RESEARCH OF CAREER ORIENTATIONS OF FUTURE PHILOLOGISTS IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT

The analysis of the problem of students’ career orientations in higher educational institution is given in this article. The study was attended by first-year students of the specialty "Philology" of the University of Customs and Finance. The focus is on analyzing the hierarchy of career orientations. The tools used by the American Professor E. Shane's “Career Anchors” questionnaire were aimed at identifying and diagnosing the importance of career orientations of future specialists. Further research in this area is possible in order to observe the dynamics of leading students’ career orientations of other specialties and to conduct their comparative analysis.Key words: career orientations, professional career, career goal, career preferences, lifestyle integration, career anchors, career growth.Кулько В. In vitro clonal micropropagation of Aronia L. varieties from the collection of the botanic garden of the National Research University “BelSU” (Belgorod, Russia)

Studying the characteristics of in vitro cultivation of species and varieties of Aronia made it possible to determine the optimal conditions for sterilizing plants, the composition of the medium for propagation and rhizogenesis of explants. IMPROVING STUDENTS` READING SKILLS AS INTEGRAL PART OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of obtaining reading skills by students in the process of teaching а foreign language at a higher educational institution. The principal result of our research is the analysis of the efficiency of using teaching techniques on acquiring reading competence. The major conclusions estimate the significance of gaining reading competence in learning process for professional development. PROBLEMS OF ENVIRONMENTAL TERMINOLOGY TRANSLATION BY STUDENTS IN THE PROCESS OF STUDYING FOREIGN LANGUAGE IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

The analysis of the problem of environmental terminology translation by students in the process of studying foreign language in higher educational institutions is given. On the basis of scientific research by prominent scientists, the essence of the concepts of "term" and "ecological term" is analyzed. The main attention is devoted to the study of the causes arising during the translation of the environmental sphere terms. Some aspects of simplifying the process of terms translation are considered. Excitation functions of fusion reactions and neutron transfer in the interaction of

Excitation functions for evaporation residues in the reactions 197Au(6He, xn)203-xnTl, x = 2-7, and 206Pb(6He, 2n)210Po, as well as for neutron transfer reactions for the production of 196Au and 198Au in the interaction of 6He with 197Au were measured. The 6He beam was obtained from the accelerator complex for radioactive beams DRIBs (JINR). The maximum energy of the beam was about 10AMeV and the intensity reached 2×107pps. The stacked-foil activation technique was used directly in the beam extracted from the cyclotron or in the focal plane of the magnetic spectrometer MSP-144. The identification of the reaction products was done by their radioactive γ- or α-decay. The fusion reaction with the evaporation of two neutrons was characterized by an increase in the cross-section compared to statistical model calculations. The analysis of the data in the framework of the statistical model for the decay of excited nuclei, which took into account the sequential fusion of 6He has shown good agreement between the experimental and the calculated values of the cross-sections in the case of sub-Coulomb-barrier fusion in the 206Pb + 6He reaction. An unusually large cross-section was observed below the Coulomb barrier for the production of 198Au in the interaction of 6He with 197Au. Possible mechanisms of formation and decay of transfer reaction products are discussed
