Polymeric complexes of isonicotinic acid hydrazide with antituberculosis effects

We studied the effects of an analogue of isonicotinic acid hydrazide on the treatment course of experimental tuberculosis. Complex analysis has demonstrated the efficiency of isonicotinic acid hydrazide immobilized on a carrier that consisted of water-soluble cation-active analogue of chitosan (N-chlorohydroxypropyl chitosan) in a complex with cobalt ions in the therapy of experimental tuberculosis. Immunostimulating activity of the polymeric metal complex was revealed. The obtained data can be used for the development of highly effective methods for tuberculosis treatment. © 2013 Springer Science+Business Media New York

Complex going near the estimation of battle vitality of aircraft on the condition of aeroresiliency

Пропонується комплексний підхід до дослідження впливу вражаючих факторів на конструкцію літальних апаратів і їхньої здатності виконувати бойові задачі в умовах протидії потужних і високоефективних засобів ППО противника. Даний підхід дозволить оцінювати бойову живучість літального апарата за умовою аеропружності на всіх етапах його життєвого циклу, визначати втрати літальних апаратів при виконанні бойових завдань, а також розробляти ефективні конструктивні заходи, спрямовані на підвищення їхньої бойової живучості.Предлагается комплексный подход к исследованию воздействия поражающих факторов на конструкцию летательных аппаратов и их способности выполнять боевые задачи в условиях противодействия мощных и высокоэффективных средств ПВО противника. Данный подход позволит производить оценку боевой живучести летательного аппарата по условию аэроупругости на всех этапах его жизненного цикла, определять потери летательных аппаратов при выполнении боевых заданий, а также разрабатывать эффективные конструктивные мероприятия, направленные на повышение их боевой живучести.The complex going is offered near research of influence of striking factors on the construction of aircrafts and their ability to execute urgent tasks in the conditions of counteraction of powerful and high-efficiency facilities air DEFENCE of opponent.
