    Comparison of the finite volume method with lagrangian vortex method for 2d flow simulation around airfoils at intermediate reynolds number

    The paper is dedicated to the numerical simulation of two-dimensional viscous incompressible flow. The Viscous Vortex Domains method is considered, which is one of the modifications of Lagrangian vortex methods. This method is implemented in the open-source VM2D code, which developes by the authors. Model problems of exter- nal and internal flow simulation are considered for VM2D testing. For the problem of the flow simulation around two closely spaced circular cylinders, VM2D is compared to OpenFOAM in terms of computational efficiency. As the internal flow problem the flow in a channel with a backward-facing step is considered. For both problems, the results obtained in VM2D are in good agreement with the results of other researchers

    Accuracy comparison of different approaches for vortex sheet discretization on the airfoil in vortex particles method

    The hierarchy of numerical schemes is developed for the solution of the boundary integral equation which arises in the vortex particles method. Two different approaches are considered and numerical schemes are presented, which provide 1-st and 2-nd order of accuracy with respect to two different norms. The developed finite element-type schemes have nearly the same computational cost as the simplest scheme with piecewise-constant solution. The necessary formulae are presented for linear system coefficients for the considered schemes

    Functioning of Folklore among the Evens of Yakutia

    The modern existence of folklore among the Evens of Yakutia is discussed in the article. A review of the results of many years of collecting materials on Even folklore is carried out. Based on the field materials of the authors, the modern repertoire and the degree of preservation of the folklore genres among the Evens of Yakutia are analyzed. It is revealed that narratives, a round dance hede, and folklore are included in the system of folklore genres that currently function and are most active. In accordance with the characteristic properties of the early forms of the epic of the North Tungus peoples identified by one of the authors, samples of epic legends are classified in three regions of the Evens. It is emphasized that at present, there is a gradual fading away of such genres as archaic epos, tales, riddles, proverbs and sayings. Particular attention is paid to the ritual culture of the Evens, where the rituals of the children's cycle, feeding the fire and funeral rites are preserved. It is noted that, in general, the existence of folklore of Evens in Yakutia is comparable with the general Even folklore tradition, prevalent in the other five constituent entities of the Russian Federation, where Evens live. The specificity of life consists in certain ethnolocal features dictated by the natural and climatic conditions and cultural landscape, as well as the dialectic differences of Even dialects

    PROSPECTS AND RESULTS OF STUDYING THE COLLECTION OF CHICKPEA FROM VIR AT OMSK STATE AGRARIAN UNIVERSITY

    In 2012-1016, 23 chickpea accessions from VIR and 23 accessions from the collection of chickpea somaclones of the Siberian Research Institute of Forages were studied at Omsk State Agrarian University. The research performed in the southern forest-steppe of West Siberia resulted in identifying chickpea accessions with a shorter growing season, high plant productivity, good processability, and high symbiotic activity. The possibility of using cluster analysis for comprehensive assessment of source material for chickpea breeding was demonstrated. The nature of inheritance of agronomic traits in F1 chickpea hybrids was revealed, and recommendations for selection were formulated. A correlation was established between the major characters

    Drought resistance of introgressive spring common wheat lines with genetic material of tall wheatgrass

    Background. To breed drought-resistant cultivars of common wheat1 (Triticum aestivum L.), it is important to use the gene pools of its relatives, including tall wheatgrass Thinopyrum ponticum (Podpěra) Z.-W. Liu & R.- C. Wang (= Agropyron elongatum (Host) Beauv.).   Materials and methods. The introgressive lines of spring common wheat with T. ponticum genetic material and standard cultivars were studied in the field in the southern forest-steppe of Western Siberia using generally recognized methods. The ecological plasticity of cultivars and introgressive lines by grain yield and yield components was calculated according to the method of S. A. Eberhart and W. A. Russell. During the research period, there was a prolonged drought in 2012, and irregular short severe droughts occurred in 2013, 2014, and 2017.   Results. An analysis of the ecological plasticity of standard cultivars adapted to the regional conditions showed that cv. ‘Pamyati Azieva’ corresponded to the extensive type, and cvs. ‘Duet’, and ‘Erythrospermum 59’ corresponded to the intensive type. Under drought conditions, the grain yield of cv. ‘Pamyati Azieva’ was determined by the stable development of productive tiller number, seed number and grain yield per main ear, but plasticity in 1000 grain weight was observed. Cvs. ‘Duet’ and ‘Erythrospermum 59’ showed ecological plasticity due to the adaptive development of two or three yield components. Introgressive lines exceeded the standard cultivars in grain yield (1.1–2.2 times) in dry seasons. Five lines were similar to cv. ‘Pamyati Azieva’ in plasticity and stability, and under drought conditions they demonstrated high and stable development of three or four yield components. The intensive lines formed their yield due to the compensatory development of three yield components in different combinations.   Conclusion. Introgressive lines with T. ponticum genetic material are valuable for breeding spring common wheat cultivars with various drought-adaptation mechanisms

    Screening of vegetable pea breeding material on rust resistance at Omsk State Agrarian University

    Relevance. Pea rust regularly damages the vegetable pea crop in the Omsk region. The harmfulness of the disease has begun to intensify in recent years; in years favorable for the development of the disease, the damage to susceptible varieties can be 100%. Therefore, breeders are forced to constantly search for new sources of resistance genes due to the rapidly developing rust pathogens. The goal of our research is to screen samples of a vegetable pea collection under field conditions in the southern forest-steppe of Western Siberia and identify sources of resistance.Material and Methodology. As an object for study, 72 samples of vegetable peas were taken from the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution Federal Scientific Vegetable Center (FSBSI FSVC) and the “Federal Research Center of the All-Russian Institute of Plant Genetic Resources named after. N.I. Vavilov" (VIR). The research was conducted over four years from 2020 to 2023. in the conditions of the southern forest-steppe of the Omsk region. The records were carried out in accordance with the “Methodological instructions for studying the collection of grain legumes”.Results and Discussion. As a result of the studies, it was established that the resistance of vegetable peas to rust depends on both the genotype and weather conditions. Weather conditions had the greatest influence on the development of the disease (the factor’s share was 51.5%), the contribution of the genotype was also significant and amounted to 44.8%. The resistance of collection samples to rust in the conditions of the Omsk region varied from low (2.8 points) in warm and humid weather to very high (7.8 points) in dry and hot weather. The main influence on the spread of rust is exerted by the hydrothermal conditions of the “flowering – ripening” period (r=-0.98±0.11). Plant resistance to rust varies greatly depending on growing conditions (Cve=20.2-54.6%). The variety Darunok had the least variability of the trait over the years (Cve=20.2%), which will most consistently maintain resistance when the infectious load increases. As a result of screening of collection material of vegetable peas, sources of partial resistance to rust were identified for breeding in Western Siberia: varieties Darunok, Namorodok (Federal Scientific Vegetable Center (FSBSI FSVC)), Orel, Cruiser, Vityaz, Flagman-8, Nemchinovsky 46, B-579, In Memory of Khangildin (VIR collection)

    ИЗУЧЕНИЕ ОБРАЗЦОВ КОЛЛЕКЦИИ ГОРОХА ОВОЩНОГО НА УСТОЙЧИВОСТЬ К АСКОХИТОЗУ В УСЛОВИЯХ ЮЖНОЙ ЛЕСОСТЕПИ ЗАПАДНОЙ СИБИРИ

    The yield of vegetable peas in the conditions of the Omsk region is largely limited to the defeat of plants by a complex of diseases and damage by phytophages. The aim of the research was to study the collection of pea vegetable samples in Western Siberia and to identify among them the most resistant to Ascochyta. The object of research was 70 samples of vegetable peas from the collections of the Federal Scientific Vegetable Center,  Odintsovo, Federal Research Centre All-Russian institute of plant genetic resources on the name  of  N.I.  Vavilov (VIR), St.  Petersburg,  as  well  as obtained in the framework of cooperation with foreign breeding institutions. The experiments were conducted in the forest-steppe  zone of  the  Omsk region in 2014-2017.  As  a result of the experiments, it was established that the defeat of  peas by  Ascochyta occurs  annually, but  with  different intensity, depending on weather conditions. The maximum resistance of plants was observed in 2016 under conditions of severe drought (5.8 points on average), the minimum – in 2015 with moderately humid and warm weather (3.9 points on average). Late sowing contributes to a greater damage to plants by Ascochyta and reduced productivity. The relationship between resistance to Ascochyta and conditions characterizing heat and moisture supply is strong negative in the initial period of plant growth: with the CGT (r = -0.98 0.13), the amount of precipitation (r = -0.86 0.35), air temperature (r =  -0,67  0,24); strong positive in the second half of the growing season: with SCC (r = 0.82 0.33), amount of precipitation  (r  =  0.68  0.35).  Most  of  the  samples during  the research retained a high (29%) and medium (48%) resistance to  Ascochyta. As a result of  the collection's assessment, samples  of  vegetable peas  resistant  (7-8  points)  to  the pathogen were distinguished: B-1295  (к-8907,  Bashkiria), Chinese (PRC), Terrace 888 (k-9376, Ukraine). These samples  can  be  recommended  as  sources  of  resistance to Ascochyta for the selection of  vegetable peas in Western Siberia.Урожайность гороха овощного в условиях Омской области в значительной степени ограничена поражением растений комплексом болезней и повреждением фитофагами. Целью исследований  было  изучение коллекции образцов  гороха овощного в Западной Сибири и выявление среди них наиболее устойчивых к аскохитозу. Объектом исследований являлись 70 образцов гороха овощного из коллекций Федерального научного центра овощеводства (ФНЦО), п. Одинцово,   Федерального  исследовательского центра Всероссийского института  генетических  ресурсов растений им. Н.И. Вавилова (ВИР), г. Санкт-Петербург,  а также полученные в рамках сотрудничества с иностранными селекционными учреждениями. Опыты проведены в лесостепной зоне Омской области в 2014-2017 годах. В результате экспериментов установлено,   что поражение гороха аскохитозом  проявляется ежегодно,  но с разной интенсивностью, в зависимости от погодных условий. Максимальная устойчивость растений наблюдалось в 2016 году в условиях острой засухи (в среднем 5,8 баллов), минимальная - в 2015 году при умеренно влажной и теплой погоде (в среднем 3,9 балла). Поздний посев способствует большему поражению растений аскохитозом и  снижению  продуктивности.  Зависимость между устойчивостью к аскохитозу и условиями, характеризующими тепло- и  влагообеспеченность,  сильная отрицательная   в начальный период роста растений: с ГТК (r= -0,98 0,13), количеством осадков (r= -0,86 0,35), температурой воздуха (r= -0,67 0,24); сильная положительная во второй половине вегетации: с ГТК (r=0,82 0,33), количеством осадков (r=0,68 0,35). Большинство  образцов за  время исследований сохранили высокую (29%) и среднюю (48%) устойчивость к аскохитозу. В результате   оценки  коллекции выделены образцы  гороха овощного устойчивые (7-8 баллов) к патогену: Б-1295 (к-8907, Башкирия), Китайский  (КНР), Терасс 888 (к-9376, Украина). Эти образцы могут быть рекомендованы в качестве источников устойчивости к аскохитозу для селекции гороха овощного в Западной Сибири

    The role of P2Y12 receptor blocker clopidogrel after the introduction into clinical practice of new, more powerful and stable operating drugs belonging to this class of antiplatelet agents is discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of each of the currently used antiplatelet drugs that block the receptor P2Y12 are reviewed. On the basis of the analysis concludes that, despite the emergence of new antiplatelet agents clopidogrel, appears to be widely used for a long time in the treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome and / or after coronary stenting. This is primarily due to the presence of large evidence base, and confirmation of safety of long-term therapy clopidogrel.</p
