    Aim: To realize the clinical analysis of post-surgical complications in patients, who received intraoperative infuse therapy by the method of the restrictive mode of fluid resuscitation and purposeful fluid therapy for providing the adequate and stable hemodynamics in perioperative period and also for preventing the complications development.Materials and methods: the study was realized in 176 patients, who underwent surgical interventions in orthopedic oncology. The restrictive mode of fluid resuscitation was applied in 88 cases, and in 88 ones – the purposeful fluid therapy. The central hemodynamics was studied by the method of Cubichek tetrapolar rheography, coagulogram indications, dieresis speed, blood serum creatinine, frequency of postoperative nausea and vomit and enteroparesis were studied.Research results: the frequency of coagulopathy observations at purposeful fluid therapy didn’t reliably exceed the frequency of coagulopathy in patients with the restrictive mode. Patients, who underwent purposeful fluid therapy demonstrated the decrease of dieresis speed, postoperative nausea and vomit and enteroparesis reliably more seldom.     Peculiarities of Subjectively Evaluated Giftedness of University Students with Different Statuses

    The article discusses the interconnection of subjective evaluation of giftedness with status position of university students in the study group. The paper presents a theoretical analysis of approaches to the study giftedness and proves necessity of the study of giftedness subjective assessments. The empirical study included 231 full-time students of the first, third and fifth year of Moscow higher education institute. The paper confirmed the hypothesis that student’s giftedness subjectively evaluated by his (her) classmates positively correlated with its position in the study group. To test the hypothesis we used sociometry, referentometry, methodological procedure to define the informal power structure in a group, as well as the author's questionnaire to identify giftedness subjective assessments. The paper analyzes the features of the giftedness subjective assessments of student by his (her) groupmates studying the engineering and natural science.     The changes of intra-abdominal pressure (IAP) were followed up in 244 patients with abdominal sepsis after operation. The influence of liquid Β«resuscitationΒ» with different types of plasma substitutes on the rates of IAP was studied and the dependence of changes IAP from filling of vascular bed was investigated. The impedance technique was used to determine the circulating blood volume and its percentage from proper index was estimated according to the sex, age and constitution. The percentage of interstitial liquid in organism was calculated by analogy. The severity of manifestations of abdominal compartment syndrome (ACS) increases with the assessment of severity of the general condition to APACHE-II scale. The most severe ACS course was while using the crystalloid solutions in the complex of infusion therapy. The inclusion of colloids in the infusion therapy facilitated more full volume filling of vascular bed with the liquid, reduced the capillary leakage, accelerated the process of reduction of ACS. The advantage was shown by using the derivatives of hydroxyethylstarch, which promoted the elimination of deficiency of intravascular liquid in the best way

    Knowledge sharing in professional virtual communities : moderatorship and social identities

    This study proposes and tests a model of knowledge sharing within PVCs that incorporates the role of moderatorship and social identities. First, we conceptualize, operationalize, and empirically support moderatorship as a construct with three attributes: support, fairness and competent engagement. Second, we find that moderatorship enhances knowledge sharing intention directly and indirectly through community identification. Third, professional identity does not only positively relate to knowledge sharing directly, but also indirectly via community identification. Finally, professional identity also moderates the effect of moderatorship in that moderatorship exerts a stronger effect on knowledge sharing for those with weaker professional identity

    Features of General and Social Practical Intelligence in the University Students with Different Status

    We discuss the problem of the relationship of general and practical intelligence with social status of university students in the study group. We present theoretical and empirical analysis of the features of general and social practical intelligence in the students with different status who are at the initial and final stages of training in high school. In an empirical study we proved the hypothesis that the level of the general and social practical intelligence of the students is a significant condition of their in-group status differentiation. In order to determine the position of the student in the attractions relationship system, social and practical intelligence is more important, and the position in the structure of relations is defined by general, as well as social and practical intelligence. We show the differences in the relationship of intra-group status and mental abilities of students in the initial and final stages of training. The study included full-time students of I and V Moscow university courses (167 people)
