    The Effect of Moral Reasoning, Retaliation and Negative Emotion on Individual Intention to Do Whistleblowing

    This study aimed at testing the effect of moral reasoning, retaliation, and negative emotion on individual intention to do whistleblowing in Regional Organization (OPD) of Denpasar City. The data were from primary data which were collected through questionnaires. Samples were chosen by using purposive sampling technique, so the total of respondents was 72 people. The data analysis technique was Partial Least Square (PLS) on significant level of 5 percent. The finding of this study found that the moral reasoning had positive effect on individual intention to do whistleblowing, retaliation had negative effect on individual intention to do whistleblowing, guilty feeling had positive effect on individual intention to do whistleblowing, and shame had positive effect on individual intention to do whistleblowing
