Kultur Sel Otak Dan Mata Ikan Kerapu (Chromileptes Altivelis) Untuk Replikasi Viral Nervous Necrosis (Vnn) [Cell Line Chromileptes Alttivelis From Enchepalon and Retina for Viral Nervous Necrosis (Vnn) Replication]

The experiment was deal with propagat cell line from encephalon and retina of grouper Chromileptes altivelis.The cell was isolate propagation of method described following by Chen et al.(1982) from carp and crussian carp fin. The cell line from enchepalon and retina of grouper grew very fast and heavy in medium L-1S.The cell line were then used for viral replication giving,isolated virus with high pathogenicity indicated by mortal effect in short time after administration. The preservation of cell line is in 10% glycerol under -80°C for one year. Thawing will be done every 3 months to ensure the viability of the cell

EVALUATION OF MADURA LANGUAGE TEXTBOOKS AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL LEVEL

The purpose of this study was to find out information and describe the quality of Madurese language textbooks both in terms of content, presentation, and language. The type of this research is evaluation research, namely by conducting an elementary level Madura language curriculum document study (syllabus) and research instruments provided to students and material experts. The results of the study showed that students' responses to Madurese language textbooks at the elementary level included a very good category, which was 80.86. While the results of the validation of material experts state that Madurese language textbooks are in a valid category and can be used but need minor revisions, ie with a value of 80.60

Penggunaan Dialek Masyarakat Dusun Malangan Pademawu Timur Pamekasan

The preservation of language is in the Malangan hamlet community of Pademawu sub-district which has a characteristic in Madurese language. The village of Malangan is indeed known for its special characteristics in language. Although they still use Madura, the intonation and vocabulary they use have their own characteristics. Different intonation and duration with other regions. So that the area has its own characteristics in dialogue. This study aims: to describe objectively the use of the Malangan hamlet dialect in the fields; (1) intonation and (2) vocabulary. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the form of dialect usage in the Malangan village of Pademawu Timur. The approach in this research is a qualitative approach. The data in this study are sentences in conversation. The data source in this study is the Malangan hamlet community. Data collection techniques using the record technique. Contextual data analysis is performed by means of identification, classification, description and interpretation techniques. The results of this study indicate the use of the dialect of the East Malangan Pademawu hamlet community including intonation, and vocabulary. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the dialect of East Pademawu hamlet community has its own characteristics in interacting. The use of intonation is low and is extended to the last syllable, so that it becomes a distinctive characteristic for the people of Malangan, East Pademawu. The vocabulary that is owned is also rich and varied so that there are some words that are used slightly differently from those used by the Pademawu community in general
