    ANALISIS KONDISI FISIK ATLET PUTRA HOCKEY INDOOR JAWA TIMUR PERSIAPAN PON XX PAPUA 2021

    Abstract This study aims to determine the physical condition of indoor hockey Regional Training Center (PUSLATDA) East Java in preparation for PON XX Papua 2021. This research method is classified as quantitative and is presented descriptively. The instruments used include power item chin up agility with the ilinois test, speed with the sprint test, and endurance with the bleep test. The subjects of this study consisted of 12 male indoor hockey athletes. Data analysis techniques in the form of frequency, mean, and percentage. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the body mass index (BMI) of indoor hockey (Regional Training Center) PUSLATDA East Java has an average of 23.52 as many as 10 athletes with a percentage of 83.64% categorized as ideal. While 2 athletes have an average of 26.10 with a percentage of 16.66% categorized as overweight. Furthermore, the level of strength (power) athletes’ indoor hockey has an average power of 10.25 which is classified as good with a percentage of 83.33% as much as 10 and power with an average of 14.17 which is categorized very well with a percentage 83.33% as many as 10 athletes. Then the level of agility (agility) has an average of 13 with a percentage of 83.33% belonging to the good category of 10 athletes. Followed by the level of speed (speed) athletes have an average speed of 2.98 which is categorized as good with a percentage of 75% as many as 9 athletes. As well as the level of endurance has an average endurance of 9.65 which is categorized above the average with a percentage of 58% as many as 7 athletes indoor hockey at the East Java Regional Training Center in preparation for the XX PON 2021 is good.     This research aims to analyze the comparison of counter-terrorism policies between Indonesia and Iraq. This research is a descriptive normative legal research. Legal materials consist of primary and secondary legal materials obtained through literature study. The approaches used include legislative approach, conceptual approach and case approach. Based on the results of the research, it is known that the differences in counterterrorism between Indonesia and Iraq lie in the security context, regulations and institutions that handle acts of terrorism. The similarities include using intelligence approach, prioritizing national security, and the existence of counterterrorism agency. As for the researcher's suggestions, first, strengthen the authority of the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT). Second, revise the rules related to the State Institutions that handle Terrorism, and strengthen efforts in preventing terrorism in the wider community, regarding radicalism, extremism, which threatens the stability of the State.Keywords: terrorism, crime, countermeasures.
