LOWER CONFIDENCE LIMIT OF THE MEAN RESIDUAL OPERATING LIFE OF NON-RESTORABLE ITEMS

    No full text
Background. In practical problems of estimating the mean residual operating life of non-restorable items, the amount of observed items is very limited. Therefore, confidence in point (statistical) estimates of the mean residual operating life is extremely low. In this regard, an actual problem arises – to increase confidence in the observed volume of observations. Materials and methods. One of the ways to solve this problem is to find the lower confidence bounds of the mean residual operating life for a given confidence probability. Results. Therefore, in this paper, the lower confidence limits of the mean residual operating life of non-restorable items are established for a given confidence probability. The established limits are valid for any law of operating life consumption of non-restorable items. An example of calculating the lower confidence limit of the mean residual operating life for small sample size items is given. Conclusions. The formula for calculating the lower confidence limits of the mean residual operating life for any law of operating life consumption of non-restorable items is proved

© Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd. The article provides an overview of the main trends in training for the industrial sector of the economy in the context of digitalization. The purpose of the article is to develop methodological tools for identifying areas of development of the knowledge economy in industrialized countries. Based on the methodology of cluster and correlation-regression analysis, the positioning of national economies in the theoretical space was carried out on the basis of indices-International Talent Index (GTI) and the Knowledge Economy Index. Based on the study, it is shown that, according to integral indicators, the position of the Russian economy in terms of the level of intellectualization and digitalization of the economy requires increasing financial, institutional and staffing to increase its competitiveness and adequacy to the trends of the global industrial system. The materials of the article can be used in the development of the main areas of training for the industrial complex of the national economy in the context of its digitalization

Development of Electronic Public Services in Agriculture

    No full text
The authors prove the relevance of the implementation of digital transformation in agricultural production and describe the main factors which constrain this process. Various approaches to the definition of the term “service” and “public service” are presented, a statistical analysis of the system for the provision of public services in electronic form is carried out and the mechanism for the implementation of public services of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation is described. The purpose of the study is to determine the main directions of development of electronic public services in the agricultural sector based on SWOT analysis. The scientific novelty is in the proactive approach to the implementation of public services in electronic form. As a result, the authors propose to introduce the concept of super service in the process of digitalization of public services of sectoral departments, as well as other measures to improve the efficiency of electronic interaction between authorities and agricultural organizations

Economic Sectors Development Evaluation in Innovations Triple-Helix Model

The paper relevance is related to the need to develop new approaches to the innovative economy management. The paper purpose is to develop innovative development analytical model in the economic sectors context based on open innovations' theoretical concepts study and systematization. The paper presents the characteristics for innovative activity system-forming elements, including the innovative infrastructure at the meso-level. An innovation triple helix model is suggested by economic activity types in national innovation systems on economic and mathematical simulation basis. The paper materials can be used to develop innovation activities forecasts of science, business and the state
