Superconduction and charge order in non-ideal crystals with local electron pairs

A bipolar model of superconduction and charge order is considered in the paper aiming at the investigation of the influence of additional and other effects on properties of a bipolar crystal. As a result a phase diagram of main state and temperature of phase transitions in a non-ideal bipolar crystal have been calculated for the first time. Conditions of localization and delocalization of carriers have been cleared up. Original methodologies, making it possible to investigate spin hamiltonians, including random parameters, have been created.
