    Kewajiban Saksi Instrumenter Merahasiakan Isi Akta Berdasarkan Undang-undang Jabatan Notaris

    Notary as a public official who has the authority to make an authentic notarial deed, performs the duties of his/her office in accordance with the provisions of the Law of the Notary Position. In addition to the authority to make an authentic notarial deed, a notary also has an obligation of keeping the confidentiality of the contents of the notarial deed that he or she made, pursuant to the Article 16 of paragraph (1) letter f of the Amended Law of the Law of Notary Position. Notary makes authentic notarial deed based on the provisions of the Articles 1320 and 1868 of the Indonesian Civil Code, as well as the provisions contained in the Law of Notary Position. One of their obligations is presenting instrumental witnesses in the reading of the notarial deed minimum of two (2) persons. Without the presence of the 2 (two) instrumental witnesses, then the notarial deed made by or before a notary has the privately made proofing. The problems in this study were to determine whether the instrumental witnesses have the obligation keep the confidentiality of the contents of the notarial deed, as the notaries do, and to find out the liability of the instrumental witnesses for the confidentiality of their notarial deeds that they signed. This study is a normative legal research which departed from the obscurity of the applicable norm on the provisions of the Law of the Notary Position on the instrumental witnesses related to their liability to disclosure the contents of the notarial deed. This study used the related statutory approach, literature books, and dictionaries as the legal materials. The results of this study indicated that the instrumental witnesses as one of the formal requirements in the process of making an authentic notarial deed who are also the integral parts of the notary, should have an obligation to keep the confidentiality of the contents of the notarial deed. This is to prevent the leakage of secrets related to the contents of the notarial deed that may be committed by the instrumental witnesses, as well as to protect the interests of the parties on the notarial deed. A less clearly-stated provision related to the instrumental witnesses in the Law of the Notary Position has resulted in any action taken by the instrumental witnesses to become one unity with the notary, or regarded as the own responsibility of the notary. In order to provide legal certainty and legal protection to the instrumental witnesses, as well as to protect the notaries in carrying out their office, the necessary arrangements regarding the obligations and responsibilities of the instrumental witnesses should be clearly specified in the Law of the Notary Position

    Berat Lahir dan Mortalitas Anak Sapi Belgian Blue dari Rumpun Resipien dan Ketinggian Tempat Berbeda

    Sapi Belgian Blue (BB) diimpor ke Indonesia untuk meningkatkan produksi daging sapi. Suatu penelitian awal dilakukan untuk mengetahui berat lahir anak sapi BB dan mortalitas pra-sapih anak sapi Belgian Blue dari beberapa rumpun induk resipien pada ketinggian tempat yang berbeda. Sebanyak 86 data kelahiran anak sapi Belgian Blue murni hasil Transfer Embrio digunakan dalam penelitan. Data berat lahir dianalisa menggunakan model linear umum dengan sumber keragaman rumpun induk resipien, ketinggian tempat dan sex anak. Mortalitas dianalisa menggunakan chi-square berdasarkan ketinggian tempat. Berat lahir anak sapi BB dipengaruhi oleh rumpun induk resipien dan ketinggian tempat (P0,05). Berat lahir anak sapi BB berturut-turut 44,44±1,68 kg, 39,58±2,71 kg, 50,53±1,12 kg, 50,85±1,62 kg dan 55,56±1,21 kg untuk rumpun induk resipien Brahman, Peranakan Ongole, Simental, Limosin dan Frisian Holstein (FH).     Socializing One Health: an innovative strategy to investigate social and behavioral risks of emerging viral threats

    In an effort to strengthen global capacity to prevent, detect, and control infectious diseases in animals and people, the United States Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Emerging Pandemic Threats (EPT) PREDICT project funded development of regional, national, and local One Health capacities for early disease detection, rapid response, disease control, and risk reduction. From the outset, the EPT approach was inclusive of social science research methods designed to understand the contexts and behaviors of communities living and working at human-animal-environment interfaces considered high-risk for virus emergence. Using qualitative and quantitative approaches, PREDICT behavioral research aimed to identify and assess a range of socio-cultural behaviors that could be influential in zoonotic disease emergence, amplification, and transmission. This broad approach to behavioral risk characterization enabled us to identify and characterize human activities that could be linked to the transmission dynamics of new and emerging viruses. This paper provides a discussion of implementation of a social science approach within a zoonotic surveillance framework. We conducted in-depth ethnographic interviews and focus groups to better understand the individual- and community-level knowledge, attitudes, and practices that potentially put participants at risk for zoonotic disease transmission from the animals they live and work with, across 6 interface domains. When we asked highly-exposed individuals (ie. bushmeat hunters, wildlife or guano farmers) about the risk they perceived in their occupational activities, most did not perceive it to be risky, whether because it was normalized by years (or generations) of doing such an activity, or due to lack of information about potential risks. Integrating the social sciences allows investigations of the specific human activities that are hypothesized to drive disease emergence, amplification, and transmission, in order to better substantiate behavioral disease drivers, along with the social dimensions of infection and transmission dynamics. Understanding these dynamics is critical to achieving health security--the protection from threats to health-- which requires investments in both collective and individual health security. Involving behavioral sciences into zoonotic disease surveillance allowed us to push toward fuller community integration and engagement and toward dialogue and implementation of recommendations for disease prevention and improved health security

Tidak lepas dari perkembangan teknologi tersebut maka untuk menghasilkan suatu hasil yang baik dan mempercepat pekerjaan perlu menggunakan sarana pendukung yang sempurna yaitu komputer. Saat ini PT. Dwi Putra Prima adalah Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Jasa Handling Pelayanan Wisata Haji Plus dan Umroh, Baggage Handling dan VIP Handling, di Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta dalam pengolahan pendapatan jasanya masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga memungkinkan pada saat proses berlangsung terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan, kurang akuratnya laporan yang dibuat dan keterlambatan dalam pencarian data-data yang diperlukan. Oleh karena itu PT. Dwi Putra Prima membutukan sekali akan adanya Sistem Informasi Pengolahan pendapatan jasa. Untuk itulah penulis mencoba membuat skripsi ini mengenai Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Pendapatan Jasa Handling Airport Berbasis Web di PT. Dwi Putra Prima, yang sampai saat ini belum terkomputerisasi. Perancangan sistem informasi ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan- permasalahan yang ada pada Perusahaan ini, serta dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi dapat tercapai suatu kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktifitas pada Perusahaan ini. Sistem yang terkomputerisasi lebih baik dari sistem yang manual agar berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien serta sistem pengolahan data yang sekarang lebih kondusif dibandingkan dengan sistem yang terdahulu

    Birth Weight and Body Measurements of Crossbred Belgian Blue Calves

    The Belgian Blue (BB) cattle breed has been well-known for double muscling. The importation of BB cattle is mainly to increase beef production. A study was done to analyze birth weight and body measurements of newborn crossbred BB calves. Data were collected from Cattle Breeding Centre (Baturaden, Padangmangatas and Sembawa) and Livestock Embryo Centre (Cipelang). The crossbred BB calves were produced by crossing of BB bull and some breed cows (Ongole grade, Friesian Holstein, Simental, Brahman, and Limousine) through artificial insemination. A total of 286 crossbred BB calves from five different crossbreds born in 2018-2019 were used in this study. Data of birth weight (BW), chest girth (CG), body length (BL) and body height (BH) were analyzed using a linear model with genotype, calf sex, and their interaction as sources of variation. Results showed that BW and body measurements were significantly affected by genotypes of the calf (P0.05). The BB X Friesian Holstein (FH) calves had heavier BW and bigger body sizes. The BB x Ongloe Grade (PO) showed lighter BW and smaller body size. The means of BW, BH CG, and BL of crossbred BB calves were 37.18 kg, 71.94 cm, 69.13 cm, and 65.54 cm, respectively. In conclusion, there were differences in birth weight and body size among crossbred Belgian Blue calves affected by genotypes. Crossbreeding Belgian Blue with Friesian Holstein breed cattle resulted in heavier birth weight and bigger body size. This study was preliminary information that can be used as a recommendation in developing Belgian Blue cattle

Salah satu peraturan perbankan yang ditetapkan oleh Bank Indonesia adalah Peraturan Bank Indonesia Nomor 14/8/PBI/2012 tentang Kepemilikan Saham Bank Umum. Kedudukan Peraturan Bank Indonesia dalam sistem Perundang-undangan tidak dapat disejajarkan dengan peraturan lainnya dibawah Undang-Undang.     Gabus fish is rich of albumin. This fish as albumin source for hypoalbumin (lower albumin) patients and wound, both post operation wound and burn. Albumin have many sulfhydrile compound (SH) have a function as radikal bind. Protein which have rich of –SH compound be able to binding hazard metal and also antioxidant effects and salic acid. At present, albumin produced from human blood, then the price is expensive enough. The finding of albumin extract from gabus fish then become alternative to get cheap albumin. This research purposed to recognize about the influence by providing different protein feed on albumin level and the growth of gabus fish. Method that used in this research is experimental method, with Complete Random Design as trial design. Treatment that given such different protein level included, Po treatment with 26% protein, P1 treatment with 29% protein, P2 treatment with 32% protein respective repeated six times. The main parameter that observed are albumin and growth of Gabus fish. Supporting parameter that observed in this research are temperature measurement, pH and DO, Variant Analysis (ANOVA) and to know about Duncan Multiple Range test treatment. The result of the research indicates that found different albumin level on Gabus fish is not real among treatment above on observation yields. The highest average of albumin level found in P2 treatment, while lowest influence taken from treatments of P0 and P1. The growth of Gabus fish with providing commercial feed with different protein level indicates that found different growth of real Gabus fish (p< 0,05).     Stabilitasi Fasa Kalsium Pirofospat pada Temperatur Tinggi dengan Penambahan Zirkonia

    Kalsium Pirofospat adalah biomaterial yang sangat baik untuk digunakan sebagai pengganti tulang atau gigi yang rusak ataupun retak.&nbsp; Kalsium Pirofospat bersifat biokompatibel, bioaktif dan memiliki komposisi kimia yang mendekati komposisi pada tulang dan gigi manusia. Namun biomaterial ini memiliki kekurangan yaitu sifat mekanisnya yang rendah apabila digunakan untuk menerima beban yang berat. Peningkatan sifat mekanik kalsium pirofospat dapat dilakukan dengan menambahkan material zirkon. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini dilakukan kajian Perubahan Fasa kalsium pirofospat dengan penambahan zirkon pada temperatur tinggi. Komposisi zirkonia yang ditambahkan&nbsp;sebesar 5% dan 10% (w/w). Pencampuran kalsium pirofosfat dilakukan menggunakan High Energy Milling (HEM) dengan Ball Powder Ratio (BPR) sebesar 5:1 selama 30 menit.&nbsp;Campuran selanjutnya dipanaskan pada temperatur 1000&nbsp;selama 60 menit. Hasil karakterisasi menggunakan XRD menunjukan bahwa perlakuan pemanasan dapat mendekomposisi kalsium pirofosfat dan terbentuknya CaZrO3. Pemanasan juga menyebabkan ukuran partikel semakin besar. Hasil SEM menunjukkan ukuran mikrostruktur CPP TA yang semula 590±43nm menjadi CPP TAZ5 1,212±268µm dan CPP TAZ10 1,324±384µm. Sedangkan untuk CPP TB yang semula 455±32nm menjadi CPP TBZ5 1,112±546µm dan CPP TBZ10 1,123±392µm. &nbsp; Kata kunci: Kalsium Pirofospat, Zirkonia, High Energy Millin
