Factors of competitiveness of housing construction companies in crisis conditions

Досліджено специфіку діяльності підприємств на ринку житлового будівництва на регіональному рівні в умовах загострення кризових явищ. Проаналізовано ключові фактори зниження конкурентоспроможності будівельних підприємств. Розглянуто проблеми інвестування у будівництво житлової нерухомості, специфіку захисту прав інвесторів довгобудів. Запропоновано створення єдиного механізму добудови незавершених об'єктів житлового будівництва з врахуванням інтересів держави, будівельних підприємств, приватних інвесторів, вдосконалення українського законодавства з метою захисту інтересів приватних інвесторів.Исследована специфика деятельности предприятий на рынке жилищного строительства на региональном уровне в условиях обострения кризисных явлений. Проанализированы ключевые факторы снижения конкурентоспособности строительных предприятий. Рассмотрены проблемы инвестирования в строительство жилой недвижимости, специфику защиты прав инвесторов долгостроев.The specificity of activity of housing construction companies were analyzed in market economy. Предложены организационно-экономические рычаги стимулирования развития Интернет-торговли на основе детального анализа проблем, основных тенденций и особенностей этого процесса. Сформулированы предложения и рекомендации по обеспечению эффективного функционирования Интернет-торговли в Украине с ориентацией на глобализационные процессы.The article deals with features and specifics of the Internet trading in the conditions of globalization. The concept of «Internet-trade» on the base of E-commerce constituents is identified and its place in the system of economic categories was designated. The paper shows the main risks of Internet-trade and prospects of its development in Ukraine. The key factors influencing the Internet-trade are studied. The necessity of the stimulation of its development is substantiated. The organizational and economic levers of development stimulation of Internet-trade, based on the detailed analysis of the problem, main trends and peculiarities of the process, are given. Proposals and recommendations on ensuring the effective functioning of Internet-trade in Ukraine are formulated with the orientation towards globalization processes
