    Electrochemical properties and reactivity of organonickel sigma-complex [NiBr(Mes)(bpy)] (Mes = 2,4,6-trimethylphenyl, bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine)

Electrochemical properties and reactivity of electrochemically activated forms of organonickel sigma-complex [NiBr(Mes)(bpy)] (where Mes = 2,4,6-trimethylphenyl, bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine) were studied. The activation of the organonickel sigma-complex was found to proceed under both electrochemical reduction and oxidation conditions to give coordinatively unsaturated forms of the complex: radical [Ni(Mes)(bpy)]• and cationic complex [Ni(Mes)(bpy)]+, respectively. It was shown experimentally that the active forms of organonickel complex [NiBr(Mes)(bpy)] can react with organic substrates (cyclohexene, octene-1, tetrahydrofuran) and convert nitriles (acetonitrile, acetonitrile-d3, chloroacetonitrile) into corresponding imines containing 2,4,6-trimethylphenyl fragment

    Bu çalışma Tip II Diyabetik Periferik Nöropatisi olan hastalarda Video Tabanlı Egzersiz eğitiminin ağrı, fiziksel uygunluk ve uyku üzerine etkilerini araştırmak amacıyla yapıldı. Çalışmada 56 birey rastgele yöntemle Video Tabanlı Egzersiz Eğitimi (VTE) grubu (n=19), Aerobik Egzersiz (AE) grubu (n=19) ve Kontrol Grubu (n=18) olmak üzere 3 gruba ayrıldı. VTE grubuna XBOX 360 Kinect cihazı ile bireysel hareketleri eş zamanlı simüle eden Masa Tenisi, Koşu ve Atletizm, Kabinde Sızıntı oyunları oynatıldı. AE grubu koşu bandında çalıştırıldı. Kontrol grubuna herhangi bir müdahalede bulunulmadı. Eğitim grupları 12 hafta, hafta da 3 kez olacak şekilde toplam 36 seans eğitime alındı. Kontrol grubuna 12 hafta boyunca müdahale edilmedi ve bu gruptaki gönüllü bireylere son değerlendirmeden sonra her iki eğitimden istedikleri biri verildi. Ağrı değerlendirmesi için LANSS ağrı skalası, Nöropatik Ağrı Anketi (NAA) ve McGill Ağrı ölçeği-kısa formu kullanıldı. Fiziksel uygunluk parametreleri için, Jamar el dinamometresi üst ekstremite kas kuvvetini değerlendirmek için; manuel dijital dinamometre alt ekstremite kas kuvvetini değerlendirmek için; otur-uzan testi esnekliği değerlendirmek için; VKİ ve bel-kalça oranını vücut kompozisyonu değerlendirmek için; Berg denge ölçeği ve Y balance testi dengeyi değerlendirmek için; 6 dk yürüme testi ise fonksiyonel fiziksel uygunluğu değerlendirmek için kullanılmıştır. Uyku değerlendirmesi için Pittsburgh Uyku Kalitesi indeksi ve Epworth Uykululuk ölçeği kullanıldı. Ayrıca tüm bireyler, Dünya Sağlık Örgütü Yaşam Kalite Ölçeği (WHOQOL-Brief), Uluslararası Fiziksel Aktivite Anketi (IPAQ), Uluslararası Düşme Etkinlik Ölçeği, Fiziksel Aktivite Hoşlanma Ölçeği (FAHÖ) testlerine tabi tutuldu. Ek olarak, Propriosepsiyon için ayak ve diz eklem pozisyon hissi, Duyu için plantar duyu (monoflament) ve Vibrasyon (diyapazon) testi kullanıldı. Çalışma sonucunda VTE ve AE grubunda NAA, McGill Ağrı ölçeği- kısa formu, LANSS ağrı skalasında, 6 dk. Yürüme Testinde, Alt ekstremite kas kuvvetinde, Y balance testinde, Berg Denge ölçeğinde, Ayak Eklemi Pozisyon hissinde, Diz eklemi pozisyon hissinde, Monofilament duyusunda gelişmeler sağlanmıştır (p0,05). Sonuç olarak VTE eğitiminin Ağrı, Fiziksel uygunluk, Fiziksel aktivite, Propriyosepsiyon ve Duyu üzerine önemli gelişmeler görülmüştür. 1. ve 3. Hipotezlerimiz doğrulanmış olup VTE eğitiminin tedavilerde kullanılmasını önermekteyiz.This study was conducted to investigate the effects of Video-Based Exercise training on pain, physical fitness and sleep in patients with Type II Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy. In the study, 56 individuals were randomly divided into 3 groups as Video Based Exercise Training (VTE) group (n=19), Aerobic Exercise (AE) group (n=19) and Control Group (n=18). Table Tennis, Track&Field and 2000 Leaks games were played to the VTE group, simulating individual movements simultaneously with the XBOX 360 Kinect device. The AE group was run on the treadmill. No intervention was made in the Control Group. Training groups were trained for a total of 36 sessions for 12 weeks, 3 times a week. The Control Group was not intervened for 12 weeks and the volunteers from this group were given one of the two trainings after the final evaluation. The Leeds Assessment of Neuropathic Symptoms and Signs (LANSS), the Neuropathic Pain Questionnaire, and the McGill Pain Scale-short form were used for pain assessment. For physical fitness parameters, Jamar hand dynamometer was used to assess upper extremity muscle strength; manual digital dynamometer was used to view lower extremity muscle strength; the sit and reach test was used to evaluate flexibility; the waist-hip ratio and BMI were used to assess the body composition; the Berg balance scale and Y balance test were used to mark the balance; the 6-minute walk test was used to evaluate functional Physical fitness. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality index (PSQI) and Epworth Sleepiness scale were used for sleep assessment. In addition, all individuals were tested in the concept of the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale (WHOQOL-Brief), International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), Falls Efficacy Scale-International (FES-I), Physical Activity Enjoyment Scale (PACES). Moreover, the foot and knee joint position sense test for proprioception; plantar sense test for sensation (monofilament) and Vibration (diapason) test were used. As a result of the study, in VTE and AE groups improvements were observed in Neuropathic Pain Questionnaire, McGill Pain Scale-short form, LANSS pain scale, 6 min. Walking Test, Lower extremity muscle strength, Y balance test, Berg Balance scale, Foot Joint Position Sense, Knee Joint Position Sense, Monofilament Sense (p0.05). In conclusion, significant improvements have been seen in VTE training on Pain, Physical fitness, Physical activity, Proprioception and Sensation. Our 1st and 3rd hypotheses have been confirmed and we recommend the use of VTE training in treatments

Вплив технічного прогресу, відродження ринкових відносин, зміна цінностей та споживчих зразків, а також воєнні конфлікти та терористичні дії, змінюють організацію та спосіб життя українців.Війна – це надзвичайний стан для будь якого суспільства, в умовах якого люди пристосовуються інакше організовувати свою діяльність в різних сферах суспільного життя, і в дозвіллі зокрема.Таким чином вивчення дозвіллєвих практик української молоді в умовах війни – це актуально, оскільки зміни в суспільстві викликають необхідність їх дослідження, а розвиток науки, дозволяє нам розглядати об’єкт за допомогою нових методів.During the last dozen years, many countries of the world have been undergoing a significant transition to a new type of socio-economic development, where the main emphasis is shifting from the "goods-producing economy" to the "service economy". Science, technology, information and culture are becoming key in social development. Culture, actually considered as a resource and tool for achieving socio-economic goals, becomes a strategic priority in the post-industrial society. In this way, the study of leisure practices of Ukrainian youth in the conditions of war is relevant, because changes in society cause the need for their research, and the development of science allows us to consider the object with the help of new methods
