Metabolic enzymes in gene control
Cellular compartments are believed to serve functional separation within the cell and
allow it to perform multiple metabolic processes at the same time. Processes are
divided between compartments with respect to the physiological requirements for a
certain process. Thus, regulatory processes involving chromatin organization and
control of gene activity are performed in the nucleus while metabolic processes are
believed to be performed in the aqueous cytoplasm and cytoplasmic organelles.
Numerous reports demonstrate that transcriptional modulation has a strong impact on
metabolism, as expression levels of metabolic enzymes are limited by signaling
pathways and the transcriptional machinery (Blanchet et al., 2011; Desvergne et al.,
2006; Dufour et al., 2011). On the other hand, there should be mechanisms allowing
feedback control from metabolism to gene expression that would tune the
transcriptional program of the cell in accordance with its physiological needs
(McKnight, 2010; Ray, 2010). Essentially, metabolic flux, including metabolic enzymes,
small metabolites, nutrients and redox state, should impose reciprocal control upon
nuclear events. However, there is little knowledge on mechanisms that allow such
regulation. In recent years, several groups addressed this question and discovered that
concentrations of intermediate metabolites indeed affect gene control (Shi, 2004). In all
cases, metabolic compounds such as NADH, Acetyl-CoA and poly-ADP ribose bind to
chromatin and change gene activity. Potentially many more metabolites should touch
upon the gene expression machinery. These βmetabolicβ regulatory complexes might, in
turn, affect expression of the transcriptional regulators of metabolism and close the
feedback loop

The article is devoted to the determination of petroleum systems in deep sediments of the section of the Upper Pechora Basin of the Pre-Ural trough. These strata are still poorly studied, and the prospects for their oil and gas potential have not been clarified. The article discusses the definitions of the term βPetroleum systemβ (βOil and gasβ or βHydrocarbonβ) adopted in Russia and abroad. Based on the study of the collected data, including geochemical and reservoir properties, and basin modeling, three deep-submerged petroleum systems were identified within the territory under consideration. It is shown that the generation of hydrocarbons occurred at a time favorable for the formation of deposits. In the deep sediments of the sedimentary cover, the most important conditions for the formation of oil and gas fields within the framework of the concept of petroleum systems are fulfilled. The presence of source rocks, reservoirs, seals and traps, the realization of generation, migration and accumulation of hydrocarbons, as well as the optimal ratio of the time of manifestation of these processes, and the area of formation of deposits were analyzed.Π‘ΡΠ°ΡΡΡ ΠΏΠΎΡΠ²ΡΡΠ΅Π½Π° Π²ΡΠ΄Π΅Π»Π΅Π½ΠΈΡ ΡΠ³Π»Π΅Π²ΠΎΠ΄ΠΎΡΠΎΠ΄Π½ΡΡ

An open-labeled study of the efficiency and tolerability of the herbal preparation Urisan used for one month in 21 male gout patients has revealed that the agent has moderate antihyperurecemic activity, no adverse reactions, and excellent or good tolerability in the appraisal by physicians and patients
TRANSFORMATION LEADERSHIP IN VIRTUAL TEAMS
The article is devoted to a new model for organizing production activities that is adequate to the challenges of digitalization β virtual organizations. The authors show that the widespread adoption of virtual organizations that have no clear boundaries in space and time over the past decade gives rise to new management problems. Old management models based on hierarchy, authoritarian approach, and punishment / reward as the main motivators are not effective in virtual teams. Traditional transactional leadership should be replaced by transformational leadership, which involves an individual approach, intellectual stimulation, idealized influence and inspiring motivation. The authors indicate the social and psychological difficulties of the spread of transformational leadership. The paper emphasizes the need for the formation of leadership, managerial and digital competencies for effective leadership in project virtual teams
Virtual teams formation: Remote team building and leadership
The article examines the problem of increasing the efficiency of virtual teams, a specific form of labor organisation in the digital economy. The relevance of remote team building of virtual teams is revealed. The essence of the remote team and team building is investigated. Based on the study of the results of empirical sociological research, the advantages and disadvantages of virtual teams are determined. The problem of remote team building technologies, team building methods at all stages of virtual team formation is raised. The main directions of the team leadership transformation are revealed. The problems faced by the leadership of virtual teams at differents stages of their formation, group dynamics are shown remote team-building tools for their resolution are suggested. The results of the article can be used in further research on the problems of organising teamwork in the digital economy, in developing proposals and recommendations for specialists in the field of personnel management for use in practice
State Language, Language Situation and Language Policy in Legislation: Representations in the Russian Federal Law βOn the State Language of the Russian Federation
The article addresses the issue of language situation and language policy through the analysis of legislation. Taking a social constructionist approach to law, the authors claim that a legal text can be explored for the purpose of discovering typical representations and linguistic resources that conceptualise languages, language situation and language policy. The paper offers a concise overview of domestic and foreign scholarship in the field as well as offering definitions for the basic categories used in the research. The analysis of the Russian Federal Law βOn the State Language of the Russian Federationβ shows that the Russian language is constructed as a state language, which has a few aspects. It is represented as an instrument of national unity, an instrument of maintaining culture, and an instrument of international impact. In terms of semantic roles, the Russian language is represented not only as an agent and instrument, but also as a patient, the object of negative and positive impact. The contexts mentioning the Russian language and other languages and idioms construct the relations between the languages as mutually reinforcing (thus, constructing the semantics of unity) or mutually excluding (thus, constructing the semantics of opposition)
