Assessment of palliative health care in Orenburg

Palliative care (PMP) is a set of medical interventions aimed at relieving pain and alleviating other severe manifestations of the disease, in order to improve the quality of life of terminally ill citizens. Worldwide, only about 14% of people in need of palliative care receive it today. Currently, palliative care has begun to actively develop; in February 2019, in addition to palliative departments, a patronage service has opened in Orenburg. This study presents the work of the palliative departments and patronage services for 2019.Паллиативная медицинская помощь (ПМП) представляет собой комплекс медицинских вмешательств, направленных на избавление от боли и облегчение других тяжелых проявлений заболевания, в целях улучшения качества жизни неизлечимо больных граждан. Во всем мире паллиативную медицинскую помощь получают сегодня лишь около 14% людей, нуждающихся в ней. В настоящее время паллиативная помощь стала активно развиваться, в городе Оренбург помимо паллиативных отделений в феврале 2019 года открылась патронажная служба. Effectiveness of medicinal treatment of endometriosis

Endometriosis is a process in which benign tissue growth occurs outside the uterine cavity, according to the morphological and functional properties of a similar endometrium. It is difficult to manage patients with endometriosis, since they have a variable clinical picture and the severity of the course of the disease. The management tactics of such patients depend on the age of the patients, the form / stage of the disease, the nature of the symptoms, reproductive tasks, as well as the risks, side effects and economic cost-effectiveness of treatment. In a number of cases, endometriosis is considered as a chronic recurrent disease requiring constant attention and treatment. This paper discusses the conservative treatment of patients with endometriosis and the effectiveness of hormone therapy.Эндометриоз – процесс, при котором за пределами полости матки происходит доброкачественное разрастание ткани, по морфологическим и функциональным свойствам подобной эндометрию. Вести больных эндометриозом сложно, так как они имеют вариабельную клиническую картину и тяжесть течения заболевания. Тактика ведения таких пациенток зависит от возраста пациенток, формы/стадии заболевания, характера симптомов, репродуктивных задач, а также от рисков, побочных эффектов и экономической рентабельности лечения. В ряде случаев эндометриоз рассматривают как хроническое рецидивирующее заболевание, требующее постоянного внимания и лечения. В данной работе рассмотрено консервативное лечение пациенток с эндометриозом и эффективность гормональной терапии
