information center. The article highlights the changes in the organization of bibliographic processes, the technology of the bibliographic entry formation, as well as the creation of various bibliographic and combined information products. He analyzes the peculiarities of the main bibliographic processes’ methodic and defines the perspectives of the NLB participation in the republic and international bibliographic projects and the approaches to the realized bibliographic processes’ improvement.Представлены различные аспекты библиографической деятельности Национальной библиотеки Беларуси (НББ) как главной библиотеки страны, республиканского информационного центра на современном этапе. Акцентируется внимание на изменениях в организации библиографических процессов, технологии формирования библиографических записей, создании различной библиографической и комбинированной информационной продукции. Рассмотрены особенности методического сопровождения основных библиографических процессов. Определены перспективы участия НББ в республиканских и международных библиографических проектах, подходы к совершенствованию осуществляемых библиографических процессов

THE NATIONAL SEGMENT IN THE INFORMATION SUPPORT FOR THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS: CONTEMPORARY BELARUSIAN REALITIES

National information resources are an important component of the resource base of the education space. Features of their development in Belarus pose a number of pressing challenges for the library community of this country.The article covers the main types of information resources that were created in Belarus in the last decade and have become an integral part of resourcing for the educational process. It shows the specifics of how the aggregated collection of national printed publications, collections of fulltext electronic information are formed.Possibilities for the development of the national segment in the information support for various entities in the education space involve creating National Electronic Library and implementing a number of other national projects that aim to cumulate separate information units and design information and analytical tools based on them

ОБҐРУНТУВАННЯ ВИМОГ ДО ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ СИСТЕМИ ВІЙСЬКОВОГО ЗВ’ЯЗКУ

In the article the method of ground of requirements is examined to the efеct military communication network. The ground of requirements is executed with the use of the mathematical model developed authors. It is shown that the task of ground of requirements is taken to the task of the linear programming. The task of ground of requirements decides a simplex method. On the basis of this method an algorithm and program is developed in the environment of DELPHI. With the use of the developed software the ground of requirements is executed to the effect military communication network in the conversational model.У статті розглядається методика обґрунтування вимог до ефективності системи військового зв’язку. Обґрунтування здійснюється з використанням розробленої авторами математичної моделі. Показано, що задача обґрунтування вимог зводиться до задачі лінійного програмування, яка розв’язується симплексним методом. За цим методом розроблені алгоритм і програма у середовищі DELPHI. З їх допомогою обґрунтовано вимоги до ефективності системи військового зв’язку у діалоговому режимі
