Innovative solutions for agro-industrial complexes in extreme conditions

The article discusses the spatial and architectural organization of agro-industrial complexes of different levels of equipment on the example of domestic and foreign experience. The existing technological chains of production solutions used in the following crop complexes are also analyzed. Specific examples of Russian practices in the field of agrarian economy are given, not so much in normal climatic natural conditions, but in remote harsh and remote regions of the country. The article overviews the history of the city block No. 214 located in the historical center of Kazan and the influence of various factors on the formation of the northern part of Zabulachye as a whole. On the basis of archival materials, literature, and interviews with specialists, the historical evolution of the block’s spatial composition has been established. The historical significance of the site is highlighted, including the influence of the Moscow road on the function of the quarter, and prospects for its further development are identified
