The objective: to determine risk factors of lethal outcomes (predictors) in tuberculosis patients treated with chemotherapy regimens I, II, III during conο¬nement in the Russian penitentiary system.Subjects and Methods: data on 6,069 patients registered for treatment in 2019 and 2020 were studied. Univariate and multivariate analyses were performed.Results. The following factors were found to have eο¬ect on mortality: age (aOR = 1.05; 95% CI 1.03-1.06), multiple localizations of tuberculosis (aOR = 11.08; 95% CI 5.12-24.20), concurrent HIV infection (aOR = 9.13; 95% CI 6.90-12.24), and positive sputum microscopy at registration (aOR = 5.18; 95% CI 3.93-6.81). The patient gender was found to have no eο¬ect (OR = 0.9; 95% CI 0.4-1.9; p = 1).Π¦Π΅Π»Ρ ΠΈΡΡΠ»Π΅Π΄ΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΡ: ΠΎΠΏΡΠ΅Π΄Π΅Π»ΠΈΡΡ ΡΠ°ΠΊΡΠΎΡΡ ΡΠΈΡΠΊΠ° Π»Π΅ΡΠ°Π»ΡΠ½ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ ΠΈΡΡ

Influence of high-intensity CO2 laser irradiation on collagen matrix composition of normotrophic skin scars (experimental study)
The experiment was carried out in 25 laboratory rats. After modeling of normotrophic cutaneous scars, the procedure of laser dermabrasion with 50 Watt carbon dioxide laser was performed in superpulse mode with impulse-pause ratio of 0,5:100 ms and 500 Β΅m spot diameter. Morphological, immunohistochemical and morphometric examination of skin histological sections were performed. A single exposure to CO2 laser radiation in this mode resulted in the early formation of mainly type III collagen and then type I collagen in ratios approaching to the intact skin.ΠΡΠΎΠ²Π΅Π΄Π΅Π½ΠΎ ΡΠΊΡΠΏΠ΅ΡΠΈΠΌΠ΅Π½ΡΠ°Π»ΡΠ½ΠΎΠ΅ ΠΈΡΡΠ»Π΅Π΄ΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΠ΅ Π½Π° 25-ΡΠΈ Π»Π°Π±ΠΎΡΠ°ΡΠΎΡΠ½ΡΡ

Derivatives of phosphorus acids and Ξ±-chloroallyl alcohol - Communication 2. Synthesis of mixed Ξ±-chloroallyl esters of phosphoric acid and some of their biological properties
1. A series of derivatives of phosphorus acids and Ξ±-chloroallyl alcohol was obtained. 2. Increasing the length of the hydrocarbon radical attached to the phosphorus atom from C1 to C6 leads to a sharp increase in the selectivity of the action of the compounds toward Trichophyton gypseum and Epidermophyton Kaufmann-Wolf. A further increase in the length of the radical decreases the anti-fungal activity of the compounds. 3. It was established that di-n-amyl Ξ±-chloroallyl phosphate has the highest selectivity index of action toward dermatophytes. Β© 1972 Consultants Bureau
