One way to evaluate various services at the university is seen from the level of student satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to measure how much the level of student satisfaction in the university environment, especially in the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Islam Indonesia (FMIPA UII) and future expectations of students focusing on their respective study programs. 6 aspects were used to find out how much satisfaction the students had, namely: (1) Tangible, (2) Reliability, (3) Responsiveness, (4) Assurance, (5) Empathy, and (6) Information. The research method used is descriptive analysis method related to satisfaction represented by the Cartesian diagram. The study was conducted in a period of 3 months with the sample used being active students in the 2016 and 2017 FMIPA classes proportionally in each study program (study program). The data used are primary data consisting of 2 main assessments, namely performance assessment and importance assessment. The results of the level of satisfaction / suitability are classified into the Cartesian diagram which consists of 4 priorities, namely: top priority, achievement priority, low priority, and excessive. The results of the study obtained overall levels of satisfaction in Mathematics as much as 90% of students were satisfied with the level of performance provided. However, there are still 2 indicators that are included in the priority, namely problems in the key-in process and ease of communication for parents of students to consult. In addition to the contents of each indicator, an analysis of suggestions for improvement in the FMIPA environment using text mining based on barplot and wordcloud is associated with the dominant words appearing to describe the general expectations of student

    Diarrhea in HIV Infection

During the last decade, there has been an increase of immunocompromized patients all around the world; that mostly due to pandemic of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection. Chronic diarrhea as one of common symptoms in patients with HIV infection has different etiology compared to immunocompetent patients. Initial approach of diarrhea in HIV infection may be conducted by evaluating the temporal relationship between the development of diarrhea and the administration of antiretroviral, especially the protease inhibitor agents; which is then followed by fecal analysis/examination for pathogenic bacteria and protozoa as well as endoscopy examination. Biopsy examination of intestinal mucosa is necessary for HIV enteropathy or diarrhea due to microsporidia, which is confirmed further by electron microscopy. The etiology of chronic diarrhea in HIV patients may also different, depend on the cluster of differentiation count value of all patients. Based on such differences, it is necessary to have adequate approach, recognition and understanding in the management of chronic diarrhea, especially for HIV patients

Direct observation of the multiple spin gap excitations in two-dimensional dimer system SrCu2(BO3)2

Various spin gap excitations have been observed in the two-dimensional dimer system SrCu_2(BO_3)_2 by means of submillimeter wave ESR. The zero-field energy gap of the lowest spin gap excitation shows a splitting into two triplet modes and the energy splitting clearly depends on the magnetic field orientation when a field is rotated in the {\mib {ac}}-plane. A zero-field splitting is also found between the S(_z)=+1 and S(_z)=-1 branches of each triplet. These behaviors are qualitatively explained by considering the anisotropic exchange coupling of inter-dimer and intra-dimer, respectively. The averaged value of the lowest spin gap energy is determined to be 722 \pm 2 GHz(34.7 K). We have also found the second spin gap excitation at 1140 GHz(54.7 K), which indicates that the inter-dimer coupling is significantly strong. Besides these modes, a number of gapped ESR absorption are found and we propose that these multiple magnetic excitations are caused by the localized nature of the excited state in the present system.Comment: 4pages 4figure

The purpose of this research is to create an electronic wheelchair sport designed for power soccer. The authors try modify Wheelchair Power Soccer (Electronic Power Wheel Chair Soccer) as a Tool of Power Soccer Sports Exercise for disable Athletes. The system is a solution and that the author gave innovation and contribute to the problem using the physically disabled football is still manual. We innovate to create electronic wheelchair as a tool for physically disable soccer athletes.Performance results wheelchair soccer power tools (electronic power wheelchair soccer) is driven in accordance with the commands sent by a joystick control that will be received by the control circuit ATmega8535 microcontroller and the output is the motion that moved by motor stepper. The tool is able to browse for a maximum of 32 minutes on flat roads with power supply of 6V 4.5 Ah. Optimal video radius of less than 5 meters

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of NaOH and KOH on carrageenan. The addition of natural dyes was carried out with different concentrations of carrageenan and the value of viscosity and gel strength of the algae Kappaphycus alvarezii to a mixture of natural dyes. The samples of algae were taken from the cultivation area in Belang waters, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The results of this study on the addition of natural dyes in refined carrageenan have succeeded in giving a green color and did not affect the viscosity and gel strength of the carrageenan gel when compared to the control (without treatment). The viscosity value of carrageenan with 4% NaOH concentration was 53.34-53.69 cP and KOH concentration was 49.55-50.03 cP. The gel strength value at 4% NaOH concentration was 74.11-74.89 mm/g/sec, while at 5% KOH concentration it was 84.22-84.89 mm/g/sec. The viscosity and gel strength still meet standards set by the Food Agriculture Organization (FAO).Keywords: Carrageenan, natural dye, Kappaphycus alvarezii, viscosity, gel strengthAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh NaOH dan KOH terhadap karagenan.
